Taylor Lautner Suits Up for GQ Australia

Might Taylor Lautner’s best look actually involve this actor wearing a shirt? Okay, probably not. But the Twilight Saga stud goes all Don Draper on fans in the latest issue of GQ Australia, suiting up for a pictorial that proves he doesn’t need to show off a six-pack in order to make a handsome impression. See for yourself: Lautner also speaks on his fame inside the magazine, putting it all in perspective (“I’m doing what I love,” he says) and explaining the attitude required to make a public appearance: “It comes down to what kind of mood you’re in. You have to make a decision before you go out: are you willing to sign autographs and take pictures, say hello and meet new people?” In other Twilight-magazine-cover news, did you read what Kristen Stewart told Great Britain’s GQ?!? She totally has a boyfriend !

Dancing With the Stars Results Surprise: Who Got the (Undeserved) Chop?!

With Chaz Bono in last place for the second consecutive week on Dancing With the Stars, and by a large margin no less, we thought his run on the show was over. We thought wrong. Chaz and Lacey Schwimmer ended up with the lowest score of the week Monday – 18 points – well behind the next lowest stars, Carson Kressley and Nancy Grace. When the audience’s votes were factored in along with the scores, the show’s first transgendered contestant was spared. But what about those other two? Carson Kressley was in fact in the bottom three, but he was there along with the beautiful-but-boring Kristin Cavallari and Hope Solo, not Nancy Grace . That’s DWTS for you. Week after week, it’s anyone’s game. So who got the axe among these three competitors when the week’s results were unveiled? Follow the jump to find out … Kristin Cavallari , despite a solid score of 24 that tied for third place Monday, couldn’t muster the votes to stay. Is America just not a fan of her or The Hills? “This is truly crazy,” head judge Len Goodman said of the Dancing With the Stars results, which prompted some booing in the audience. “It’s just madness.” “I’m a little surprised to be honest but I’ve had such a great time and it’s been an awesome experience,” said Kristin, who was cheered on by Jay Cutler . “I was really proud of Kristin,” her partner Mark Ballas said. “She had great potential and she absolutely killed it last night. I’m honored to be her partner.” Do you agree with Kristin’s elimination? It is, after all, America’s call. The scores do carry weight, but only partially. She didn’t close the deal with voters. Did Kristin Cavallari deserve to be voted off DWTS?

RAINN Calls Out Johnny Depp for Rape Comment

He may get away with saying almost anything as Captain Jack Sparrow, but Johnny Depp is at the center of a controversy due to remarks he makes in the latest issue of Vanity Fair . In an interview with the magazine, the actor expresses his disdain for photo shoots by comparing them to rape , actually reiterating that word for emphasis. In response, RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) has issued the statement: “While photos may feel at times intrusive, being photographed in no way compares to rape – a violent crime which affects another American every 2 minutes. RAINN welcomes the opportunity to speak with Mr. Depp and educate him about the real life experiences faced by survivors every day, and ways that he can work with RAINN to help.” Do you think Depp should apologize for his word choice?

J. Cole Is “Rolling Out” Speaking On Gossip: “I Don’t Like Gossip… It’s Annoying”

J. Cole graces the current cover of Rolling Out Magazine and speaks on meeting with Jay-Z, Rihanna sex-tape rumors and new album. Talk about your first encounter with Jay-Z. What led to that moment? I graduated from St. John’s University. At the time, all of my friends got nine-to-five jobs and were making $30,000 to 40,000 per year. I was working at a newspaper in Queens making $8 per hour at a part-time job so that I could still do music at night. I heard that Jay-Z was recording the American Gangster album. That same night, I made two beats and I thought it would be perfect for Jay-Z. I went to the studio where Jay-Z was recording and I waited outside for three hours. His Phantom finally pulled up. I was super timid and shy. I had the CD in my hand and I tried to hand it to Jay-Z. He looked at it and said, ‘What is this? I don’t want that. Give it to one of those other guys.’ It was crushing. That was another moment. But I snapped back to reality. I knew after that, I had to go harder. That type of rejection fuels me. I believe that greatness is fueled by rejection. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team; Jay-Z had trouble getting a record deal before Reasonable Doubt; and no one wanted to sign Kanye West as a rapper. How did the second meeting with Jay-Z come about? One year later, Jay-Z heard a song through Mark Pitts. Jay called me for a meeting. It was a three-hour meeting and I played my music [for] him. We talked about President Obama and other things. Five weeks later, he offered me a record deal. Beyond music, your name was mentioned by gossip bloggers who reported that you and Rihanna had a sex tape. How did you react when you heard about it? Gossip is foreign to me. By nature, I don’t like gossip. I never was on the gossip sites. Now being on the other side, it’s annoying. A lot of people don’t know the difference between gossip and reality. They may think that you have a sex tape with Rihanna, or [that] you’re having sex with Solange because of what someone made up. But I guess it’s just something that comes with the territory. How does Cole World: The Sideline Story reflect who you are as a person? This album speaks to the type of artist I want to be. I think the album will provide thought provoking lyrics, and heartfelt stories. I want to take listeners on a ride. It shows the type of balance that I want to have as an artist. I want to be at the top of the list when it comes to rap. I want the respect of the hip-hop fans and connoisseurs. I want to be on everybody’s list. How many of you believe J. Cole chop down Rihanna??!? Check out more pics from the article and J. Cole’s New Video – “Daddy’s Little Girl”

Though Taraji P. Henson stars in the new CBS drama “Person Of Interest,” TV Guide has left her out of the cast photo that will appear on the magazine’s cover. And she’s not happy about it. She expressed her disappointment on both her Facebook and Twitter pages, saying: Facebook: “WOW!!!! TV Guide is NOT including me on the cover with my cast memebers……..I am the female lead of a 3 member cast and I’m not included on the cover!!!!!! Do you see the sh*t I have to deal with in this business…..I cram to understand!!!!” Twitter: “WOW @TVGuide!!!!! Being a member of 2 academys I honestly have no words!!!!!” She was included in the show’s promo pic (seen right), so why not keep her on the cover, TVGuide? Anyway, “Person Of Interest” premieres tomorrow at 9pm. The show also stars two white male leads played by James Caviezel and Michael Emerson. Despite the snub, we’re still excited to see her on our screens weekly. Tyrese & Taraji Reunite For “Stay” [NEW VIDEO] Lala, Taraji & More Named Most Stylish New Yorkers [PHOTOS]
