Source: Micaiah Carter / Micaiah Carter Pharrell is once again pushing the boundaries of culture and fashion in one fell swoop. His newest magazine feature is a bold proclamation to say the least. As the face of GQ’s November edition P is attempting to change the macho narrative. Dubbed the “New Masculinity Issue” the Virginia native is pictured sporting a Moncler 1 sleeveless poncho that hangs to the floor giving the look a ball gown vibe. In the story the In My Mind author explains his stance on what the definition of being manly is. “Some of my old songs, I would never write or sing today. I get embarrassed by some of that stuff. It just took a lot of time and growth to get to that place,” he revealed. “‘Blurred Lines’ opened me up. I didn’t get it at first…lyrically,I was like, What are you talking about?… And then I realized that there are men who use that same language when taking advantage of a woman, and it doesn’t matter that that’s not my behavior. Or the way I think about things.” Skateboard also detailed his spiritual awakening over the last couple of years and how will use his celebrity voice to invoke change. “I think this is a way that I can speak up at a time where we’re in the middle of a spiritual plight” he explained. View this post on Instagram The New Masculinity @GQ A post shared by Pharrell Williams (@pharrell) on Oct 14, 2019 at 7:58am PDT He also made it clear that he supports the LGBT+ community in their crusade for equal rights and representation. “They feel like their body is not connected to their spirit. And what kind of toxic environment do we live in that they have to justify how they feel? That must feel incredibly insane.” A first for Gentleman’s Quarterly the “New Masculinity Issue” also looks across the culture at how modern masculinity is not a monolith but a beautiful, varied and ever-evolving spectrum. Comedian Jaboukie Young-White, photographer Collier Schorr, #MeToo founder and activist Tarana Burke, basketball star Kevin Love, rapper Killer Mike, comedian Hannah Gadsby, filmmaker John Waters, author Clint Smith, actor Asia Kate Dillon and more round out the Voices of New Masculinity package, a section of essays, mini profiles, and Q+As punctuated by a commissioned survey that lays down statistics of the movement. “The New Masculinity Issue” hits newsstands October 15. Amy Duggar Returns Home With Baby Boy Amid Family Feud Rumors

Last week, Amy Duggar welcomed her first child — a bouncing baby boy named Daxton. Obviously, there’s no way to gauge this sort of thing, but the arrival of little Dax seemed to elicit more excitement than the usual Duggar birth. Perhaps it was the fact that at 32, Amy is considerably older than most new moms in her family. Maybe it’s a testament to Amy’s popularity with fans, many of whom admire her stubborn individualism in the face of intense pressure to conform to her uncle’s ultra-conservative views. Whatever the case, the denizens of Duggar Nation are psyched about baby Dax. And Amy is more than happy to oblige them with regular updates about her brand new bundle of joy: Over the weekend, Amy posted a photo of Dax’s long-awaited homecoming. (As many fans commenters pointed out, it appears that Amy spent 4-5 days in the hospital, which means either there were some mild complications, or she has really great health insurance.) Naturally, she documented the occasion for her 400,000 Instagram followers. “Headed home!!! King: Party of 3!” Amy captioned the pic. “Our son has his own IG account! We wanted to grab it before it wasn’t available for when he’s older!” she added. Yes, Dax has his own Instagram page already. We’d make fun, but like gender reveal parties, infant IGs are probably a trend that’s already becoming the norm, if it hasn’t already. “Can you believe I was sideways in mommy’s stomach and now I’m here!?! Let’s go home! In time to see my first Razorback game!” Amy (we assume) captioned the first photo from Dax’s page (below). Daddy Dillon King posted the same pic, with a caption reading: “[Daxton] and I are ready for the @razorbackfb game tonight! [Amy] we just have to get him into his #arkansasrazorbacks gear!”  As with all things Duggar, the whole thing seems wholesome enough, but there are rumors of something seriously unpleasant lurking just beneath the surface. As we reported last week, Jill Duggar is the only member of her family to visit Amy thus far. The other Duggars have a pretty good excuse for not dropping by, as they’ve been visiting Jinger in Los Angeles . Still, their absence has raised a lot of questions about the new mom’s standing with the rest of her family. Conflicts between Amy and Jim Bob Duggar have made tabloid headlines several times over the years. Now, many believe that the rumors of a reconciliation were bogus, and JB still does not approve of his niece’s lifestyle. In recent months, there have been reports that Jill is not on good terms with the rest of their family. The situation has led to a fan theory that she’s joined forces with her outcast cousin in a sort of rebel alliance. That’s probably not true, but we really love the idea that two women of the younger generation are going head-to-head with the all-powerful Jim Bob. View Slideshow: The Duggars: Who’s Courting? Amy Roloff Confirms Yet Another Major Life Change

Amy Roloff has seen her life flipped around and turned upside down over the past several weeks. And now — based on an Instagram update from the Little People, Big World star — it doesn’t look like things are about to calm down any time soon. First, a Amy Roloff recent refresher, bringing followers up to date on what’s been going on with the reality star: Just about a month ago, the mother four announced that boyfriend Chris Marek had proposed after three years of dating and that the two were finally engaged . He did so during a romantic dinner, prompting Amy to tell People Magazine a day later: “I’m excited, I’m so surprised, I’m thrilled! “I never in a million years thought I’d be getting married again, but I also hoped for it! Now that it’s happening, I couldn’t be happier or more excited.” Sadly, about 10 days later, Amy’s mother passed away after a lengthy illness . In her first comments after the tragedy, Amy acknoweldged the “roller coaster” of “happy and sad” emotions that has comprised her universe of late. Truly, we can only imagine. Fast forward about three weeks and Amy was posting pictures from her family’s Oregon farm in celebration of pumpkin season. This is when she alerted fans to the next significant life change about to take place. “Wow! How can Roloff Farms Pumpkin season be here already? And 20 plus years? It’s been a blast and full of wonderful times and memories,” she wrote as a caption to a photo of her and Chris, adding: “And more memories to make. What a family legacy I’ve love sharing w/ you. The Fall season is here, and there is So Much to love about Fall. My favorite season.” Roloff went on to write about the farm in the past tense, mentioning how many people she has “met,” and how much it has “impacted” her life, as it “gave me the gift of raising my kids here for through out their growing up years.” Wait a minute , some fans, asked: Is Amy still living on the farm? “Yes but not for long [we’ll] see what Matt and I can decide on about the farmhouse,” Roloff replied to this question. A few months ago, following some contentious back and forth that aired on TV, Amy agreed to sell Matt her portion of Roloff Farms . She still has some say over how the property is run, but she confirmed in this post six days ago that she’ll soon be moving away. “I finally found one I can make my home for a while. Woohoo!” Amy told followers last week, not offering up many other details about her new residence. We’re not even sure if she’s buying or renting, just that she’ll be living at a different address for the first time in decades. “I have chosen to buy (and Amy has chosen to sell) me only one side of the farm at this time,” Matt explained back in June. “Not the original farmstead… not the side with the pumpkin patch or her house… for now she is only selling me her partial share of ownership in the side (DW) that I live on… “She will remain in her house (and on the farm) and 1/2 owner of our original farm until she decides to leave … At that time we will jointly work to sell the side she lives on together. “This may happen in the future, but it’s not happening yet.” UPDATE: It appears as if this may soon be happening. We’ll keep readers apprised when we learn more about the situation. View Slideshow: Little People, Big World: The Roloffs’ Shocking Scandals… Exposed! [Updated]

Joe Budden: “Logic is F****** Trash!”

Source: Brian Ach / Getty Tell us how you really feel Joe! On the weekend edition of the Joe Budden Podcast, host and ex rapper Joe Budden used a large chunk of the show to go after Def Jam artist Logic. Logic, who recently did a song with French Montana and Juicy J, had his verse read by Joe live on air, to which the podcast host made several crude, and somewhat hilarious, remarks about the lyrics. ‘I’m going to be honest with you,” he continued. ‘I don’t know what they tell you at Def Jam, I know you sold a lot of records, I know you sell out a whole bunch of tours and I know just how successful you are, I have to be honest — you are horrible, man.” Check out the full episode here and let us know what you think!

A Sermon From Sarah Jakes Roberts For Anyone Experiencing Loss And Undergoing Transition

If I had it my way, my life would always be pretty much the same. Some say that’s because I’m a control freak. Others chalk it up to the fact that I’m a Taurus and crave stability and consistency. I wouldn’t argue with either, though I think the fact that I experienced a great deal of instability in my childhood leads me to do whatever I can within my power to minimize chaos and change in my life. Want Exclusives In Your Inbox? Click Here To Sign Up For Our Newsletter! Unfortunately, that’s not life. The world around us is constantly changing and, try as we might to avoid being impacted by those outside forces, it’s simply not possible. Many belief systems suggest outward change is a necessary part of inner growth, and Sarah Jakes Roberts says the only appropriate response to transition is restructuring. “If we are not intentional about restructuring our lives there is a version of us that will not live. And there is another version of us that will continue to live that should die,” she says in her sermon “Restructuring.” SEE ALSO:  Style & Grace: Sarah Jakes Roberts’ Transition Over The Years [PHOTOS] The process of restructuring, however, isn’t easy. There is a great deal of doubt, the path you’re taking may not seem secure, and your faith in the outcome may be shaky. Add to that the fact that your own behavior and mentality has to change to reach the end goal and the reality that everyone in your current circle might not make it there with you and it’s clear restructuring isn’t for the faint of heart — or faith. In other words there will be many deaths — not necessarily physical ones — but losses. And, as Jakes Roberts explains, “These aren’t the types of deaths that you end up thanking God for the separation, not in the moment anyway. There are some things you lose along the way that doesn’t feel good.”Having personally experienced the loss of physical life, professional opportunities, money, and more in the past couple of months, I can certainly attest to what doesn’t feel good. As a result, trusting God feels a bit harder these days. SEE ALSO: Sarah Jakes & Her Husband Toure Roberts Make Us Thank God For Black Love “Sometimes trusting God is trusting that when you say goodbye to the good thing that it doesn’t mean you’re no longer going to grow, Jakes Roberts says. “There are moments when the good thing goes and we think that was my one shot and that was my only opportunity…just because that good thing is gone that didn’t have anything to do with your growth…you saying goodbye doesn’t mean that was the end of your purpose or your destiny.” Because she can say it better than I can (and I’m still learning myself), I thought I’d share her message with you this Sunday in the hope that Jakes Roberts’ words will ease the discomfort, disappointment, and even confusion you feel in the midst of your transition and transformation. 90 Day Fiance The Other Way Tell All Sneak Peek: Evelin "Forgets" Her Ring

The first season of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way comes to a close, but no season is complete without a Tell All special. We already know that the Tell All is especially nasty for Corey and Evelin after Corey is shown a video that shakes him to his core. Now we know that they were already off to a rocky start, as Evelin “forgets” her engagement ring and then body-shames Corey. So, Jihoon and Tom were reportedly the only 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way stars from other countries who could attend the Tell All filming. Evelin, in particular, allegedly overstayed a tourist visa at one point, so it appears that she cannot return to the US for some time. The Engabao, Ecuardor native instead phoned in her appearance on the show via a live video chat, along with some other fiancees. Shaun Robinson, the delightful Tell All host with whom we are all familiar, sits with Corey with an illusion of privacy as Evelin chats with them. Meanwhile, a group of other stars watch from a separate room backstage. “Congratulations on your engagement!” Shaun says merrily, even though she must know full well the bombshell producers are going to drop. Corey thanks her, and she asks when the wedding will be. This is when Corey admits that the actual wedding is still in the planning stages. Corey shares that the date will be “within the next six months.” It turns out that this timeline is partially set by his extended tourist visa (which may be the result of him and Evelin being featured in tourist ads). The visa is extended, but it's not indefinite, so they'll need to tie the knot or he'll have to go home. “So Evelin, within six months, you and Corey are going to be husband and wife,” Shaun asks. “I hope. I don’t know, I just don’t know,” Evelin admits. She asks: “Like how are we supposed to plan our wedding and things that needed to be figured out in such a short time?” “And I know you’ve asked me to learn Spanish,” Corey states. He explains: “She’s asked me to talk with her family and immerse myself in the culture more.” “And she says I need to put on more muscle like I need to look more attractive,” Corey acknowledges. He states: “I need a six-pack and then we can get married.” Evelin chimes in by laughing, saying: “Yeah, it’s because he got a lot of weight on.” She then accuses that “he started nothing” in terms of losing weight, and that the clock is ticking on that. Folks, we realize that it's not uncommon for soon-to-be married people to work on weight loss before a wedding. But that should always be a personal choice, not the result of pressure from anyone else — including your fiancee. After Corey explains his visa sitch, Shaun asks Evelin to hold up her hands for the camera. “Are you wearing your engagement ring?” Shaun asks, already knowing the answer because it's right there on the screen. Evelin laughs and says: “I forgot.” “Seriously, Evelin?” Corey asks. “Are you kidding me?” “I forgot, I completely forgot,” Evelin says apologetically. This is … not going to win her any points. But, as we've reported, it's certainly not the worst part of the Tell All for her and Corey's relationship. In the mean time, Jenny has some very funny commentary about Evelin and her engagement ring. “If Sumit put a ring on this finger, it would never come off,” Jenny states adamantly from backstage. “Not ever. I would superglue that thing to my finger,” she vows. “And it would never come off.” Well, Jenny and Evelin are very different people at very different places in their lives. Check out the Tell All on Monday night and watch the drama go down!

Catelynn Lowell FINALLY Tells All: Is She Really Pregnant?!

Catelynn Lowell has had some very eventful pregnancies. It's sort of the thing that happens when you get famous and then base your entire livelihood on getting pregnant at 16. But for the past couple of weeks, there has been a swirl of rumors about a new pregnancy, and although it seems unlikely, the rumors simply will not quit. Thankfully, Catelynn has released an official statement explaining everything. And you may be surprised about what she has to say … 1. So Many! Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra have had three children together — all girls. And yes, that little detail is going to be important later. 2. Carly Back when they were teenagers, they had Carly, the daughter they placed for adoption. 3. Nova Several years later, they welcomed Nova. 4. Vaeda And just earlier this year, sweet little Vaeda was born. 5. One Happy Family So they’ve got a darling little family, right? They see Carly occasionally, and they’re raising Nova and Vaeda. Jill Duggar Shares Pic of Amy Duggar’s Baby Boy, Prompts Rumors of Family Feud

It’s been a busy week for the Duggar clan. As a matter of fact, it may have been the busiest week of the busiest year in the family’s recent history. The biggest development, of course, was the arrival of Amy Duggar’s first child . We probably don’t need to tell you that procreation is a very big deal in the Duggars’ world. In fact, from a young age, girls in the family are taught that it’s their primary reason for being. So you might imagine that all of Amy’s famous cousins would be on hand for the arrival of her first child. Or at the very least, that they would congratulate her on becoming a mother. But thus far, neither of those things has happened. Granted, the Duggars have a good excuse for missing the birth, as most of the family is currently visiting Jinger Duggar in Los Angeles for the first time. But why have they been so reluctant to reach out to Amy via social media? Some fans are convinced that the answer can be found in this photo: As you can see, Jill Duggar stopped by the hospital to visit Amy and her new first cousin once removed, Dax. “Welcome to the world Daxton Ryan King,” she captioned the photo, which was posted to her Instagram page on Thursday. “So excited for y’all! Thanks for letting me pop in earlier and snatch some baby snuggles!” She added the hashtags “hesakeeper,” “myadorablebabycousin” and “babyking.” It all seems very innocent and wholesome, and perhaps it is. But many fans believe Jill is on the outs with her family, and this is her way of subtly sticking it to them in a public forum. Along with Joy-Anna, Jill is the only member of the immediate Duggar family who didn’t make the trip to LA. She’s also rumored to be on the outs with her parents. For months now, we’ve been hearing reports that Jill’s husband, Derick Dillard, is feuding with Jim Bob and Michelle. And since Jim Bob never really got along with Amy , this pic could be emblematic of a new anti-Jim Bob alliance! Or it could just be a photo of Jill meeting her cousin’s baby for the first time. Tough to say. But we’re guessing Duggar conspiracy theorists (of which there are many) will favor the more scandalous interpretation, as always. View Slideshow: The Duggars: Who’s Courting? Pregnant?
