A Catholic nun in training was stripped of her innocence this week in India after a group of people, including one woman, acted out what is believed to be a revenge attack — of the most unimaginable kind! Via NYPost reports : A trainee Catholic nun in India was reportedly abducted and sexually assaulted over a week by men — including her cousins — in just the latest sick sex attack to shock the country. The 22-year-old was lured to a train station earlier this month in the Orissa region of India by her captors, who told her in a phone call that her mother was sick, according to reports. They then took her to another location and forced her to have sex over several days before returning her to the station. The assault is alleged to be a revenge attack. The suspects reportedly believe the victim’s brother may have been involved in the death of the father of one of the attackers, according to local reports. Two men and a woman have been arrested over the crime. The shocking crime comes to light a week after four Indian girls, aged 12 to 14, were abducted from a foster home in Lawada village in Pakur district, and sexually assaulted by up to 20 armed men. Brutal sex attacks have sparked furious protests in India since the gang rape of a young woman on a Delhi bus in December. Some UK Big Brother Trash Topless on the Beach
Aerialist Nik Wallenda completed a tightrope walk a quarter mile over the Little Colorado River Gorge near the Grand Canyon in Arizona on Sunday. Wallenda, of the renowned Flying Wallendas, performed the stunt on a two-inch-thick steel cable, 1,500 feet above the river on the Navajo Nation. Nik Wallenda didn’t wear any sort of harness and stepped slowly and steady throughout, murmuring prayers to Jesus almost constantly along the way. “Thank you Lord. Thank you for calming that cable, God,” he said at one point about 13 minutes into the walk, when things got particularly harrowing. The event was broadcast live on the Discovery Channel (above). Winds had been expected to be around 30 m.p.h. Wallenda said they were “unpredictable” and that dust had accumulated on his contact lenses. “It was way more windy, and it took every bit of me to stay focused the entire time,” said the 34-year-old Sarasota, Fla., resident and daredevil. Nik is no stranger to high-wire stunts. His great-grandfather, Karl Wallenda, fell during a performance in Puerto Rico and died at the age of 73. Several other family members, including a cousin and an uncle, have perished while performing wire walking attempts such as his on Sunday. Nik Wallenda is still here, fortunately, having grown up performing with his family and dreamed of crossing the Grand Canyon since he was a teen. Sunday’s stunt comes a year after Nik Wallenda traversed Niagara Falls and earned a seventh Guinness world record … this one may take the cake. Where do you go from here? The event was touted as a walk across the Grand Canyon, an area held sacred by many American Indian tribes, though it was actually just nearby. Some local residents believe Wallenda and Discovery didn’t accurately pinpoint the location … but come on, that was a pretty impressive tightrope walk!

A Poltergeist remake ? It’s heeeere! Okay, well it’s not here yet. But it’s coming. And who could resist that reference? MGM and 20th Century Fox are teaming up to produce and distribute a remake of the classic horror film, which will begin shooting this fall. Gil Kenan will direct the film, with David Lindsay-Abaire, who wrote Oz the Great and Powerful, providing the script. The film will reportedly be a “revisionist take on the classic horror film.” It will follow a struggling family that moves into a new home, where their daughter is taken by an evil spirit. Lil Snupe is dead at the age of 18, according to multiple reports. The emerging rapper from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who recently signed to Meek Mill’s Dream Chasers label, passed away early this morning. Some sources indicate that he was shot and killed, although no official details, including the location, have been released as of this posting. No homicides with a similarly aged victim occurred in the Baton Rouge area overnight, though it’s unclear if he still resides in that city or was there last night. In any case, Lil Snupe’s manager, DJ Smallz and Dream Chasers’ Louie V Gutta both tweeted of the rapper’s death this morning with heavy hearts. Snupe repped his home state in his last tweet, writing simply: “i Hold it Down 4 Louisiana.” Meek Mill signed Snupe to Dream Chasers last year after listening to his mixtape for 20 minutes, the late Louisiana rapper told MTV News in February. “He was in a van, they was finna pull off,” Snipe recalled. “I went and knocked on the van, on the window. They let the window down, grabbed the mixtape and it was like 20 minutes later they called me.” “He was spittin’ so much pain, he’s from the south with a flow like an east coast guy,” Meek Mill , who released Snupe’s debut mixtape in April, told MTV. Jallen Messersmith has come out as the first openly gay men’s college basketball player in the United States. The Benedictine College center told The Associated Press this week that he revealed his sexuality to coaches and teammates before this past season, opening up again Tuesday to Outsports.com. Messersmith said Jason Collins did not serve as a “buffer” for his announcement, but that “it’s awesome to have another person in my sport to come out [nationally] beforehand.” The 6’7″ shot-blocker hopes to serve as a role model to others struggling with whether or not to go public. “The big thing for me, why I wanted to do it, before the whole Jason Collins thing, is there weren’t a lot of basketball-related stories like this,” Messersmith said . “When I started coming out, I didn’t have anyone to look to for advice or to see how their story went. People can look to see what happened to me – and there are positive things going on.” Brittney Griner, the top pick in this year’s WNBA Draft, also admitted a few weeks ago that she’s a lesbian , though she says it was never a secret among coaches and teammates at Baylor. Benedictine is located in Kansas and is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, which condemns homosexual acts. However, the university teaches that gay individuals should be treated with respect, compassion and sensitivity. Said the school in a statement yesterday: “We support Jallen as a Benedictine College student and as a member of the Raven basketball team. Obviously, it would be inappropriate for us to discuss the private lives of students. As an institution we treat all students with respect and sensitivity.”

A woman handing out pizza samples at a Costco in Sterling, Virginia was killed yesterday afternoon after waving a knife and scissors around and threatening employees. Police officers responded to calls of a disturbance at the store and arrived to find 38-year old Mhai Scott in a state of distress. They tried to use a stun gun to calm her down, but Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman told a NBC affiliate that it “did not work.” As a result, a deputy shot Scott and killed her. Another officer was wounded in the leg, though witnesses confirm only those in the sheriff’s department fired their weapons and he may have been hit by a ricochet. He is expected make a full recovery. The deceased worked for the company that does sampling at Costco stores. After being closed for the remainder of Wednesday, the location is up and running again today.

I’ve been supporting Justin since the beginning. I was watching his videos before he got famous. I’m from the Netherlands , but in 2010 I went to New York to see Justin for the first time live, with my dad. After the (perfect) concert, the people from Island Def Jam Group were so surprised and honoured I travelled so far for Justin , so they sang me a birthday song since my 13th birthday was in less than a week. They were all super sweet and I gave them a letter for Justin. February 21th was the first time I saw Justin and it was perfect. Then in 2011 I went back to New York. Justin wasn’t there at that time, but I went to his management again at Def Jam They moved to another location, and Justin was more popular so I couldn’t get in the building any more. The second time I saw Justin was in Holland in 2012. He was so handsome and I couldn’t believe we were breathing the same air. Then Justin came back to the Netherlands, April 13th, 2013. I got a MEET AND GREET! I was screaming and crying the whole week. Finally after counting down, it was the big day. I forgot everything I planned to do and say, I planned to ask him for a hug and a kiss on my cheek, but then I saw him and I was in shock. The boy who I was fangirling over for so long about was right in front of me! I just stood there in front of him with my hands over my mouth, I was speechless! I said, “Omg I love you.” He smiled and said, “I love ya too,” as he grabbed my hands and said that I had to stand next to him and then we took the photo. I had to leave the room, but I realized I didn’t asked for a hug. Sadly it was too late to do so. When I left the room I couldn’t believe I just met my hero. He was so perfect and everything was just perfect. Can you believe he held me, he saw me, he knows I exist now. The concert was beyond amazing and he was so sexy. When I got my M&G photo I was so happy, I love the why how he is holding me. All I could do when I saw the photo was cry. I loved Justin since the beginning and I always will. Once a belieber, ALWAYS a belieber. I hope you like My Bieber Experience and that it will give you hope. To all the girls who never got noticed by Justin or met him before, just believe in your dreams and never say never.
