It’s really not looking good for newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries . He’s been spotted partying a lot without her… but with other broads — and she’s making plans to go back to L.A. and plotting the holiday season without him. The latest reports from Life & Style magazine detail some serious warning signs that their marriage is headed toward Divorceville: Just two months into their marriage, sources close to newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries reveal to Life & Style that the couple may already be headed for a split. Kim and Kris, who have known each other for less than a year, are living completely separate lives. While Kim was heading back from a six-day work trip in the United Arab Emirates, Kris was out partying at three different NYC hot spots including Lavo and Avenue. Even more shocking, after leaving Avenue, he barreled into 1Oak in the early-morning hours hand in hand with a mystery blonde (whom an insider says is a friend of Kris’ sister, Kaela). And instead of greeting his wife at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, Kris instead went to lunch with pals at NYC lounge PS 450. Meanwhile, Kim is not making many sacrifices for married life, either. Since returning from the couple’s quickie honeymoon, the reality star has been working nonstop. In fact, according to an insider, her recent visit to Dubai earned her a $1 million paycheck. “Tweeting about brands, such as Millions of Milkshakes, takes in another $25,000,” the insider tells Life & Style. And Kris may be pushing Kim even further away. A source on set reveals to Life & Style that a big story line for the upcoming second season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York is about Kris detesting Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban: “Kris says on camera, ‘You have to choose him or me.’” Jonathan admits that he misses his one-on-one time with his best friend. “They’re kind of annoying [together],” Jonathan joked to Life & Style at the Angel Ball in NYC on Oct. 17. “I like them separately; I like Kim on my own time.” And he may be getting more of that one-on-one time soon. Kim reveals that she’s not in any rush to settle down in one place. “I don’t think we’ve even thought about that yet,” Kim told Life & Style on Oct. 17. Instead, after wrapping up the taping of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, she’ll be heading back home to LA. “I’m kind of homesick,” Kim says, “so I need to go back to LA for a little bit.” A production insider tells Life & Style, “Kim’s mapping out 2012, including holidays, and Kris isn’t a part of it. Any itineraries for the future don’t include Kris very much. That’s not a good sign.” She at least slowed her career down a lil bit for Reggie — why not for Kris? Damn Kimmy Cakes… Just use him and lose him, huh?

In case you missed it, Idris Elba covers the latest issue of Essence Magazine. And in addition to being as gorgeous as always, he talks about the struggle he was living around the time his nine-year-old daughter Isan was born. In the late 1990′s, after his sisterlike friend Marsha Burnett made the move to the U.S., Elba left the night shift at the Ford Motors plant he worked at with his father and hopped the pod with hopes of becoming an actor. “He’d deejay at night, crash on the counch in the apartment I was sharing, and come to my office at Bad Boy Records and just sit in the corner till it was time for the night to start again,” says Burnett. When he’d earned enough, Elba rented a room at the YMCA on 14th Street. Later he moved his wife and record collection from England to an apartment in the East Village, attending auditions by day and hitting clubs where he hoped to deejay at night. But DJ gigs weren’t enough to support his then pregnant wife, and their union was shaky. “That was one of my most desperate times,” says Elba, who had just begun auditioning for The Wire in the winter of 2001. “My marriage was breaking up, the acting wasn’t popping off, she was pregnant… It was like, ‘Ugh!’” He throws his head back dramatically recalling those days. “Those were bleak times.” Despite all of that, fatherhood seems to have turned out pretty well for him.

J. Cole graces the current cover of Rolling Out Magazine and speaks on meeting with Jay-Z, Rihanna sex-tape rumors and new album. Talk about your first encounter with Jay-Z. What led to that moment? I graduated from St. John’s University. At the time, all of my friends got nine-to-five jobs and were making $30,000 to 40,000 per year. I was working at a newspaper in Queens making $8 per hour at a part-time job so that I could still do music at night. I heard that Jay-Z was recording the American Gangster album. That same night, I made two beats and I thought it would be perfect for Jay-Z. I went to the studio where Jay-Z was recording and I waited outside for three hours. His Phantom finally pulled up. I was super timid and shy. I had the CD in my hand and I tried to hand it to Jay-Z. He looked at it and said, ‘What is this? I don’t want that. Give it to one of those other guys.’ It was crushing. That was another moment. But I snapped back to reality. I knew after that, I had to go harder. That type of rejection fuels me. I believe that greatness is fueled by rejection. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team; Jay-Z had trouble getting a record deal before Reasonable Doubt; and no one wanted to sign Kanye West as a rapper. How did the second meeting with Jay-Z come about? One year later, Jay-Z heard a song through Mark Pitts. Jay called me for a meeting. It was a three-hour meeting and I played my music [for] him. We talked about President Obama and other things. Five weeks later, he offered me a record deal. Beyond music, your name was mentioned by gossip bloggers who reported that you and Rihanna had a sex tape. How did you react when you heard about it? Gossip is foreign to me. By nature, I don’t like gossip. I never was on the gossip sites. Now being on the other side, it’s annoying. A lot of people don’t know the difference between gossip and reality. They may think that you have a sex tape with Rihanna, or [that] you’re having sex with Solange because of what someone made up. But I guess it’s just something that comes with the territory. How does Cole World: The Sideline Story reflect who you are as a person? This album speaks to the type of artist I want to be. I think the album will provide thought provoking lyrics, and heartfelt stories. I want to take listeners on a ride. It shows the type of balance that I want to have as an artist. I want to be at the top of the list when it comes to rap. I want the respect of the hip-hop fans and connoisseurs. I want to be on everybody’s list. How many of you believe J.
