It’s been almost two months since Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson broke up , but the scrutiny and speculation surrounding the former couple just won’t die down. Of course, part of the reason for the continued fascination is that Pete and Ari can’t stop talking about their split. Last week, the breakup became the talk of social media yet again, thanks to Ariana’s well-received music video for ” Thank U, Next .” The lyrics to the song address several of Grande’s past relationships, and the video features a nod to her time with Pete. Many were hopeful that that would be the end of it, but it seems Ari’s fans have been relentless in their harassment of Davidson. And the situation apparently got so bad this week that Pete felt the need to issue a public statement. Taking to Instagram, Pete posted the following heartfelt plea for compassion: ” I’ve kept my mouth shut. Never mentioned any names, never said a word about anyone or anything. “I’m trying to understand how when something happens to a guy the whole entire world just trashes him without any facts or frame of reference. “Especially in today’s climate where everyone loves to be offended and upset it truly is mind boggling . “I’ve been getting online bullied and in public by people for 9 months. “I’ve spoken about BPD and being suicidal publicly only in the hopes that it will help bring awareness and help kids like myself who don’t want to be on this earth.” “I just want you guys to know. “No matter how hard the internet or anyone tries to make me kill myself. I won’t. I’m upset I even have to say this. To all those holding me down and seeing this for what it is – I see you and I love you .” Folks who only became familiar with Davidson due to his relationship with Grande might be surprised to hear him say that the bullying has been going on for the better part of a year. Pete’s been open about his struggles with addiction and bipolar disorder, and has frequently discussed his troubles during SNL segments. As a result, there’s been considerable interest in his personal life for quite some time. Many who were familiar with Pete were surprised by the uproar that occurred when he joked about his relationship with Grande on the air. After all, this is a man who’s made a career of pushing the envelope and being intensely open about his personal life. But today, Pete bared his soul for reasons that have nothing to do with comedy. We hope those who might be inclined to heap abuse upon him out of misguided loyalty to his ex might pause and consider what Pete said today. Are they or aren't they? This is the question Teen Mom 2 fans continue to ask every time the topic turns to Kailyn Lowry and her love life. Is the veteran cast member actually with her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez? Or is the pair simply on good, albeit plutonic, terms? Lowry has remained mostly mum on the topic, although her hand may have recently done all the talking needed. Scroll down to learn where Kailyn and Chris were just spotted out together — and to read a few quotes that make it seem as if their boots are very much knocking again! 1. One Happy Family The beginnng was rocky for Kailyn and Chris, as the latter really didn’t spend much time with his son, Lux, or his ex-girlfriend, Kailyn. But here everyone is on Lux’s first birthday! 2. When Was Lux Born? On August 5, 2017. Kailyn waited awhile to tell the world she was pregnant and then even longer to reveal the identity of the child’s dad. 3. You’re a Deadbeat! You Just Want Attention! Like we said, it was vicious there for a bit. Lowry accused Lopez of only sharing pictures of his child to make it LOOK like he was around Lux often — when, in fact, this was not the case at all. 4. But Now? Everything appears to be settled. Lowry is spending more and more time with her ex and has even said that Lopez is the true, first real love of her life. 5. Rumors of a Reconciliation… … started in August, shortly after Chris showed up Lux’s birthday party. Kailyn later that month shared a video of older son Isaac walking into a newly-decorated bedroom and she thanked Lopez for helping with it. 6. Lopez is Saying Nice Things About Kailyn These Days, Too “Sitting back,” Chris opined on social media late this summer. “I got a lot of respect for his mother… I don’t know how she does it, View Slideshow
Source: Global Grind / Global Grind Another episode of The Rewind is here and we are more than happy to give you your much-needed dose of recap reality. Every week we revisit some of the pop culture trends, movies, viral moments and music from the week before and give our hot takes. Our experts Landon Lavarius and DJ Franchise share their opinions, sprinkle in some facts and then when it’s all over and done with, provide a rating of 1 to 10. We listen to the songs, watch the movies, scour the internet, and do the hard work so you don’t have to. On today’s episode, we’re getting into the new Robin Hood film. Unless you’ve lived under a rock your entire life, you probably know the story of Robin Hood pretty well. He was a well-meaning thief that robbed the rich to give to the poor. There have been a ton of movies based on the story of Robin Hood but this particular one came out on November 21, 2018 and stars Taron Egerton, Jamie Foxx, Ben Mendelsohn and others. It was produced by Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Davisson Killoran, and Basil Iwanyk. The story is a classic and other Robin Hood movies (and cartoons) have seemingly been received well. However, this one? Not so much. Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 16% on the Tomatometer and with a production budget of $100 million, the film only brought in a total gross of $25.9 million worldwide. To say it flopped would be an understatement. The new Robin Hood was a box office bomb. But was it really bad or was it overshadowed by the release of Creed II, which did amazing in the box office? DJ Franchise and Landon Levarius give their take. We also break down last week’s rap battle between Joyner Lucas and Tory Lanez. The two exchanged some friendly fire after Tory Lanez got a little cocky on Instagram Live and said that Joyner Lucas couldn’t see him lyrically. Joyner challenged him to a bar for bar battle that resulted in several diss tracks between the two. It’s cool though, they are both still fans of one another and did it all for the love of hip hop. Did you get to listen for yourself? DJ Franchise and Landon Levarius give us a break down, and of course a rating, of the freestyles on today’s episode of The Rewind . Watch the full episode at the top of the page and let us know how you feel!

If you could rob from the rich and give to the poor, who would you rob? Yeah. Us too but on this episode of Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine we go inside the movie Robin Hood starring Jamie Foxx, Taren Egerton and Jamie Dornan. While this isn’t a modern update of Robin Hood it is told like you never seen before. Think of Batman but set in the dark ages. Taren plays Robin, Lord of Loxley who gets sent to war right after finding the love of his life who introduces him to the concept of taking from the rich and giving to the poor. Years pass and he comes back home a war-hardened Crusader only to find his palace in Loxley a shell of it’s former self. While looking for his once wife he runs into a Moorish commander played by Jamie Foxx to mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown and the Sheriff of Nottingham in what is billed as a thrilling action-adventure packed with gritty battlefield exploits, mind-blowing fight choreography, and some sick arrow work. During our conversation, I asked Jamie Foxx if he could rob one of his family friends and give their money to the poor who would it be? “Floyd, I’d rob Floyd! I know where Floyd going to be!” As he burst into a spot on impression of the Money Team CEO and the best pound for pound boxer in the world. Jamie continues by pulling Taren into this hypothetical robbery plot, “We would both have to rob Floyd. Floyd has so much. Floyd would pull out a 40 million dollar check. It’s crazy.” Words don’t do it justice you really need to watch the video which is playing above. We also chatted about Rocketman the Elton John biopic that has it’s star Taren Egerton freaking out until he remembered a mantra and helped him out tremendously. Taren said, “In the run up to Rocketman I was slightly freaking out about it and someone just said to me ‘stay in the day.’ Stay in the day is a really good phrase I think because one, it rhymes. Two because you can’t tackle the whole beast. If you think about the whole beast you’re going to freak yourself out. Whereas if you chop off a leg and deal with that, then take a tail… You know you got to stay in the day.” Jamie loved the mantra going on to say he took a similar approach of being prepared for his movie Spawn as he did with Robin Hood which is a fun flick that hits theaters everywhere Thanksgiving.

He has a name, folks. And quite the adorable little face. About a day after Javi Marroquin welcomed his second son into the world, the former Teen Mom 2 star has shared two critical pieces of information about the tyke: 1. His name. 2. His photo. Upon first announcing the birth of his second child (Javi also has a five-year old son named Lincoln with Kailyn Lowry), Marroquin said he and girlfriend Lauren Comeau had not yet come up with a name for the newborn. But that has now changed. Along with the totally adorable snapshot below, Javi wrote the following caption on Instagram last night. Take note of the first word in it… Eli Joseph Marroquin, I didn’t know I could love another human as much as I do your brother. My heart only got bigger yesterday and now I have another little boy to help guide and mold to become a gentleman! I love you Eli so much! How very sweet, right? Comeau, meanwhile, shared this same photo (along with the others below) and wrote her own caption that address her first kid. It reads as follows: And just like that, my heart is completely full. Nothing will ever top this moment, a moment I’ve prayed for, for a very long time. I love you E. And thank you my love for supporting me through the craziest two days of my life. Comeau and Marroquin dated for several weeks last summer and then rekindled their romantic flame late this past winter. ( While Javi was still dating Briana DeJesus, some people named Briana DeJesus might say .) They announced they were expecting on May 30 and then revealed they were expecting a boy a couple months later. Lauren was due on December 1, but had her labor induced on November 15. In a chat with Radar Online, Comeau admitted that induction was a tad scary , but “it’s been incredible” overall to be a mother so far, adding: “I was nervous about having to start from zero at the hospital, but we had a really great experience… “His first overnight was amazing. We all three slept in between nurse visits. He’s latching great. He’s a happy, healthy boy!” Marroquin also shared the above image of Eli asleep in his daddy’s arms. Life doesn’t get much better than this. In the wake of Javi become a dad again, Lowry Tweeted “congrats,” while DeJesus figured out some math in regard to when Comeau gave birth and when she split from Marroquin and basically accused him of cheating on social media. But Javi doesn’t seem too concerned about that right now. He has something far more important to focus on. For the next few minutes, months and many years. “I shed some tears,” Marroquin told Radar of his reaction when Eli was born. “For those that don’t know, I’m not an emotional person anymore at all and just seeing my son come out really had me in my feeling.” Well, yeah. Of course man! You’re only human. In conclusion, the couple explained how they chose their little one’s name on Friday: “Joseph after my dad, who goes by Joe, and my grandfather’s middle name,” Comeau told Radar, adding: “We’ve been set on the middle name for months, but the first name has rotated like every month or so. “I really wanted to name him something that could be shortened to a nickname, but we love Eli by itself.” View Slideshow: Javi Marroquin: I’m Getting in on Farrah Abraham’s Big Fight!
