Ebony Jackson & Joshua Rendon, 16 & Pregnant Stars: Expecting! After CPS Took Away First Kid!

It’s barely been six months since Child Protective Services took away their daughter, but 16 & Pregnant’s Ebony and Josh Rendon are totally pregnant again . Ebony is currently 10 weeks preggers with the couple’s second child. According to Josh Rendon and Ebony Jackson (her maiden name), the pregnancy was NOT planned, but he adds, “We are extremely excited for the baby.” Incredibly, CPS took away Josh and Ebony’s toddler last year because of the AWFUL living conditions in their home, and they were arrested for child endangerment. We are talking a house full of flies and maggots and dog and human feces present in EVERY ROOM INSIDE THE RESIDENCE on the walls and floor. Apparently. More incredibly, their girl is STILL with CPS, and Josh and Ebony only get supervised visitation. The case is still pending … but won’t apply to baby #2! Josh tells TMZ that he and Ebony have learned from their mistakes, completed parenting classes, and now keep their home in “immaculate” condition. That said, they’re 100 percent ready for another kid and currently fighting to regain full custody of their first daughter. That’s … good to hear? Maybe?

Mary Jo Buttafuoco and Stu Tendler: Married!

Mary Jo Buttafuoco married Stu Tendler in Las Vegas Saturday. MJB, who was infamously shot in the face by her husband’s teenage lover, Amy Fisher, nearly 20 years ago, used her maiden name in the ceremony (Connery). Stu Tendler reportedly manages a print shop in Vegas. Long divorced from Joey Buttafuoco, Mary Jo underwent numerous surgeries and lost her hearing in one ear as a result of the shooting. She later wrote a book about the ordeal entitled, “Getting It Through My Thick Skull.” At least she has a sense of humor. Amy Fisher served seven years in prison for the shooting, then went on to become an amateur porn star. Joey Buttafuoco did six months for statutory rape. Congrats to Mary Jo and Stu! Simon Cowell Says Fergie Was ‘Put Forward’ As Possible ‘X Factor’ Judge

He also explains new audition booths being placed around the country. By James Dinh Simon Cowell Photo: Ian Derry / FOX With “X Factor” auditions under way, Simon Cowell is slowly dishing out even more details surrounding the highly anticipated singing competition, including another possible contender for the show’s judging panel: Fergie . On Thursday (April 7), the former ” American Idol ” judge confirmed that the Black Eyed Peas songstress is among the many possible additions to the lineup. “All I can tell you is that her name was put forward,” Cowell said in a conference call with reporters. “But like a lot of other people we’ve spoken to, we have to check out everybody’s availability. There’s a lot of time you have to put into the show, because it’s not a ‘two-day-a-week’ with this. When you’re in the live show, it’s because you’re mentoring the contestant. You’re working five or six days a week.” In addition to talk of the show’s possible judges, Cowell also spoke about an alternative method hopefuls can go about auditioning for “X Factor.” In partnership with MyStudio, Cowell revealed that the series is expanding the audition process with recording studios across the country, where contestants can videotape an a cappella performance and explain why they should win the singing competition. Six audition studios will be available through the country and remain open until the end of April. “I don’t think it’s probably as fun as attending an open audition,” he said of the booth auditions. “But it is your chance to be seen and heard, and that’s why we’ve done this. I’m going to try and put these in as many cities as possible prior to our filming.” Asked how the show’s auditions are going thus far, the music exec exclaimed the turnout has been “great” and “much higher” than anticipated. In late February, Cowell broke down the rules for the forthcoming series in a promo, insisting America has yet to see a show like this before. “The show is basically a singing competition with a twist,” he said. “The auditions are open to anyone who can sing. You can be 12; you can be 112. You can be in a group; you can have 100 people in the group. It doesn’t matter.” “X Factor” MyStudio audition booths will open at the following dates/locations, according to a press release :

Pia Toscano Eliminated In ‘American Idol’ Shocker

Stefano Langone and Jacob Lusk join onetime front-runner in the bottom three. By Gil Kaufman Pia Toscano Photo: FOX All sense of logic was officially thrown out the window on “American Idol” on Thursday night’s (April 7) elimination show. With two of the season’s leading contenders in the bottom three — after last week’s shocking near-miss for Paul McDonald — there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the voting patterns on the 10th season of the show. When the dust settled, those confounding voters served up one of the biggest early elimination bombshells in recent “Idol” history, sending home the woman many had pegged as a potential winner, or at least top finisher, Pia Toscano. The comely singer who had charmed the judges with her professional, powerful performances, camera-ready looks and diva-in-the-making potential hit the bottom three for the first, and last, time on Thursday night in a vote that confounded and angered the judging panel. As host Ryan Seacrest broke the bad news, judge Randy Jackson — perhaps sensing that he pulled his save too early two weeks ago when bearded bass player Casey Abrams was spared — grabbed his head and mouthed “no, no” and, as the camera cut away, maybe something a bit stronger, while Toscano smiled politely and took the news like a pro. “I’m good,” Toscano smiled when Seacrest asked how she was doing. Judge Jennifer Lopez broke into tears, saying, “I have no idea. I have no idea what just happened here. I’m shocked, I’m angry. I don’t even know what to say.” “They’re wrong, I don’t know what happened with this,” a dumbfounded Steven Tyler added, as Jackson admitted that he never gets mad on the show and was officially steamed at Toscano’s elimination. It was not shaping up like this earlier in the hour. Casey Abrams, Stefano Langone and Lauren Alaina were first up in the elimination circle, with Abrams skating after his CCR bass-plucking performance, Alaina safe after biting off a big chunk with “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” leaving Langone to shuffle to the bottom three again after a lackluster “When a Man Loves a Woman.” From early indications, it seemed like it was Langone who was going to be leaving. The second group featured Paul McDonald, Toscano and Scotty McCreery . McDonald rocked Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues,” while Pia went uptempo with Tina Turner’s “River Deep, Mountain High” and McCreery did Elvis’ “It’s Alright Mama.” McCreery and McDonald will live to sing another day, while nobody saw it coming when Toscano made her first visit to the bottom three. The next trio up was James Durbin, Haley Reinhart and Jacob Lusk. While rocker Durbin took a chance with the gentle ballad “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” and Reinhart hit “Piece of My Heart” with gusto, Lusk seemed to stumble with “Man in the Mirror.” Durbin was safe again, as was Reinhart, while Lusk also made his maiden voyage to the bottom. He, too, seemed like the likely one to be sent packing at show’s end. But first to be waved back to safety was Lusk, who survived despite a shaky performance and a strange warning to America that if he was eliminated it would be because the country couldn’t look itself in the mirror (whatever that means). Though eliminated contestants haven’t been given a chance to sing their way off this year, Seacrest made an exception and let Toscano reprise her heartbreaking cover of the Pretenders’ “I’ll Stand by You,” as the remaining eight wiped their eyes and the audience gave Pia a standing ovation while she broke down in tears at song’s end. Perhaps sensing that one of the leading lights of the show had been dimmed and the audience might wane in the coming weeks, Seacrest ended the show with the plea: “We need you. Stay with us this season.” The show also featured season-four finalist and Tony nominee Constantine Maroulis stopping by to visit the kids and sing a brooding rock version of the classic ballad “Unchained Melody.” But, aside from Pia’s exit, the night’s biggest WTF moment was when Rock Hall of Famer and shirt-allergic punk godfather Iggy Pop shimmed all over the stage to “Real Wild Child.” What did you think of tonight’s elimination? Did Pia deserve to go home? Let us know in the comments. Get your “Idol” fix on MTV News’ “American Idol” page , where you’ll find all the latest news, interviews and opinions. Lindsay Lohan to Dump Surname, Go By Just Lindsay

Diddy. Madonna. Cher. Prince. Oprah. Beyonce. Lindsay Lohan either fancies herself on par with these celebrities, or really hates her dad, or a combination of both, because she’s gonna ditch the “Lohan.” “Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay,” her mom Dina Lohan tells PopEater , and that’s not all. “Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan.” NO, LOHAN, JUST LINDSAY : Felon would also work … Lindsay had been thinking about dropping her surname for some time, Dina says, but at first thought that no one would recognize who “Lindsay” was. It was only after the infamous Super Bowl E-trade ad referring to a baby as “that milkaholic Lindsay,” that the actress knew she no longer needed it. Ironically, she bitched, moaned and even sued over that, but whatever. “So many of the top people in showbiz are known by one name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list,” a family friend said. More importantly, “It’s a way for them all to just start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay’s father [Michael Lohan] anymore.” MiLo has not yet commented, but he’s got a lot on his plate. Like felony domestic violence charges. Dropping the Lohan might not be so bad, Linds …

Rihanna Looking To Re-Create ‘Lie’ Magic On Next Album

‘Love the Way You Lie’ producer Alex Da Kid is working on Rated R follow-up. By Jocelyn Vena Rihanna Photo: Michael Tran/ FilmMagic Rihanna has found a winning formula in her Eminem collaboration, “Love the Way You Lie.” Naturally, for her next album, she’s reportedly looking to the song’s producer, Alex Da Kid, for new hits. “We worked together about a year before ‘Love the Way You Lie’ in London, and obviously that song has helped the people around her and her label say, ‘Oh, that’s a big hit, we want another one,’ ” Alex explained to Billboard. “You know how the music industry is.” The “Lie” producer — who also produced B.o.B’s “Airplanes” — said that the key to Rihanna’s future success is all about finding the balance between Rated R edginess and the hit-making sound of the Eminem track. “I’d say it’s like a mixture of her two sides,” he said. “It’s commercial, but at the same time, it’s got an edge to it — it has substance.” Alex Da Kid isn’t the only producer coming onboard for the album. Songwriter Sean Garrett has been in the studio with the Barbadian star and recently told MTV News that the new songs will reflect Rihanna’s current, lighter state-of-mind. “I can definitely say that her album is definitely gonna be way more exciting, happy,” Garrett said. “I hope she doesn’t mind me saying this. I love Rihanna. She’s fun, she’s like a sister, and I tend to think she doesn’t really take herself too seriously. And I think that’s what this album is gonna be about.” The album will earn fans in the clubs too, if David Guetta has his way with it. “Well, you know, I’m a DJ, so I make beats that make you want to dance,” Guetta told MTV News. “And I think she was one of the first to do that in that urban world, so you know, I think it would be good for her to do it again.” What kind of music do you want to see Rihanna do next? Eminem Back On Top Of Billboard Chart With Recovery

Last week’s surprise #1, Arcade Fire, drop down to #2. By Gil Kaufman Eminem Photo: Jeff Kravitz/Getty Images Eminem might lend you the crown for a week, but this summer’s chart king is not ready to abdicate his throne just yet. A week after falling back to #2, Slim Shady’s Recovery will be back on top of the Billboard 200 albums charts next week thanks to sales of 133,000, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan. That means that not only did Em cross the 2.1 million mark in just eight weeks, but he pushes back last week’s #1, Arcade Fire ‘s The Suburbs , to #2, as the Canadian indie rockers saw a steep (66 percent) decline on sales of 52,000. Among the newcomers in the top 10 are the Camp Rock 2 soundtrack (#3, 41,000) and the latest from Zakk Wylde’s Black Label Society , Order of the Black (#4, 33,000); country singer Blake Shelton with All About Tonight (#6, 33,000); and college crooner Mike Posner , whose major label debut, 31 Minutes to Takeoff, lands at #8 on sales of 29,000. The rest of the top 10: Justin Bieber , My World 2.0 (#5, 33,000); Rick Ross , Teflon Don (#7, 30,000); Kidz Bop 18 (#9, 27,000); and Avenged Sevenfold , Nightmare (#10, 27,000). Though he fell out of the top 10 to #11, Drake ‘s Thank Me Later racked up another 24,000 in sales, pushing the rapper to the cusp of platinum status. Lady Gaga ‘s The Fame continues to move units (#13, 21,000) nearly two years after its release, but her The Remix album had a swift fall from the top 10, dropping from a #6 debut to #16 in week two as sales fell 58 percent to 17,000. Houston legend Bun B ‘s Trill O.G. album suffered a similar fate, shedding 60 percent of sales in its second week to drop 13 spots to #17 (16,000). As the movie disappointed at the box office, the Beck-fueled soundtrack to “Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World” also had a soft landing, coming in at #24 (13,000). With a four-pack of VMA nominations and a performance slot in hand, Florence and the Machine ‘s Lungs saw a huge bump on the charts, leaping from #105 to #61 on sales of 6,000. Over on the iTunes charts, Em continued his stranglehold on the top, lording over the albums tally yet again, with Arcade Fire just behind (iTunes does not release sales data), followed by Posner, Mumford & Sons’ Sigh No More, Camp Rock 2, Shelton, the “Pilgrim” soundtrack, the Step Up 3D soundtrack, Black Label Society, and Zac Brown Band’s You Get What You Give . On the iTunes singles chart, Em and Rihanna also kept their spot at #1 with “Love the Way You Lie,” followed by the usual suspects: Taio Cruz (“Dynamite”), Katy Perry (“Teenage Dream”), Enrique Iglesias (“I Like It”), Taylor Swift (“Mine”), Usher (“DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love”), B.o.B (“Magic”), Posner (“Cooler Than Me”), Perry again (“California Gurls”) and Jason DeRulo (“Ridin’ Solo”). Eminem seems safe for another week, as the only major competition in the cycle is from Iron Maiden , John Mellencamp , David Gray , and Ray LaMontagne , with a possible dark horse #1 in country singer Trace Adkins .
