How you gon’ be actin’ sididdy while working community service at a morgue??? SMH EEEEKKKKK! Doing her community service at LA’s county morgue, LINDSAY LOHAN emptied a trash bin – and suddenly screamed bloody murder when a bloody, severed human hand bounced out and hit the floor at her feet! “Lindsay went totally hysterical and bolted from the room shrieking,” said My Morgue Insider. “She was making so much noise she never heard the pranksters who’d played their elaborate practical joke howling with laughter!”…Say whaaat?… That’s right, folks, co-workers got so disgusted with LiLo’s lazy ways and hoity-toity manner they decided: Let’s scare her to death! “Lindsay has a real attitude – always acting like she’s better than anyone else and spending much of her time taking cigarette breaks,” confided a volunteer who’s worked with her. “She speaks to no one unless she has to, and mopes through the work she’s assigned, like mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and washing dirty sheets.” Fed-up workers bought the rubber hand, stashed it in a trash bin where Lindsay would be working, waited outside the room – then exploded with laughter when Lindsay exited screaming. Said the source: “When one of the volunteer organizers told Lindsay that someone had planted the phony hand as a joke, she was furious and ranted, ‘I can’t believe anyone would think this was funny! It’s really morbid – and so is everyone here!’” Bet that’ll teach you, silly lil hoe. Source More On Bossip! Now, a rundown of the week that was at The Hollywood Gossip :
So David Foster, a Canadian music billionaire, who is behind pretty much everyone in he fucking world of music….has a lesbian daughter…or a bi-sexual daughter…who has found herself another musicians daughter….who is also bi-sexual…to rub her vagina up against until she squirts…. I don’t know if it is a marketing thing, or if it is just true love cuz as two rich kid dykes, they get each other on a level no one else ever will, except maybe Sam Ronson’s twin sister, who I can only assume her lesbianism is trying to replace, cuz twins are weird like that… All this to say, I’ve met Sam Ronson. I like Sam Ronson. This is going to further destroy Lindsay Lohan, harder than any of Ronson’s double fisting ever could, not cuz I like a destroyed Lohan, she’s damaged enough, I just like drama between girls who are mean to me.
Kendra Wilkinson has thought a lot about it, but at the end of the day, supports Lindsay Lohan’s desire to pose nude in Playboy . After all, how can she judge? “She always came off like a girl that would do Playboy so I am not really surprised,” the 26-year-old K-Dubs said of Lindsay’s decision to go full frontal. “She is almost like a hippie type of girl.” That’s one way of putting it … “I am so back and forth about it,” the Kendra star said of Lindsay in Playboy , where she’ll be channeling Marilyn Monroe . “The one thing that I can say is that in this day and age, if you have a way to make that kind of money, then go ahead.” Mixed, but generally positive feelings from Kendra then. She does make a valid point. A million dollars for four days of work? That looks pretty good on any balance sheet, even if it means showing the vadge of courage. Besides, Lindsay Lohan’s got a lot of bills these days. “If that’s what’s going to bail her ass out of jail, I mean, go for it. You never know. She could need the money to bail herself out,” Kendra hilariously added.
Get ready to jingle your balls, Playboy fans. After a disastrous first shoot for the iconic men’s mag, Lindsay Lohan has posed for another set of nude pics, and this time they’re Hugh Hefner- approved. Reps at Playboy say that, now that the boss has signed off on the spread, Lindsay’s pictorial will definitely run in the January 2012 issue- just in time for Christmas! Lindsay’s first photo shoot was inspired by Kate Moss , and Hefner allegedly HATED the edgy results. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the new photos that Hef loves so much recall his glory days of the 1950s: “It’s a classic tribute inspired by the original Tom Kelly nude pictorial of Marilyn Monroe , a portion of which…was in the original issue of Playboy ,” Hefner told The New York Post ‘s Page Six about the spread. And speaking of spreading, he also confirmed that Lindsay IS fully nude in the pictures but they are “classy.” Lindsay has sat for a Marilyn-inspired photo shoot before, when she re-created the blonde goddess’s skinfamous “last sitting” with photographer Bert Stern for New York magazine. Will Playboy be Lindsay’s last sitting? We’ll find out when the January issue hits the stands. In the meantime, get a sneak peek at what’s in store with more Lindsay Lohan nudes after the jump!
Pitbull has come out barking in his legal dispute with Lindsay Lohan, responding to the lawsuit she recently filed against him by calling LiLo a liar and a criminal. Lohan claims the hip hop star owes her money for disparaging and using her name in the song “Give Me Everything,” in which he name-checks the train wreck. Hilariously, the track includes the memorable lyric, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” More hilariously, Lohan says a PITBULL SONG damages her reputation. Pitbull says that’s ridiculous, but Lohan refused to back down … so his lawyers are taking it to her, asking that, first of all, the suit be moved out of N.Y. State. Pitbull – Give Me Everything ft. Ne-Yo, Afrojack, Nayer Lindsay claims in court documents that she’s a resident of Nassau County, however, Pit claims she’s been living California since 2004 … and he can prove it. “Given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future,” he states . Then, Pit rattles off every single one of her legal problems in California – many jail stints, house arrest, community service, you name it – to make his point. Thus, in light of Ms. Lohan’s continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is not a citizen New York,” he adds. The rapper wants the case moved to federal court, where he thinks he’ll have a better shot of taking Lohan down. Your move, Marilyn Monroe wannabe .
We go through the ‘Twilight’ stars’ rumored projects to see what’s really happening. By Kara Warner, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Robert Pattinson at “MTV First: Breaking Dawn” Photo: MTV News While we would be more than happy to continue to watch “Twilight” leading men Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner go on playing their star-making roles of Edward Cullen and Jacob Black forever, we only have two more movies to go before they retire their big-screen vampire and werewolf statuses for good. The good news is that in addition to the two-part “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn,” both Pattinson and Lautner have plenty of film projects lined up to keep them up on the silver screen for the next few years. When MTV News caught up with Pattinson and Lautner during “MTV First: Breaking Dawn,” we played rumor patrol with their post-“Twilight” dockets. First up, Lautner is rumored to be teaming up with Oscar winner Gus Van Sant to make a small-budget film based on a nonfiction article from The New Yorker. What is the status of that film? “Gus is an incredible director. I would love to have the opportunity to work with him,” Lautner said. “Things are a little premature right now, but he’s amazing.” We’ll pencil in a “TBD” on that one. Next up, there are murmurs that Pattinson is up for the lead role in a Jeff Buckley biopic and that he’s being considered for the big-screen adaptation of the Green Day musical “American Idiot.” “The Jeff Buckley thing, I just love Jeff Buckley’s music,” he offered as a possible explanation for how his name became attached. ” ‘American Idiot,’ I don’t know where that came from,” Pattinson continued, at which point we let him know that lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong had mentioned Pattinson’s name back in 2009. “Really? That’s pretty cool,” Pattinson said. So for those keeping score, Lautner might be doing a movie with Gus Van Sant, someday, and Pattinson has no idea about Jeff Buckley or “American Idiot.” Check out everything we’ve got on “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com . Michael Jackson cardiologist found guilty but legal experts doubt he will do hard time. By Gil Kaufman Conrad Murray being remanded after his guilty involuntary manslaughter verdict is announced Photo: Pool/ Getty Images With the involuntary manslaughter trial of former Michael Jackson doctor Conrad Murray finally wrapped, following the jury’s guilty verdict on Monday afternoon (November 7), the next question is, how much time will Murray serve behind bars and where? Before the jury’s verdict came down on Monday, MTV News spoke to Los Angeles criminal defense attorney Mike Cavalluzzi, who explained what kind of sentence Murray is likely to face. “The overcrowding laws in state prison right now could very well result in Conrad Murray getting a probationary sentence, meaning that any custody time would be spent in county jail rather than state prison,” said Cavalluzzi, who does not have first-hand knowledge of the case, but has worked a range of criminal matters in L.A. courts from misdemeanor battery to homicide. “Right now, the ruling is that state prisons should be only for the most violent offenders, and I don’t think that Conrad Murray would fall into that category.” Cavalluzzi said that involuntary manslaughter, of which Murray was convicted on one count, is a nonviolent offense that doesn’t involve the cardiologist being accused of intentionally harming Jackson. “What they’re saying is that he may have been a good man who made a horrible mistake and that the mistake that he made rises to criminal negligence,” he said. After the verdict was announced, Murray was denied bail and ordered to jail , where he will remain in custody until his November 29 sentencing hearing. Although the charge Murray was facing carried a maximum four-year prison sentence, Cavalluzzi said that often times a defendant like Murray, with no criminal record and who has been convicted for the first time, has a very good chance of staying out of custody altogether. But given the high-profile nature of the case and the pressure from Jackson’s family — Michael’s mother Katherine, father Joe and siblings Jermaine and La Toya Jackson were among the family members who turned up at the courthouse after the verdict on Monday — to have Murray slapped with the maximum penalty, it’s likely he will do some time in custody. Following the announcement of the guilty verdict, Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley confirmed to reporters that due to those recent changes in California law, Murray was not likely to do any prison time. “It was a homicide, someone lost their life, three children lost time with their father because of someone’s criminal negligence,” said Cooley when asked if the prosecution was worth it given the almost-certain knowledge that Murray would not spend time in prison. “In that regard, it was worth it to prove that point.” Cooley lashed out at the new sentencing guidelines (called AB109) for nonviolent offenders and reiterated that he was against them from the beginning, labeling them a “fool’s errand,” and predicting that the Murray case would be the first of “many, many, many poster children cases that will reveal why 109 is a complete failure and criminal justice disaster.” Professor Robert Weisberg, co-director of the Stanford Criminal Justice Center and a law professor at Sanford agreed that because of sentencing laws, Murray will probably do his time in county lockup. “Involuntary manslaughter might sound violent, but it’s not, so he won’t go to prison,” said Weisberg, who does not have a connection to the case either. As we’ve seen with other nonviolent offenders such as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, the overcrowding situation in Los Angeles county jail is also an issue, and due to similar mandates, defendants often avoid serving anywhere near their full sentences in county as well. “It is very common, especially for a probationary sentence, where someone is sentenced to custody time in county jail, that the county will then release them on something called house arrest,” Cavalluzzi said. “It is very common in a case like this that someone could be given house arrest if they are sentenced to probation.” House arrest has several forms, though, which can range from 24-hour-lockdown home confinement, where a person is prohibited from leaving their home to exceptions in which they are allowed to come and go for doctor’s appointments, counseling or professional business. At the sentencing hearing later this month, Jackson’s family is likely to make the case for the maximum sentence, while the defense may once again bring up former patients and colleagues who will attest to the doctor’s good qualities. In the end, though, it is up to the judge to decide Murray’s sentence. “[Both arguments] could sway the judge either way,” Cavalluzzi said. “It’s difficult to know how home confinement would look for Dr. Murray because one of the main exceptions to home confinement is a person’s ability to continue to engage in their livelihood.” Given that Murray is now a convicted felon who has been found guilty of homicide in California, Cooley said the doctor will lose his license to practice medicine in the state. He added that he hoped other states would follow suit and revoke Murray’s right to practice medicine as well. MTV News will be covering the Conrad Murray case live.
