Even though she’s now stuck wearing a SCRAM bracelet , Lindsay Lohan doesn’t believe she’s in need of rehab. Incredibly, this is only the second most ridiculous thing we’ve heard a D-list celebrity utter this week! In an interview with Life & Style , Scott Disick refers to himself as a “role model” and adds that he’s the epitome of the American Dream. As we try to stifle laughter over these comments, check out Disick’s comments for yourself: On his reputation as a jerk : I don’t mind being portrayed as the villain on TV, but nobody knows the real me. I’m a great guy. All the haters are just jealous, so they’re trying to bring me down. I’m young, handsome, successful, wealthy. You could say I’m a role model — I’m the American dream! On sort of being a douche : I may be a douche to some people, but I actually do run companies. I make a lot of money, and I’m more than capable of supporting myself. Looks like Lindsay Lohan is going back to her ankle monitor roots! The train wreck had good reason to be scared of court today, as she was ordered to refrain from drinking or drugs, no excuses. If she drinks or does drugs? Jail time. Judge Marsha Revel laid down the law in Beverly Hills court, instructing Lindsay that to remain free on bail, she can’t drink alcohol and must wear a SCRAM device. In addition to the SCRAM ( Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring ) bracelet, she must submit to random drug testa and attend all alcohol education classes. She has to actually show up once a week this time, too. Lindsay Lohan is ordered through a metal detector at the courthouse. Hopefully she left her crack pipe in the car. Hopefully she parties on the SCRAM like in ’07, too. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, began to object to the conditions, but the judge said she would state out loud all the reasons why they were appropriate. Holley then backed off and accepted the conditions. The judge also indicated that Lindsay must stay in the L.A. area – which could threaten her new porn star role in a movie in Texas. Basically, Revel said tough luck. Again, these are conditions imposed by the judge that must be met in order for Lindsay to remain free on bail after skipping her probation hearing last Thursday. That hearing, to establish whether she violated the terms of her probation and if she will face consequences, has been rescheduled for July 6. Can she stay clean?! We give it a few hours until she tries to hacksaw that piece off at least. Girl wakes up with cravings and has to satisfy them, hard and fast. This is gonna be rough. Actress lost bid to ease the restrictions of her probation. By Gil Kaufman Lindsay Lohan arrives at court Monday (May 24) Photo: Toby Canham/ Getty Images On Monday (May 24), a stern Superior Court judge warned troubled actress Lindsay Lohan that she needs to keep on the straight and narrow if she wishes to avoid a return trip to jail . After Lohan missed her initial court date last week after claiming that her passport was stolen while she was attending the Cannes film festival in France, CBS News reported that a “somber and concerned” looking Lohan appeared in a Beverly Hills, California, courtroom and lost a bid to ease the restrictions of her probation. Wearing a dark gray suit, Lohan appeared in court with her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, who told Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel that her client was scheduled to start filming a movie in Texas soon. The judge was not swayed and said the actress may have to delay the project, ordering Lohan to attach a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet to her ankle that will require her to undergo mandatory drug testing every week in the Los Angeles area if she wishes to stat free on bail. Revel also set a probation violation hearing for July 6 to following Lohan’s failure to attend last week’s scheduled hearing. In an interview with Hollywood TV published Monday, Lohan argued that she doesn’t need jail or rehab, saying, “I don’t see what reason I would go to prison for. I’ve been more than compliant with everything having to do with the court system.” Though she has frequently been pictured partying until all hours of the morning, Lohan said she didn’t think she needed to make a return trip to rehab. “I don’t see why I would even have to do that,” she said, “considering I’ve been in compliance with everything that occurs when you’re in the court system for two DUIs.” According to TMZ , (Lohan must begin wearing the SCRAM bracelet — which she wore in 2007 following her plea in the DUI cases — within 24 hours and attend all her scheduled alcohol education classes at least once a week. If Revel determines that Lohan violated her probation by not attending her alcohol education classes as ordered, she could face a jail sentence of up to 180 days. Did the light bulb finally go on? Sources say Lindsay Lohan is “freaked out” over her court date today. For good reason, obviously. Girl is in deep $h!t. But is she actually cognizant of this fact?! The train wreck has a pretty serious problem in the alcohol education department, having been required to complete 13 classes by last Thursday’s court date. She did not. Then she got stuck in Cannes, claimed her passport was stolen, and missed the hearing. A warrant was issued for her arrest (and later rescinded). Lohan posted bail, avoiding a hectic arrest upon her return to the U.S. yesterday, and a new hearing is set for today. Passport issues aside, she’s still in deep . She has only completed 10 of the 13 classes, violating a court order to attend at least one a week on numerous occasions. She’s also a drunk, coked-up mess . Lindsay Lohan will face the music later this morning. Technically, that doesn’t play a role in her compliance, but it’s unlikely she’ll be seen as a sympathetic figure when she’s blowing off alcohol education to party. This all stems from a DUI case in which Lindsay avoided jail time by agreeing to undergo alcohol education classes. If she violates the probation terms, though? Judge Marsha Revel has already made it clear she was expecting full compliance. Lindsay Lohan has already made it clear that she could give a rat’s a$$. So … People in the know say that today, the judge will probably prohibit Lindsay from drinking or doing drugs. That’ll be tough, as she likes to satisfy cravings fast . For once, Lindsay seems to actually comprehend the mess she’s in, rather than living in denial , and is reportedly scared $h!tless about what’s gonna go down. Her hearing is set for 11 a.m. EST, so expect an update afterward.
