Caitlyn Jenner may soon be coming to a city near you. No, the former Olympian is not about to embark on a singing career. But she will be getting behind a microphone. A rep for the transgender star has confirmed that will be embarking on a five-stop speaking tour in 2016 with an organization titled “Unique Lives and Experiences.” Not many details are available regarding the theme of Jenner’s upcoming speeches. But it’s safe to assume she’ll touch on many of the same themes we applauded her for in the Caitlyn Jenner ESPYs speech . Acceptance. Tolerance. Self-confidence. Self-belief. Jenner, of course, came out as a woman in an interview this April with Diane Sawyer. She then went on to chronicle her life in transition during I Am Cait , an eight-episode reality show on E! that has been picked up for a second season. The title of Jenner’s lecture will be “Up Close and Personal” and her mini tour is scheduled to place in Toronto, Vancouver, Denver, San Francisco and Seattle beginning in late February. Tickets are already on sale, ranging from $40 to $500 for a VIP package, depending on the location. Back when she was known as Bruce Jenner, after she won a Gold Medal in 1976, Jenner spent many years on the inspirational speaking circuit. Pippa Middelton is a disappointment……a massive fucking disappointment, that I can only blame the royal family for creating because there was a time that she was the wild, slutty, party girl sister of the future Queen, or mother of the future King…I don’t know how the Royal family works when it comes to them marrying commoners… But I do know that pre-wedding and babies, her sister was slated to be a Princess, like an official fucking princess, and that was the perfect time for this one to have a fucking meltdown and go off the rails and misbehave for attention, becasue that’s what the second tier sister always does…. But I guess the royals have it figured out, it’s not their first rodeo with commoners marrying in, and they know if they pay the sister a million dollars a year, to do nothing but “philanthropic” work..which is code for partying at classy events, in exchange for her to be publicly perfect…otherwise “off with her head”….it works out best for everyone… That doesn’t mean I can’t imagine her doing bad things…while in her bikini…because I am….you see, like I told a girl who used to send me nudes 5 years ago, but who has since gone corporate…people don’t change…just because their location, venue, socioeconomic position changes…they are still the same slut, you just have to get them when they drop their guard a bit…oftentimes…while drunk and/or roofied. Erica Ann Ginnetti, a married former teacher, was referred to as “dangling candy” by a judge who gave her 30 days in jail for having sex with a student. Ginnetti, 35, was arrested in January in Lower Moreland, Pa., after police were tipped off when the victim showed photos and videos of her to classmates. The photos included Ginnetti in a bikini, her underwear or a thong, while a video sent to the teen showed her undressing in a “sexually charged manner.” The teacher and student were in frequent contact in July 2013, after the two had sex in her car parked at an industrial park. Ginnetti pleaded guilty last year. Despite charges of sexual assault and disseminating sexually explicit materials that could’ve earned her 7-14 years behind bars, she got off (har har) easy. Judge Garrett D. Page gave her 30 days’ jail time; Ginnetti will also have to register as a sex offender, and her reputation now precedes her, of course. At her sentencing hearing last Friday, the judge compared sexy photos of the woman to “dangling candy” in front of her victim, according to media reports. “What young man would not jump on that candy?” Page said . Awkward … but difficult to dispute his honor’s point there. “I don’t believe you’re a bad human being,” Page added. “You did a bad act. So I have to punish you.” Ginnetti now works as a fitness instructor at a local gym, regularly volunteers at her church, and is rebuilding her relationship with her husband and three children (!). Justin Bieber may be trying to clean up his act these days, but the Swag Master still has plenty of old legal issues that need to be dealt with. In addition to a bizarre incident in which Justin tossed an Argentine flag off stage , he was also accused of sending his bodyguards to beat up a photographer. Bieber was summoned to Argentina to answer for his crimes last year, but he ignored the request, because who wouldn’t? Now, one Buenos Aires judge is pissed, and he’s sent the word out that the Biebs is to be tossed in prison if he ever dares to set foot in South America’s second-largest country. TMZ is reporting that a court order has been issued stating that the judge in Bieber’s case considers it “pertinent to order the immediate detention of the accused.” “The accused” in this case, of course, is Justin. The order sounds harsh, but if you’re wondering what sort of authority Argentine police have to pursue Bieber outside of their country, the answer is absolutely none. In other words, Justin is completely safe as long as he doesn’t go back to Argentina. If this were the old Justin, he would probably fly down this weekend just to see what would happen, but the new Justin is probably smart enough to keep his distance. Apparently, some media outlets have been receiving official royal updates regarding when they should set up shop outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. That’s the location where, for the second time in less than two years, Kate is expected to welcome a newborn who will immediately have more titles than the Khaleesi. Possibly sooner than originally expected, too. Apparently, when Kate’s due date was first revealed several weeks ago, it was said to be April 20. Since then, the date has moved up to April 15, which can only mean one thing – the fall of the British Empire is at hand. We, kid! Don’t worry Canada, you’re still in good hands! In all likelihood, everything is going according to plan and a press secretary for the royals decided to play it safe in case the baby comes a few days early (as babies are wont to do). Still, some of the trashier overseas publications are having a field day with this news: Has Kate scheduled a c-section? Has her hyperemesis gravidarum acted up again, forcing doctors to induce labor? Is “hyperemesis gravidarum” hard to spell? The answers to those questions are “maybe,” “no,” and “you try it.” As far as we can tell, everything is going just fine with Kate and the world just needs to relax. Man Attacks Woman For Refusing To Have Sex With Him After He Bought Her McDonald’s via Palm Beach Post A West Palm Beach man is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail after he allegedly beat a woman who refused to have sex with him after he bought her breakfast at McDonald’s. Justin Jarrard Oliver is facing charges of felony battery and false imprisonment. Oliver, 26, is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. The woman told West Palm Beach police that she and her boyfriend picked up Oliver in her car Wednesday morning then drove to the McDonald’s on 45th Street west of Australian Avenue. The trio placed their order and Oliver paid the tab, according to an arrest report. Oliver then “demanded sex from (the victim) due to him buying her McDonald’s food,” the report said. As the woman was driving, Oliver allegedly “grabbed her by the arm/hand and attempted to pull her into the rear seat for sex,” according to the report. The woman screamed and held on to the steering wheel before bringing the car to an abrupt stop on 35th Street near Broadway. Once the vehicle stopped, Oliver jumped out and tried to pull the victim out of the car while again demanding sex, the report said. Oliver allegedly punched the woman with his fist, causing “severe injuries” that included a 1 1/2-inch laceration above her left eye and numerous other cuts and abrasions, the report said. The woman’s boyfriend jumped on Oliver’s back, allowing the woman to move the car a short distance away. The boyfriend then got back in the car and the woman drove to St. Mary’s Medical Center. The hospital staff alerted police. Police found Oliver near the location of the assault. He refused to answer questions from police, citing his right not to incriminate himself, the report said.
Oil Tanker Derails And Explodes In West VA A train transporting 100 tankers of crude oil derailed in West Virginia, exploding and sending thousands of gallons of oil into the town’s water supply. Via ThinkProgress : Crude oil is pouring into a river that supplies drinking water and approximately 1,000 people have been evacuated from their homes due to an oil train derailment and explosion in southern West Virginia on Monday, according to media reports. The train, owned by CSX Corp., was carrying more than 100 tankers of crude oil from the Bakken shale in North Dakota when it derailed at about 1:30 p.m., the L.A. Times reported. Officials estimated that approximately 14 of those tankers were involved in the derailment and subsequent fire, which as of 9 p.m. was still raging. Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin declared a state of emergency at around 5:40 p.m. One home has so far been confirmed destroyed, and at least one person has been sent to the hospital for inhaling smoke. CSX put out a statement Monday night saying it would provide hotel rooms for displaced residents. Concerns have also been raised about the potential contamination of local water-treatment facilities, after officials noted that at least one of the derailed tanker cars fell into the Kanawha River. The area is about 30 miles from the location where 10,000 gallons of a coal industry chemical called crude MCHM spilled and tainted the drinking water supply a little over one year ago. Response efforts have so far been hampered by heavy snow. The area has been under a winter storm warning, according to the Associated Press, and is expected to get anywhere from 5 to 10 inches of snow tonight. SMH! Following last week’s emotional moment between Dawson and Mills, Chicago Fire Season 3 Episode 10 featured a lot of tension between Casey and fiancee, including a drunken night out in the city. Dawson tried to apologize for her “stupid bar talk,” but Casey didn’t think confiding in a former lover about ongoing troubles at home is something that can be easily dismissed. Watch Chicago Fire Season 3 Episode 10 Online This leads Casey to go drinking (A LOT!) with Severide and ending up on a random woman’s couch. Did he engage in some naughty behavior? He’s unsure, but Casey makes amends with Dawson nonetheless, saying he acted like a “jerk” during their fight. Casey later learns that Severide actually slept with the random woman and Casey simply passed out in the living room. Still, when this blonde showed up at the firehouse with Casey’s phone, he and Dawson end up in a screaming match. Says Casey, before Dawson asks for permission to go home and ends up crying all by herself: “Maybe this whole thing is too big for us. I’m trying to be a lieutenant and your fiancé, and you can’t respect either one.” Elsewhere during an emotional fall finale… Mills and Brett vanish during a call after a strange black car appears at the location. Casey and the rest of the crew track down the abandoned ambulance and an injured man, yet find no sign of the paramedics. Clearly, Anthony staged this incident as payback against Mills for his son’s death… right? Donna delivers Boden’s baby in the middle of a traffic jam, only for the newborn to go into respiratory failure. Molly’s II makes it first ride when the truck crashes and burns into a nativity display at a Christmas festival. OOPS!
