Oldest Written Document Ever Found in Jerusalem Discovered

A tiny clay fragment — dating from the 14th century B.C.E. — that was found in excavations outside Jerusalem's Old City walls contains the oldest written document ever found in Jerusalem, say researchers at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Bill Clinton decided to “wipe the slate clean” by stating all of Bush’s problems during his administration were indeed Clinton’s fault during his term. He apparently felt the need to own up to not taking care of North Korea, and a couple of other issues that are indeed not just problems in which Bush had to settle, but Obama is still fighting My question is, if what The Onion is reporting is true, why did it take Bill Clinton this long to admit to such a mistake on his behalf? Seems like we could have done with the support and confessions long before this
