Angry Birds: Omarosa Sues La Toya Jackson For ‘False, Vicious & Defamatory’ Slander After Accusing Her Of Killing Fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan

La Toya threw murderous shade at Omarosa and now she’s about to pay for it! Omarosa Sues La Toya Jackson Via RadarOnline reports: Omarosa Manigault is firing back at LaToya Jackson, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she’s planning to sue her for the “false, vicious and defamatory” comments she made about Omarosa being involved in her fiancé’s death! On the Sunday night episode of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, LaToya Jackson was fired by Donald Trump and made the nasty comment about Michael Clarke Duncan’s tragic heart attack and death. “She’s a conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke … and I thought Mr. Trump was falling for that fake cry. Such a lie!” LaToya said after she was fired in the boardroom. “La Toya Jackson’s statement on the March 17, 2013 episode of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, that the Reverend Omarosa Manigault caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to die, is false, vicious and defamatory,” Omarosa’s attorney told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive statement Monday. “Rev. Manigault has been heralded as a life saver for her actions on the evening that her fiancé suffered a life-ending heart attack. It is because of her bravery that Mr. Duncan — the love of Rev. Manigault’s life — was able to live for months beyond that tragic night. Mr. Duncan passed away from natural causes. “Ms. Jackson made the statement immediately after having been “fired” off the show, and blames Rev. Manigault for her loss. It is repulsive and of the lowest level of class for Ms. Jackson, who showed herself to be a “sore loser” in making these disgusting statements in the wake of Rev. Manigault’s tragic loss.” Omarosa’s attorney said that they are planning to take action after LaToya’s comments. “As her counsel, we have been directed to pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law with La Toya Jackson and any other participating publications or media outlets who repeat or repost these statements.” Do you think Omarosa should sue La Toya??

Justin Bieber Apologizes for Lindsay Lohan Diss, Is Only "Human"

Justin Bieber is taking at least some of it back. Not long after posting an Instagram rant in which he laid into the press for all its negativity, scoffed at suggestions that he should enter rehab and bragged about his success, the singer has apologized for including Lindsay Lohan in his diatribe. Bieber concluded his post by telling all the mean girls “comparing me to Lindsay Lohan [to] look at her 2012 tax statements.” But he then went online and removed that section, releasing a statement that admits it was wrong to go after Lohan’s finances. “My post was only up for a few minutes but I realized right away that what I said at the end was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say,” Bieber said, adding that he “immediately deleted it and rewrote it so it would show that I was really feeling.” And this is what Justin wrote instead: “All this isn’t easy. I get angry sometimes. I’m human. I’m gonna make mistakes. In gonna grow and get better from them. But all the love from you guys overcomes the negativity. I love u. Thanks.” As you might expect, Bieber’s fans are staunchly in his corner. They have put together this video to show their support: Justin Bieber: In His Own Words

Train In Vain Spotting: Danny Boyle Picks His Favorite Clash Albums − And Disses Phish

Danny Boyle is a big Clash fan. The Slumdog Millionaire  director came to New York Tuesday night to talk about the way he uses music in his films — including his latest, Trance — and, in the process, revealed his love of the late, lamented British punk band.   During his conversation with Rolling Stone film writer Logan Hill at the 92Y’s Tribeca outpost, Boyle revealed that he has attempted to fit the Clash’s 1978 song”White Man in Hammersmith Palais,” which he called “the greatest song ever written,” in  “like 10 films”, but has yet to be able to find an appropriate place for the ska-inflected tune. If you’re not familiar with “White Man in Hammersmith Palais,”  you should be. Check it out here: Danny Boyle’s Favorite Clash Albums After the Q&A session, while Boyle signed autographs for fans, I asked him to name his favorite Clash album. Clearly, he loves the band because he couldn’t settle on a single work.  “The first one, probably,” Boyle said, referring to the rockers’ 1977 debut, The Clash .  But, he quickly added that he also loved the band’s experimental, politically controversial triple-album Sandinista! , in part because, he said, the massive 36-song collection, which was sold at a reasonable price, was designed “to fuck off the record company.” Finally, Boyle said, ” London Calling is a great album, too.” During his conversation with Hill, Boyle said he’s found that the best movie-music choices “drop into your lap.”  For example, he explained, the idea to set the closing scenes of Shallow Grave to Andy Williams’ “Happy Heart” came when, during filming in Scotland, Boyle heard the song during a black cab ride and remembered that the tune was a favorite of his father’s. And Boyle’s discovery of the Underworld B-side “Born Slippy” while browsing records at HMV in London led to the song being used during a key scene in Trainspotting  and a decades-long collaboration with the electronic group’s Rick Smith. Smith, who worked with Boyle on the opening ceremony for the Summer Olympics and composed original music for Trance , joined Boyle on stage for the conversation, and, near the end of the discussion, the audience got to see a tense clip from Trance that was an extended variation of this video: What the 92Y audience got to see is James McAvoy attempting to taser Vincent Cassel . It ends badly. Not A Phish Fan Hill also got Boyle to talk about his dislike of Phish. Despite being the favorite band of Aron Ralston, who James Franco played in 127 Hours , the filmmaker said the jammers left him cold and aren’t on the soundtrack. “I tried with Phish,” Boyle said.  “I bought everything and listened to it multiple times…but I found it very, very difficult.” Indeed, Boyle went so far as to say that nobody does music better than his fellow countrymen and women. “I think we are really brilliant at music,” he said. “We’re rubbish at films, actually. It’s not really in our DNA. But music is.” Follow Frank DiGiacomo on  Twitter . Follow Movieline on  Twitter .

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici: Will They Last?

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici got engaged Monday on The Bachelor finale , then went and dropped the “bombshell” that they want to marry on ABC. The future looked nothing but bright for the gushing couple last night, but the honeymoon (so to speak) is over, and the real work has yet to begin. Will their love last – and will they actually make it to the altar? Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici: The Proposal As we know with franchise, the track record is not what you’d call good. Just a handful of unions have resulted from 16 Bachelors and seven Bachelorettes. In recent years, however, the results have somewhat improved, thanks to Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney and Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum. Past performance is not a perfect indicator of course, because every season – and couple – is different. Sean and Cat certainly have great chemistry. Still, some critics say that while the smitten pair has a blast together, there is something lacking, and building blocks of lasting love may elude them. Reaction to Sean and the happy-go-lucky, hilarious, bubbly Catherine Giudici definitely improved as the season progressed, but is still mixed. Some fans preferred him with runner-up Lindsay Yenter, third-place finisher AshLee Frazier or even The Bachelorette-in-waiting Desiree Hartsock . They certainly seem confident in their future, though, and if anyone seems grounded enough to make it last through this difficult phase, it’s Sean. Then again, he’s already going Dancing With the Stars … and we know how well that worked out for Jake Pavelka. We know, they’re not the same at all. Still, it makes you wonder. Can any relationship survive this adjustment period as the duo acclimates to real life? Some can, but some can not. Will Cat and Sean beat the odds? Time will tell. But you tell us for now: Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici: Will they last?   YES. You can tell. They are made for each other. Maybe … not convinced, but not writing them off. No chance. I don’t see the connection! View Poll »

Let me just start by saying that I’ve been a Belieber…

Let me just start by saying that I’ve been a Belieber since pretty much the beginning. I remember back in 2007 when I was searching random videos on Youtube and I came across a cute little kid with a bad haircut singing in his bathroom, kidrauhl. Once I finished watching that I went through all of his previous videos and knew that this kid was going to be a star. I also knew that he was my new addiction. I would watch his videos everyday and wait impatiently until new ones were added and still do. Skip the singles, the albums, the My World Tour, the drama. Everything. I am still here and my love for him was getting more and more everyday. In July 2012, Believe Tour tickets went on sale. I had saved up enough money to get the meet and greet VIP Package, determined that this was my time to finally meet him. As a back up we brought normal tickets through the BieberFever pre-sale for the first show in Manchester just incase anything went wrong. It was a good job we did, meet and greets sold out before the clock even hit 9:02. I had never been so upset in my life. I definitely was never meeting my idol. Skip to Thursday, February 21st 2013 – Manchester, UK . It was just prefect. The staging, the songs, the outfits and of course him. I had waited almost 2 years to see him live again and I was not disappointed. After the gig we had the worst luck. We decided not to go out as planned and just go straight back to our hotel. Turns out, Justin decided to go out to the nightclub where we had planned on going. The bad luck continued the next day. We was looking for a Nandos near Justin’s hotel as we were hungry but we couldn’t find it so went to one further away. Once we got to that one we checked Twitter only to see that he was in that Nandos we were supposed to go to. Before we went to Manchester, we had sent in our entry for the Bieber Fever best collection contest. It was the day before our second show and we were getting ready in all our warm clothing to go and wait outside his hotel all night. There was no way I wasn’t meeting him in my hometown. That’s when it came. The e-mail I had stopped expecting came it was the happiest moment of my life. WE WON. I WAS FINALLY MEETING MY IDOL. I couldn’t believe it, I had given up hope, but this was it. On 28th February 2013 at 6:45 p.m., he was there. Right behind the curtain. It didn’t feel real. I refused to believe that this was actually happening. I walked through and I saw him and I couldn’t breathe. He was even more flawless in person. We had to go in a group of six and there were two girls in front of me and the security put them both together on the one side and I was so scared that he was going to put me right on the end but he put me right next to him! I was hugging my idol, I was not ok. I was trying so hard not to have a breakdown. We had our photo and he said, “Thank you girls” in THE cutest accent ever. As soon as I got out the room I had an emotional breakdown, I cried for half an hour ringing my mum and my friend. I had just met my idol after almost 5 years. I never imagined in my whole life I’d ever be lucky enough for this to happen. Once, we got to our seats, a woman came over to us and asked to see our tickets and we were so scared that she was going to tell us there was a mistake and these wasn’t our seats. Turns out that we were given blue wristbands to go and stand right next to the barrier on the walkway . I just couldn’t believe our luck. The concert was the best night of my life, he grabbed my hand and he sang some of ‘Started From The Bottom’, ‘Birthday Song’ and he even sang ‘U Got It Bad’ – I sobbed like a baby. I’m almost 21 and it’s been almost 5 years since I first discovered Justin on Youtube. 5 years later and I finally got to meet him. Everyone will get their chance. If I can have this luck, then you can too. Never ever give up. Thank you Justin for everything, you’ve helped me more than you will ever know. I’m never leaving you. Here until the very end. I love you. -@jesssicaa_xo See the original post here: Let me just start by saying that I’ve been a Belieber…

Miley Cyrus: Taking a Break from Social Media, NOT Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus feels your pain, Justin Bieber. On the same day the latter singer went off on an epic Twitter rant , Cyrus has also taken to the social network in order to express her disdain for rumors about her relationship with Liam Hemsworth. “I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn’t call off my wedding,” Miley wrote, adding: “Taking a break from social media. #draining.” Cyrus is referring to tabloid chatter last week that said Hemsworth cheated on her with January Jones at a party. It only fueled the break-up fire when the couple did not attend Elton John’s Oscar viewing shindig together, but an insider makes it very clear to E! News: “They are totally together.”

Kanye West Slams MTV Over Low "Hottest MCs" Ranking, Sort of Blames Kim Kardashian

Kanye West is not pleased about his low ranking on MTV’s “Hottest MCs List” … or really anything in which he is ranked or otherwise considered less than the all-time best. He knows just who to blame for the perceived snub, too. Kanye West Rants Against MTV, Ranking West was ranked seventh on the MTV list, behind #5 Drake and #6 Big Sean (only part of the list has been released), and wasn’t shy about sharing his outrage. The outspoken rapper went off on New York’s Hot 97 station Tuesday, defending his rapping skills and claiming it’s all due to a personal dislike. “Number seven bothers me,” West complained to DJ Enuff. “I feel like for them to put me at number seven, they had to bring up things they didn’t like,” he continues. “It’s definitely not about a body of work.” “Possibly it could be about overall rap MC swag.” West, who predicted that Lil Wayne would be #1 on the list, went on to blame his high-profile reality TV lover … sort of, in a roundabout way. He never mentioned Kim Kardashian by name, but theorized: “What happens with these type of judges and the people that review it, when I come in and I have the pink Polo and the backpack, then I’m checking all the boxes of that A Tribe Called Quest era and J Dilla all that, [then] they want to champion it.” On the flip side, however, he ranted, “They don’t like Givenchy Kanye. They don’t like Kanye in a kilt, they don’t like Kanye in a relationship.” What do you think? Is he really the #7 rapper alive and no better? Who do you think is #1? And has dating Kim hurt Kanye’s cred?
