Brittney Griner: Engaged to Glory Johnson!

Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson may be opponents on the court. But they have agreed to be partners off the court… for life. The WNBA stars are now engaged, after Griner got down on one knee Thursday night and popped life’s most important question to Johnson. Griner, a two-time WNBA All-Star, plays for the Phoenix Mercury, while Johnson is a member of the Tulsa Shock. “Last Night was a Night to Remember I became the happiest person on this earth! (almost pass out but when that one word came out I came back to life),” Griner wrote on Instagram. “Me and my baby @missvol25 are in it for Life!” Griner was the top overall draft pick in 2013 and came out as gay in April. Johnson was SEC Defensive Player of the Year at Tennessee before being picked number-four overall in 2012. We send this engaged couple our best wishes! Celebrities Who Got Engaged in 2014 1. The Walking Dead Season 5 Trailer: Now with Legos!

On October 12, AMC will kick off The Walking Dead Season 5 , giving us a look a Rick Grimes and company at Terminus. What sort of threats will the survivors face there? As rumored, are the residents truly cannibals? And who will die first? Sarah Drew: Pregnant with Baby #2!

Life is imitating art for Sarah Drew. The Grey’s Anatomy actress, whose character of April Kepner discovered on the May finale of this ABC hit that she’s pregnant, is now expecting a child herself as well. Drew and husband Peter Lanfer are already parents to a two-and-a-half year old son named Micah. “Peter and I are delighted to announce our pregnancy,” Drew tells People. “We can’t wait to introduce Micah to his little brother or sister.” Drew added that she’s “very, very lucky” to have a child such as Micah, one who throws the occasional tantrum yet is generally “sweet and funny and such a good boy.” Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 kicks off on Thursday, September 25 at 8/7c. David Duchovny understands why people are bothered by his new commercial. The actor anchors an ad for Siberian Crown beer that was released online Friday and which has led to a considerable amount of backlash, considering the conflict in eastern Ukraine and allegations surrounding the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 . In a statement to TMZ, Duchovny explains why he chose to star in the spot and why he’s not expressing support for any nation as a result of it. Selena Gomez and Cara Delevingne  are BFFs these days, and they just spent about a week straight partying in Italy for Selena’s 22nd birthday. Cara’s been known to cause some trouble, but based on photos we’ve seen, the whole trip seemed pretty innocent. After all, who could have a problem with a newly single young woman celebrating her birthday with her new bestie? Justin Bieber, that’s who.
