“If you’ve got it, flaunt it” goes the old adage, and no one follows this rule more than the Kardashians. Sisters Khloe and Kourtney took to Instagram yesterday to post a twinning shot in which they pull down their spandex waist bands to reveal their very toned tummies. “Gym selfie with the MILF,” read Khloe’s caption, while Kourtney wrote simply, “Double gym selfie.” It’s no secret that both women hit the gym hard following their breakups with Lamar Odom and Scott Disick, and the sisters were even in competition to host the new reality show Revenge Body . Khloe wound up getting the gig – and it’s one she almost seems born to do. After her separation from Lamar, she went into “beast mode” with her workouts and has posted multiple photos and videos of her exercise regimen to social media. The result? A leaner, more trim figure that she’s been showing off like mad of late. Even comedian Amy Schumer joked during her SNL monologue, “Khloe, she like, lost half her body weight. She just, she lost it — she lost a Kendall.” But Kourt ain’t doing so bad herself. She recently posed in a totally nude photo shoot for a fine art gallery in which she shows off every inch of her svelte physique. “I work out every single day, so, I feel like, why not?” she said on her decision to do the shoot.
