Louis Tomlinson wants the world to know he isn’t gay. The singer went off on Twitter earlier this week in response to an article penned by Jenn Selby in The Independent. It cites Tomlinson’s donning of a shirt that bears a rainbow-colored Apple logo, with Selby saying this meant Tomlinson had “showed support” for Apple CEO Tim Cook , who recently came out as a homosexual. HOWEVER, this multi-colored logo was used by Apple in the 1980s and 1990s. It has nothing to do with LGBT issues, a fact Tomlinson pointed out to Selby via an angry Twitter message. “@JennSelby The fact that you work for such a ‘credible’ paper and you would talk such rubbish is laughable,” he wrote. “I am in fact straight. Google ‘original apple logo’ and you will see the one printed on my shirt that you reported on. “Trying to look for a promotion? F*cking ridiculous I even have to tweet that sh*t!” The Independent article did seemingly misinterpret the basis behind Tomlinson’s shirt… but it never accused the One Direction singer of being gay. As a result, the handsome young singer has come under fire for reacting so strongly against an allegation that never even existed. Some have accused Tomlinson of homophobia due to the vehement defense of his heterosexuality Then again, talk has persisted for years that Tomlinson and and Harry Styles are actually dating. So it may very well be that Tomlinson has simply grown tired of this chatter and lashed out at what he believed to be another example of a ridiculous rumor. Compared to some of the real-life events surrounding the cast members, Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Season 1 Episode 9 on VH1 seemed almost tame. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t plenty of drama to go around, of course. When Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Season 1 Episode 9 got underway, Nikki confronts Masika about the photo shoot and the fact that she’s on the billboard. Of course, Nikki is still upset with Teairra for working with Yung Berg, and Teairra repeats that she has nothing to do with the producer known as Hitmaka. None of ’em will have much to do with him on the show soon enough, as Yung Berg got fired for his allegedly brutal assault on Masika just last week. But for now, they argue, words are exchanged, and so it goes. Nikki later says that Masika seems to have an obsession with her, as she’s up on every move she makes. Her mom then whips out Masika’s mug shots. Amanda, meanwhile, tells Drew about another fight – between herself and Moniece – and gets upset when he doesn’t step up to the plate to get her back. Moniece lectures Drew about Amanda’s unsuitability as a mother figure, and says she doesn’t Amanda telling her that her feelings as a mother don’t matter. At the same time, Apryl and Omarion talk about the mom factor, but this time it’s hers. In need of a storyline, she decides they need a heart to heart. Soulja Boy and Nia talk about her dad’s opinion on their romance, and whether it can survive when he goes on tour. She’ll wait for him, but reluctantly. If you watch Love and Hip Hop Hollywood online , you know Ray J and his plate, and the stress of being Ray J recently culminated in his hotel arrest. Yung Berg brings up working with Teairra Mari again, and Ray J talks about the meeting they had when she showed up at the studio to talk to him. Ray J later learns he only has to go to anger management and probation, which is a huge relief, as it could have been worse. He vows to get it together. Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Cast Photos 1. Yung Berg Yung Berg is a recurring player on Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. Emphasis on player? Teairra Mari takes Nikki out on the town and tells her she has invited a third person … who Nikki thinks is going to be a blind date until Masika surfaces. Teairra wants them to talk it out and move on. Nikki tells Masika she can promote the strip club because at the end of the day, she’s making her richer. As for the real root of their issues – Mally Mall – he’s the elephant in the room here. They can dance around it all they want, but it comes back to Mally Mall . Apryl’s water breaks and the whole family is downstairs, but the couple decides don’t want anyone else in the same room as them besides the midwife. Ray J talks to his dad about his rage issues and relationship difficulties. His dad tells him that even though it’s hard, Teairra can’t help how she feels. Ray’s mom likes Teairra and Ray admits he feels bad because he has done things to Teairra out of spite. He needs to go back to her and get redemption. The man also was the root of a Princess Love and Morgan Hardman fight , as we know, so he might get started making amends sooner rather than later.
Yung Berg has been fired from VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood following his alleged attack on his co-star and girlfriend Masika Tucker, the network confirms. Due to the “severity of the allegations” stemming from Yung Berg’s arrest for domestic assault after a confrontation with Tucker, VH1 wants no more of him. The reality star (a.k.a. Christian Ward, a.k.a. Hitmaka) was arrested early Wednesday, and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. If convicted, he would face a maximum punishment of one year in jail. Police responded to a 911 call from the Gershwin Hotel in Manhattan saying that the rapper’s girlfriend, who also goes by Masika Kalysha, got attacked. Witnesses say the 29-year-old Yung Berg grabbed Masika by her neck, threw her to the ground, dragged her by the hair and punched her in the face. The cable network said in a statement releasing the star: “Based on the severity of the allegations against Yung Berg, VH1 is terminating its relationship with him in connection with Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.” “Yung Berg was arrested on November 5th and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with an assault on fellow cast member Masika Tucker.” “The arrest took place in a New York hotel several hours after the taping of the reunion special for Love & Hip Hop Hollywood had wrapped.” Berg’s termination takes place “effective immediately.” Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Cast Photos 1. Masika has reportedly come to her man’s defense, blaming it on alcohol and an incident in which his credit card was turned down after the reunion show. The more information that comes out about the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta reunion fight , the more ridiculous the whole thing sounds. Case in point: Joseline Hernandez bit a piece of a security guard’s flesh off. The brawl on the set erupted , according to cast and crew, after Benzino called Stevie J a crack head, causing Stevie J to charge at his co-star. Stevie J’s girlfriend slash fake wife Joseline then got into it. Sneak-attacking Benzino’s fiance Althea, Joseline hit her in the face SO hard that everyone on the set heard a crack … then she yanked out her weave. Talk about adding insult to injury right there … LITERALLY. It worse from there, as Joseline went after Waka Flocka Flame’s wife, Tami Rivera, pulled at her weave as well, prompting Waka’s mom (seriously) to intervene. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Reunion Fight Waka’s mom reportedly punched Joseline in the head and ripped out her extensions in defense of Tami, at which point security finally got to Hernandez. Security booted Joseline off the set, but on her way out the door, she elbowed Mimi Faust in the stairwell and SHOVED HER DOWN THE STAIRS. And we haven’t even gotten to the most ridiculous part yet! When a security guard tried to subdue Joseline a second time after the attack on Mimi, she bit him in a fit of rage, tearing a piece of his flesh off. It’s not clear from where, but that’s a secondary point here. Not surprisingly, in the wake of this insanity, a number of cast members are making a play to get the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta producers to fire Joseline . No word on whether that’ll happen … but wow.
