Grammy-winner Adele adds two trophies to her collection, while Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars and Coldplay also nabbed awards on Tuesday. By Jocelyn Vena Adele wins at the Brit Awards 2012 Photo: Dave M. Benett/ Getty Images On Tuesday (February 21), some of the biggest names in the music business headed to London’s O2 Arena for the 2012 Brit Awards , where Adele , Rihanna and Bruno Mars were among the stars who took home prizes. Grammy winner Adele added to her award collection by nabbing two Brits, including British Female Solo Artist and the night’s big prize, Mastercard British Album of the Year, for 21. And on Wednesday, the U.K. singer will celebrate the one-year anniversary of her chart-topping 21. “It’s been an amazing year,” she told the room as she accepted the Female Solo Artist prize. She then joked to presenter Kylie Minogue, “I feel like a drag queen next to you,” before thanking her record label for “for letting me be the kind of artist I want to be.” There were also live performances from Florence and the Machine, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Rihanna and, of course, Adele, who sang “Rolling in the Deep” just a little over a week since her Grammy performance . Meanwhile, just as One Direction seems poised for a U.S. takeover the U.K. boy band nabbed a British Single award for their track “What Makes You Beautiful,” which was released in the States last week. Rihanna and Bruno Mars won International Female Solo Artist and International Male Solo Artist, respectively. “[Thanks to] all my fans who continue to support me no matter what,” said Rihanna, who made headlines on Tuesday (February 21) by adding Chris Brown to her “Birthday Cake” remix . Coldplay took home the British Group prize for the third time. On the other end of the spectrum, Grammy winners the Foo Fighters beat out folks like Jay-Z and Kanye West (a.k.a. the Throne), Lady Antebellum and Maroon 5 to win International Group. Lana Del Rey won the International Breakthrough Act award, just weeks after she dropped her debut, Born to Die. Other awards included Outstanding Contribution Award for Blur, a Critics Choice Award for Emeli Sande and British Male Solo Artist for singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, who also took British Breakthrough Act. Kelly Brook is everywhere…at least EVERYWHERE ON THIS SITE …I’ve been posting on her like a mad person…and I don’t even know why…I think I like the fact that she’s some bottom feeding slut who spent a decade getting topless to finally become as famous as she is today…or if it is because she had an intentional miscarriage to keep living out her dream into her 40s…or maybe it is cuz I know what her vagina looks like as it sticks its tongue out at me …but it is probably cuz she’s got rocking tits that she brought out to some London Fashion bullshit….. The Throne will kick off a 12-show European tour beginning May 20 in London. By Rob Markman Kanye West & Jay-Z Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images Jay-Z and Kanye West are about to get the people going again — this time overseas . International Hov and Martin Louis the King Jr. are taking their fan-favorite and critically acclaimed tour to Europe, where they recorded significant portions of their groundbreaking Watch the Throne LP. The 12-show run kicks off May 20 at the O2 Arena in London and runs through Switzerland, Norway, Germany and Belgium, ending on June 13. As far as when Jay and ‘Ye will be bringing their ubiquitous hit “N—as in Paris” to its point of inspiration, the duo will be holding down two shows on June 1 and June 2 at Paris Bercy. Jay and Kanye kicked off their WTT tour in October in Atlanta at the Phillips Arena. Noted for its unique set design with two rising pillars, the North American run of the tour found Hov and Yeezy bouncing off of each other perfectly, performing songs from both the Throne album and their individual catalogs. It was a gaudy display of hits that usually ended with the infectious “N—as in Paris” being performed multiple times — a record-breaking 11 times during their Vancouver stop. Ninjas in London… Hip-hop’s leading fashionisto, Kanye West, was spotted kickin’ it in the U.K. for London’s fashion week. Half of “The Throne” made an appearance at Mark Fast’s fashion show, and to sneakerhead’s delight, he stepped out in a new colorway of the Air Yeezy 2 ‘s. No word on when these drop, but we’re sure that will be as quick to sell out as his inaugural pair did a few years back. Take a look at them after the flippy and let us know if you plan on scoring a pair when they drop.

Poor Taylor Swift. Not only did this singer recently lose out on a role in Les Miserables (the part of Eponine went to Samantha Barks instead), but she reportedly lost a new love interest in the process. According to Us Weekly , Taylor met British actor Eddie Redmayne ( My Week with Marilyn ) while auditioning for the character in October 2011 and “they hung out in New York City with the movie’s execs. Taylor developed feelings for him fast.” Redmayne, who actually attended Eton College with Prince William, felt something for Swift, as well, an insider confirms, meeting up with her on January 24 in London and staying over the next night in Taylor’s hotel room. It’s unclear why. Alas, Swift returned home, learned she did NOT win the part in Les Miserables and then received doubly bad news: Redmayne was “not interested in a long-distance relationship,” this source says. Seriously, will Swift’s guitar ever be free from tear drops?!? [Photos: WENN.com]
