MTV did more than just announce the nominees for this year’s prestigious Video Music Awards on Tuesday afternoon. The network also announced that it has done away with gender-based categories, as “Best Female Video” and “Best Male Video.” Those have been combined into “Artist of the Year.” As for which artist has the most nominations?
