Audrey Roloff Mourns Friend’s Suicide, Shares Inspiring Message

Little People, Big World star and social media mainstay Audrey Roloff has been through a great deal over the past few days. By her own candid admission. In a revealing and heart-shattering new Instagram post, the TLC reality personality explains why she’s been going through some hard times. Or some “pretty intense roses and thorns,” as she and husband Jeremy Roloff sometimes say on their podcast. The main reason why? She has lost a friend named Jarrid Wilson to suicide. “On Ember’s 2nd birthday we found out that our friend Jarrid took his own life,” wrote Audrey online, adding in awful detail: “It was shocking and absolutely heart-breaking news. I couldn’t breathe when I found out and sobbed for hours.” “Ember saw my tears, “Sad mama?” We sat on the couch together and she kept giving my pats on my shoulder and saying: “It’s ok mama, no more crying, happy mama?” “When I kept crying she would wipe away my tears and say, “blow mama, blow” and she would show me how to blow just like I do with her when she’s upset. Cue more tears.” Seriously, now we’re crying. Audrey, who is expecting a boy in January 2020 , continued in her post: “Jarrid and his wife Juli have been such faithful encouragers and good friends since before we were married.” The 28-year-old Roloff continued: “As we’ve been crying, processing, and praying, we’ve felt all the emotions that come with loss – anger, confusion, hurt, shock, etc.” A woman of strong faith, Audrey then turned her focus to religion and how she has tried to cope with this tragedy: “This past week I just keep thinking about @itsjuliwilson and her two boys and praying in desperation.” Anyone who has experienced anything similarly tragic can  relate. “Praying that Lord would give those boys peace that surpasses understanding. That Juli would be flooded with prayer, love, encouraging truth, practical help, and compassion.” “That Jarrid’s life would be honored well.” “That people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and mental illness would not lose hope. And ultimately, that people who don’t struggle with mental illness would be compassionate.” At this point, much to our extreme admiration, Audrey wrote about the sort of troubles that inflict many people who take their own lives: Mental illnesss has a lot of stigma around it, unfortunately especially in the church. I think we can be better, especially in times of mourning, to be less critical and more compassionate. To be quicker to love than to judge. To be more like a two-year old comforting her mama. To be “compassionate and gracious, slow to anger; and abounding in love and faithfulness” (Psalm 86:15). And she concluded by first marveling over her daughter: While I was sitting on the couch with Ember mourning the loss of our friend, I realized how much more COMPASSIONATE my 2 year old is than most adults…⁣ And then by bidding her friend a sorrowful farewell: Sometimes people just need you to sit with them, wipe their tears, and blow. ⁣We love you Jarrid⁣. Well put, all around. We send our condolences to Jarrid, his family members, friends and loved ones.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Suffers Apparent Heart Attack, May Need Surgery

Duane “Dog” Chapman was hospitalized over the weekend after a suspected heart attack — and we’ve got the latest on this troubling development. The incident comes just a couple months after Duane lost beloved wife Beth Chapman to cancer . Details are still coming in regarding the health scare, but this is what we know at the moment: According to TMZ, Chapman was taken to a Colorado hospital after experiencing chest pains. The celebrity gossip outlet states that doctors are not entirely sure what happened, even as we write this… but they do think there’s a chance the famous bounty hunter will need surgery to correct whatever caused the chest pains. “I can confirm Dog is under doctor’s care and is resting comfortably,” a rep for the reality star says, adding simply: “Thank you for all of your well wishes – keep ’em coming.” The official Dog the Bounty Hunter team Twitter account retweeted Moore’s message and wrote: “This is an official response from a member of Dog’s Management Team to today’s media stories.” Again, this is all we can really confirm at the moment. Beth Chapman, however, passed away in late June after a battle with throat cancer. She and Duane had been together for well over two decades, with the latter expressing open and candid remorse over his wife’s passing on numerous public occasions. “It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain,” he wrote to confirm her passing at the time. “Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth.” Said Duane to Hawaii News Now shortly after saying goodbye to his soulmate: “You kind of try to remember that you’re celebrating life, but right now we’re mourning the death, so it’s not good.” He latter added of his late wife: “Her way was to live. She wanted to live so bad and she fought so long, and the reason she fought, she liked life but she wanted to show people how to beat it and what to do when it got her… “One of the last things she said [was] ‘It’s a test of my faith.’ “She had faith and that was it… “I loved her so much. As Lazarus lay, Jesus said he’s not dead, he’s sleepeth. My final words are Beth isn’t dead, she’s sleeping.” Making this heartbreaking matter even worse? Chapman’s store was recently broken into, with thieves getting away with some of Beth’s stuff . Seriously, how much can some people suck?!? We wish Duane nothing but the best and send him our best wishes for a speedy and full recovery.

Evelyn Lozada Urged To File Restraining Order Against ‘Basketball Wives’ Co-Star OG

Source: Michael Tullberg / Getty The drama is high with the cast of Basketball Wives , this after a taping of a reunion show went awry. Evelyn Lozada apparently has some beef with co-star Ogom “OG” Chijindu , prompting some close to her in advising her to take out a restraining order. The Blast reports : Sources tell The Blast, the reunion show for “Basketball Wives” was shot last week. We’re told production constructed two different sets on the stage. They wanted to avoid any confrontations and keep ladies apart who had issues. The main set was for Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn, Malaysia Pargo, Jackie Christie, Kristen Scott and Feby Torres. The smaller set was for Tami Roman, Cece Gutierrez and Ogom “OG” Chijindu. We’re told Roman called out sick days before the taping. Sources on set tell The Blast, once OG arrived to set she “lost it”. Sources say she went off on production and cast members, upset she wasn’t seated at the main stage. OG allegedly told producers she refused to tape the reunion. She walked away from set and the reunion went along filming. We’re told she eventually came back and filmed the reunion, after seeing the show was going on without her. Following the reunion, OG began barraging Lozada with angry messages on social media. The posts about Lozada have been nonstop with some retweets mentioning violence. Fans of the show have sided with both ladies in this simmering feud, with some noting that Lozada has insulted Chijindu’s looks in the past, but that was countered with chatter that OG herself has engaged in similar comments alongside Tami Roman. The outlet adds that sources say OG has been a problem for cast members and even got into it with the host of the reunion taping. — Photo: Getty

We’re TIRED: James Corden’s Go-Pro Production ‘Carpool Karaoke’ Really Won An Emmy Over Beyoncé’s Monumental Masterpiece ‘Homecoming’

Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty Fans Are NOT HAPPY With Homecoming ‘s Creative Arts Emmys Oversight When Beyoncé headlined Coachella in 2018, fans crowded around their laptops and made an event out of the livestream, live-tweeting about the concert and gushing over the insane dedication and production value put into the show. A year later, Netflix released Homecoming , a documentary which included that same iconic performance footage (compiled from both Coachella weekends) along with a behind-the-scenes look at just how much work went into making the whole thing happen. Fast forward to present day, Beyoncé’s concert film was nominated for six Emmys: outstanding variety special, outstanding costumes for variety, non-fiction or reality programming; outstanding directing for a variety special; outstanding music direction; outstanding production design for a variety special and outstanding writing for a variety special. Somehow, at the Creative Arts Emmys on September 14, Homecoming came up completely empty-handed. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Beyoncé (@beyonce) on Apr 15, 2018 at 12:47am PDT Though not getting recognized in general has a lot of Beyoncé fans upset, even more upsetting is what Homecoming was beat by. Though the documentary was nominated and snubbed in several categories, the one oversight that’s gaining attention is “Best Variety Special,” where Bey’s concert special lost to James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke special with Paul McCartney, When Corden Met McCartney. Corden’s series also won in several other categories including “Best Technical Direction/Camerawork/Video Control” and “Best Short Form Variety Series.” If you’re not familiar with Carpool Karaoke, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Late night host James Corden drives around with different celebrities while they sing along to songs together. That’s it. And that’s the series that won multiple awards while Beyonce and her Homecoming crew went home empty-handed (metaphorically, because Beyoncé didn’t actually show up to the award show…obviously). For a series that has the same production value as Cash Cab , fans are outraged that Carpool Karaoke went home with awards for camerawork and other accolades while Homecoming was completely snubbed. Farrah Abraham: I’m So Sorry for My Dumb 9/11 Mistake!

Her bad, you guys. Seriously: her major, major bad. Farrah Abraham just wants to make that as clear as possible… while still spouting her usual nonsense and still sounding anything but truly authentic. On Wednesday — also known as the 18th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks — the former Teen Mom star posted a lengthy video from the site of this horrific tragedy. She was on location in New York City with her daughter, Sophia, telling fans how much they were enjoying (yes, enjoying ) the trip and then, well… she mixed up the date of the attacks with the name of a well-known convenience store chain. “Okay, so we wanted to do, since it’s gonna be September 11, in honor of the Freedom Towers, and observatory deck and everything, of 7-Eleven, we are going to do this. Wow, look at this guys,” says Farrah into the camera down below. She didn’t realize her error at the time and just kept on talking in a VERY excited manner about the whole 9/11 memorial experience. “I think this is gorgeous, beautiful, and in memory of a lot of loved ones, a lot of others lost,” she says in the following video, adding: “I remember being in fifth grade when September 11 attacks happened, Sophia was not born yet, so I think it’s really important that Sophia learns about it, and here we go.” A sweet sentiment at its core, no doubt. But Farrah quickly came under for the 7-Eleven utterance and the entire entire idea of using this national tragedy as the basis for a vlog entry. Farrah Abraham at One World Trade Center: Watch, Cringe Now! Approached today by TMZ about the debacle, Farrah definitely apologized — but she didn’t exactly sound remorsely. “It crushed me,” Farrah told a cameraman from this website on the street, prior to laughing at her own expense. “I don’t even know my name sometimes… it was a raw moment. Sophia definitely enjoyed 9/11, that was the first time I got to go,” she added. Again, just a weird thing to say and a weird say to say it. But this is Farrah Abraham, right? That’s how she always rolls. “I was super tired. I’m very sorry about that,” continueed Farrah in this same interview. She then asked her 10-year old daughter for her thoughts on One World Trade Center, which is where the Twin Towers were formally located. “It was super tall,” the child replied. Farrah proceeded to say that she hopes Sophia gets a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame someday, and then responded to accusations that maybe she shouldn’t have used 9/11 as a promotional tool for her social media presence and YouTube channel. “This is our daily life and that was part of our life,” she said, concluding: “We’re all human. I’m human, what a shock!” View Slideshow: Farrah Abraham Looks 39 Shades of Effed Up in Disturbing New Video

Thursday night was no different. On New York Fashion Week’s opening night at the Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards, Moore used the red carpet as a call to action. There to accept the “Cover of the Year Award” for her historic Elle magazine cover earlier this year, she rocked a gorgeous red Oscar de la Renta gown, pairing them with long cascading Beads By Aree keepsake earrings that paid homage to 16 Black trans murdered this year. Each gold frame held a picture of women including Jazzaline Ware , Ashanti Carmon , Muhlaysia Booker , and Michelle “Tamika” Washington to name a few. In addition, her clutch had a picture of 17-year-old Bailey Reeves . “ Thank you Aree, for sharing your keepsake earrings so I could bring my sister’s with me tonight,” the 24-year-old Louis Vuitton spokesperson wrote on Instagram.  According to W , during her speech, Moore told the crowd, “As you all know, or not, I am Black, and I am trans.
