Page Six reports: Elin Nordegren may have forgiven Tiger Woods, but that doesn’t mean she’s forgotten how his cheating ways tore their marriage apart. “I felt safe with him,” the 34-year-old Swedish beauty recently told People magazine. “The word betrayal isn’t strong enough.” While the former nanny is still hurt by her ex’s indiscretions, the couple, who were divorced after six years of marriage in 2010, have been able to overcome their issues by focusing on their children, daughter Sam Alexis, 6, and son Charlie, 5. “I have moved on, and I am in a good place,” she said. “Our relationship is centered around our children, and we are doing really good — we really are. He is a great father.” It helps that Nordegren gets along with Woods’ current girlfriend, Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, and has moved on herself, dating coal magnate Chris Cline for the last year. “I’m happy for Tiger… In general, in any kind of stepparent relationship, I’m happy that there’s somebody else loving my children,” she said. Good to see she’s moved on for the most part. Although we’re sure that golf club beat down she handed out and her new billionaire boo have really helped soften the blow of what Tiger put her through.

In Shepherd’s case, controversy broke out this week following an interview with Fusion host Alicia Menendez. Asked about the biggest misconception people have about her, Shepherd said some feel she’s overly “judgmental” and “homophobic” going on to explain why… and coming across to many as, well, homophobic. “You grow up being a Christian and you grow up believing homosexuality is a sin; you’re going to hell if you’re a homosexual,” the comedian said of her views. “This is something that they teach in churches. So it’s something that I grew up believing. Shepherd went on to say she “might not agree” with the gay lifestyle, but she isn’t going to argue with it, either. But she’s “trying to make it to heaven by the skin of my teeth” and she asks folks to respect how she feels about homosexuality in her attempt to make it there. As you might expect, some took exception to the idea that Shepherd could claim gay people are sinners while still making it sound like she’s not against them, a confusing line to walk that she tried to explain yesterday on The View. “I’m truly sorry to anyone I’ve offended,” Shepherd began. “My interview was misrepresented, and only a portion of my comments were used as a headline to give the impression that I was condemning members of the LGBT community living in their own truth. She went on: “In the interview, I express I was raised as a child to have a certain set of beliefs, but my beliefs have evolved significantly as my own personal relationship with Christ has increased. “I believe that love is the grace of all things and I have no desire to judge anybody by who they are. I’m a person of compassion and anyone who knows me knows that I love, I accept, I embrace everybody who has love in their hearts. So I love you.” Sounds heartfelt to us. Are you buying it? Tiger Woods may or may not be the greatest of all time , as his girlfriend claimed Sunday, but his 79th career PGA Tour was definitely one of his most special. That’s what makes it special for both of us,” said Woods after he destroyed the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational field. “He’s never seen me win a golf tournament.” With his son accompanying to the clubhouse after the win, and in speaking to the media, the top-ranked golfer offered a brief look into his private life. “It was awfully special for me to have him here to witness it because he understands it now,” he added. “He understands when I make birdie, when I make par.” “It’s just special to share that kind of moment.” Woods has kept his family out of the spotlight in the aftermath of his divorce from Elin Nordegren and the intense scrutiny that surrounded the scandal. But by winning this tournament and celebrating with his son, Woods is again offering a once-rare glimpse of him as a family man, father and human being. Earlier this year, he went public on Facebook to confirm his romance with girlfriend Lindsey Vonn , which would have been unheard of in years past. Ray Rice and his family are safe and sound today. But the same cannot be said of two guns and $2,000 in cash belonging to the All-Pro running back. That is what a thief made off with at some point on Friday or Saturday, according to police, as a friend staying at Rice’s Maryland home reported a robbery. Cops are looking at surveillance video of the criminal entering through a rear window and ransacking the residence and are hopeful an arrest can be made this week. Says Rice in a statement to USA Today: “My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing.” “This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels.”

People close to Woods say he’s happier than ever these days. “Tiger is winning right now. He is back on top,” a source said. “Everyone thinks that Lindsey is good for him. They understand each other.
