Source: Justin Sullivan / Getty Uber Driver Receives Multiple Charges For Raping Baltimore Woman With every story that breaks about these ride sharing apps, it becomes more and more difficult to trust these drivers, and here’s another incident that drives home the exact sentiment. An Uber driver in Baltimore has been charged with raping one of his passengers in the back seat of his car. Police charged 31-year-old Joshua Robinson with rape and assault on Friday after he reportedly raped and assaulted a 25-year-old woman on the night of June 1. According to investigators on the case, someone ordered an Uber to pick the woman up to be taken home at around 10:30 p.m. When she didn’t make it home on time, her father panicked and used a phone app to find her location. That is when, officials said, she was found in the area of Jenifer Road and W. Timonium Road. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When the woman’s worried father arrived at the location, he saw a car parked and ended up walking right up to it. When the father opened the door, he found his daughter lying in the back seat of the vehicle appearing “visibly upset.” Robinson was also in the back seat. After that, the father and Robinson got into an argument, in which Robinson punched the man in his face and got into his driver’s seat after throwing the victim’s purse out of the car. Finally, Robinson then fled the scene. Joshua Jamaal Robinson was arrested on Thursday and charged with second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, fourth-degree sex offense and two counts of second-degree assault. He is currently being held without bond at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections. Officials from Uber ended up releasing a statement, saying the following: “What’s been reported is appalling beyond words. We removed the driver from the app as soon as this was reported to us. We will work with police on their investigation.” And there you have it. Do you still trust these ride-sharing apps to get you to your destination safely?

They’re suing two of Smollett’s defense attorneys, Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian, for defamation and false light. They were initially arrested as suspects in the alleged attack, only to be released later. According to court documents obtained by the Chicago Sun Times, the brothers say Smollett paid them to stage the attack and directed every aspect of the scheme. “Mr. Smollett used his clout as a wealthy actor to influence Plaintiffs, who were in a subordinate relationship to him and were aspiring to ‘make it’ in Hollywood,” the lawsuit said. “Mr. Smollett’s motivation was simple. He wanted his employer and the public to notice and appreciate him as a successful black, openly gay actor. So, Mr. Smollett directed every aspect of the attack, including the location and the noose.” Cook County state’s attorney’s office dropped all criminal charges against Smollett last month after he paid $10,000 and performed community service. After those charges were dropped, the Osundairo brothers claim both lawyers continued to blame them for the attack in multiple media appearances. Glandian is accused of going as far as suggesting Smollett and Bola Osundairo had a sexual relationship during an interview on a podcast. That claim allegedly caused Bola severe distress as he is heterosexual, in a relationship and often visits family in Nigeria. Same-sex activity is illegal in Nigeria and can result in 14 years in prison or death. This federal lawsuit comes on the heels of another lawsuit from the City of Chicago demanding Smollett pay them back for money spent on the investigation. Source: John Greim / Getty Tulsa Woman Arrested For Popping Arby’s Customer After Altercation An infuriated Arby’s manager has been arrested after shooting and killing one of their unruly customers. According to the report from Tulsa Worldwide, Deionna Young, 25, was arrested in the shooting death of Desean Tallent, 25, in east Tulsa on Saturday evening. Police say that Tallent and Young got into an altercation Saturday evening about an hour before the shooting, according to a news release. Young was the manager at the Arby’s, where Tallent threatened and assaulted her by spitting on her. About an hour after the initial altercation, Tallent, the unruly customer RETUNED to the location. Why?! Police said Young got in her car and followed Tallent out of the parking lot north on Garnett Road from the store. Young reportedly fired one shot with a .45-caliber handgun, which was not licensed, at Tallent’s SUV and returned to work. Tallent drove the SUV north to Walmart where he crashed into one of the entrances after having suffered a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He later died at the hospital. Young is being held without bond at Tulsa County jail. Insane!

The toxic pair of 90 Day Fiance villains are now taking shots at each other on social media. But that doesn’t changed that Larissa has been served with papers. What’s next? According to The Blast , Colt isn’t wasting any time when it comes to ending things with Larissa. As we previously reported, he filed for divorce on January 11, the day after his scary fight with Larissa that left her face smeared in blood. Now we are learning that he has already hired a process server. That server has apparently tracked down Larissa and served her with divorce papers. It wasn’t so long ago that the head of 90 Day Fiance ‘s production company was boasting about how few divorces the series sees. Clearly, Season 6 has changed those statistics. In the mean time, internet sleuths think that they know that Larissa is doing with her funds. As you may recall, Larissa created a GoFundMe after her violent split from Colt. She is not yet legally allowed to work in the United States, so without Colt, she was penniless in a foreign city. Fans sent her over $5,000, and Larissa said that this would go towards legal fees and supporting herself. Some havea ccused her of partying with the donated cash, though she says that she has done no such thing. Now, internet sleuths believe that Larissa has put some of that money towards purchasing Instagram followers. She does, at present, have nearly 200,000 Instagram followers. In the mean time, Colt appears to be keeping an eye on internet rumors. On his Instagram page, which has under 40,000 followers, Colt shared this awkward photo of him shrugging. In the unbelievable caption, he appears to refer to both the follower-buying rumors and to his own debilitatingly expensive porn habit. “Was thinking about buying some followers,” Coltee captions. “But porn isn’t gonna pay for itself.” We’re not making this up. Here is a screenshot of his captions: 90 Day Fiance fans will recall that the couple’s January 10 fight was sparked by Colt’s spending habits. Larissa shared with fans and followers evidence that Colt had purchased porn. He not only pays for porn, but it appears that he spent sixty entire dollars on a single video. (We should note that a woman claiming to be Colt’s ex claimed last year that he is a sex addict) While we have no issue with paying sex workers for their labor, Colt doesn’t have air conditioning in his car — and he lives in Vegas. It seems clear that his priorities are out of whack. Clearly, he feels comfortable poking fun at himself for this instead of seeking help for what sounds like a tremendously expensive habit. On Larissa’s side of things, she is shading Colt through the use of a classic but still very good meme. A fan asked Larissa on instagram: “Do you miss Colt? … Honestly?” Larissa channeled Mariah Carey herself for her answer. “I don’t know him,” the tweaked text of the classic I don’t know her meme reads. Famously, this meme has been used to insult people by suggesting that they are beneath notice. Is Larissa buying followers? No offense to the cyber-sleuths on Reddit, but we’re not so sure. Larissa is a hot mess, and people like to follow hot messes. She has also, more than once, made her Instagram page private — which is an effective tactic to strong-arm people into following her if they want updates. Finally, though Larissa was perhaps the most talked-about star on Season 6, she doesn’t even have the most followers. Just look at Fernanda, who has over 300,000 followers on Instagram. (It’s no mystery why people follow Fernanda — she is stunningly, almost shockingly, beautiful) Our advice to Larissa is to focus her efforts on her divorce and on not getting deported . If her friend Carmen was telling the truth, that Larissa has sent her photos of injuries inflicted by Colt, those could help her. (If you come to the US on a K-1 visa but are abused, you can avoid deportation upon divorce; this is to keep abusers from using deportation as leverage) Larissa’s three arrests are not going to work in her favor. Our advice to Colt is to maybe seek help about his expensive porn habit and about whatever personality factors “compelled” him to cheat last year. Good news from the world of sports and romance! Professional tennis player Rafael Nadal is now engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Mery Francisca “Xisca” Perello. After 14 years, this is a long time coming. Rafael confessed to HOLA! magazine in a story that was published on Wednesday, January 30. The 32-year-old athlete proposed to his lady love during a romantic trip to Italy. While the classic proposal venue is no surprise, the timing is. That sexy vacation took place in May of 2018. The couple managed to keep this happy news under lock and key for eight entire months. Rafael and Xisca have already scheduled their wedding. They plan to tie the knot this fall. Farrah Abraham may be back in our lives far sooner than anyone is prepared for, as the ex-Teen Mom star has signed on to headline a new series . But Abraham is officially out of her celebrity boxing match. We previously reported that Farrah had canceled on the much-hyped event because she alleged the promoter and organizer (the latter of whom is named Samantha Goldberg) had renegged on their contract. According to Radar Online, Abraham believed she had been promised an abundance of airplane tickets and hotel rooms by those in charge of the November 10 fight in Atlantic City. When she learned almost none of these things would be paid for and that her guests would need to foot their own bills… Abraham bailed. The promoter in question, Damon Feldman, has denied that he legally agreed to any of Abraham’s requests, insisting he DID pay for Farrah and her daughter to be flown to the location in first class. Everything else, he says, is just Farrah acting like a diva and looking for an excuse to pull out of the match. But it’s okay, whatever, good riddance, he and Goldberg now say. We’re told a resident living there was pistol-whipped. We’re told one of the 3 men yelled, “Where’s Post Malone?!” … before stealing a bunch of cash, jewelry and cell phones … about $20k worth. The barking out of Post’s name makes it clear they were targeting him, but it’s been months since he lived there. We’re told the people living there now have no connection to Post. The outlet threw out the possibility that the recent rash of home invasions and the like could be linked to other high-profile cases as a home where Rae Sremmurd was staying in the area was robbed of a safe just hours later.
