What Happened On Last Night’s “The Ultimate Merger”? [RECAP]

Visit link:

On last night’s episode of TV One’s “The Ultimate Merger”, Toccara took the guys to her own personal boot camp at the Grand Canyon in an attempt to separate the men from the boys. After a strenuous obstacle course, it was decided that Kevin was the winner of the boot camp challenge and the two headed to the  Grand Canyon Ranch for a helicopter ride and a little alone time. Although Kevin might not have been my personal pick for a date, I have to just say that their date was amazing!! The view was breathtaking and the time they spent together (walking hand in hand, drinking champagne and getting to know each other) was so romantic. Call me corny, but I definitely think they have a strong connection, or maybe I’m just a hopeless romantic. Things get heated between the rest of the guys back in the house as they got ready to head to the mediation room to discover who will go home this week. The mediation room was INTENSE and the drama was on 10 especially toward the end. It was crazy! Check out what all went down below! Teyana Taylor Comments On Fist Fight With Movie Director

Go here to see the original:

As previously reported from several media sources, Teyana Taylor got into a fist fight with movie director Jean-Claude La Marre on the set of Gang of Roses 2. She says it was self defense, that the Gang Of Roses director should never put his hands on a female. Check out the statement Teyana Taylor told Global Grind about the incident below. “Honestly at this point you know how when you’re just tired of all the drama, I’m just so over it and what that story (TMZ) sounds like, honestly it sounds like he was trying to promote his movie, that’s all that is. At the end of the day you don’t put your hands on any female, it was very unprofessional. That whole environment was very unprofessional, very inappropriate. It was just things that my eyes shouldn’t have seen. For him to put his hands on me was really hurtful. I don’t have a dad, I never had a dad and I ain’t about to have one today. I have never had a man raise his hand at me. It’s very emotional for me, it’s a very sensitive subject and at the end of the day, right is right and wrong is wrong. You never put your hands on a female. Period. When I came on set there was no food, there was no hair stylist, no make-up and the trailer was the size of my tub. I had to get my agent and my mom, who is my manager, involved and then we started getting hair and make up, but that only lasted for one day. He was just mad because I came in there and he felt that I was about my business and he didn’t like that and it felt like he already had a grudge against me. I was really supposed to only film for five days. The day me and him got into that altercation, that was day seven. Out of the kindness of my heart I came to do extra scenes for him so he would have an ending to his movie. On that day, my face was very, very swollen because of a problem with my tooth. That tooth thing was no joke. I could’ve died right there on set and he wouldn’t have even cared. That’s the point because he was more worried about himself. It was about him wanting to get his movie done so it was like, forget her tooth, her face is swollen but I want her to film more parts and I really don’t care if her face is swollen. He didn’t care and it took him to ignore my illness more than three times for me to finally raise my voice. I walked up to him and I was like — I walked to him crying, like my tooth is really hurting, my face is getting worse, I really have to go and he was like “Yeah okay … whatever…” He turned around and kept going about his business. So I raised my tone and I said look, I can’t wait a minute, I can’t wait two minutes, I can’t wait a second, I really, really need to go. He turned around and he said ‘Don’t f*cking scream at me b*tch’ and smacked his hand across my face and from there I defended myself.” Follow Me On Twitter @ itsJazzyFBaby Recent Posts: Bow Wow & Teyana Taylor On The Set Of Madea’s Big Happy Family [EXCLUSIVE CLIP] Teyana Taylor Poses For Nouss Somme Jewelry Revealing Teyana Taylor Photos Leak… Again & Again

‘Yeah, we are going hard for Christmas!! #mistletoe,’ Bieber tweeted. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber Photo: FilmMagic Just after news hit that Justin Bieber had been involved in a minor car accident , the teen pop star began releasing details about his forthcoming Christmas album , which he just announced last week. In a Twitter conversation with his manager, Scooter Braun, the pair revealed more info about the album, even sharing that it won’t contain the holiday standards fans might expect. “This Christmas album is amazing. Might be the best album yet,” Scooter Braun wrote on the social networking site. “All originals … soon 2 b classics. every1 i play it 4 is blown away. #excited.” The 17-year-old superstar then shared, “@scooterbraun yeah we are going hard for Christmas!! #mistletoe.” He later revealed that he had been recording tracks with some of his pals. “Had a great studio session with my big bro @seankingston and the talented @jonathanrotem #GOODMUSIC.” Producer Kuk Harrell (Rihanna, Katy Perry) has also been tweeting about hitting the studio with the singer and revealed another collaboration. “Wow!! Got to see @justinbieber & @taylorswift13 write a song together last night!!” he shared last week. “SMASH!!!! SMASH!!! SMASH!!! Let’s do it again y’all!!!” Bieber hit the stage with Swift during one of her shows in Los Angeles last week. Perhaps as a hint of what is to come, Bieber also retweeted a message from Braun in which Braun said, “Goin 2 bed listening 2 this new xmas album bieber is coming with. really #classic. original xmas tunes that r legit hit records. #greatmusic.” Bieber has been working hard on new music, both holiday-themed and other. When MTV News caught up with him earlier this summer, he wanted his fans to know that anything is possible on his next album. “[I’m] writing about how I feel and producing. I’ve been producing on my laptop and on my computer,” he said. “I’ve been really into it and, hopefully, this next album will be huge.” He added, “I’ve done a lot on my acoustic guitar, so it’s gonna have that vibe,” he explained. “I’m not gonna really limit myself. I think music is music, and genre — I mean, I know there’s country music, there’s rock music, but my music is different. My voice is not meant for any style. I just want to make music.” Are you excited about Justin Bieber’s Christmas album? Tell us in the comments. Related Artists Justin Bieber

Big Sean’s VMA-Nominated ‘My Last’ Almost Didn’t Happen

Video Music Awards Best New Artist nominee originally didn’t want to record the Chris Brown-assisted single. By Rob Markman Big Sean Photo: Joe Scarnici/ WireImage On his 2011 MTV Video Music Awards nomination for his single “My Last,” Big Sean told MTV News, “If I win Best New Artist, I’m gonna go crazy, because I really worked hard as hell.” The funny thing is that as big as the Chris Brown -assisted single was for him, Kanye West’s understudy originally bucked at the idea of recording the poppy single. “When No ID gave me that beat for the song ‘My Last,’ I did not want to do it at all ,” the Finally Famous MC revealed. Luckily for Sean, he was convinced otherwise. The song shot up the charts and peaked at #1 on the Billboard rap chart and #4 on the R&B/hip-hop chart. Ultimately, the single’s success helped the Detroit rapper land the #3 album in the country, finishing behind Beyonc

Justin Bieber Recalls Sean Kingston’s Jet-Ski Accident

On ‘MTV First: Sean Kingston,’ Beiber remembers his concern about ‘Eenie Meenie’ collaborator’s condition. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Matt Elias Justin Bieber Photo: MTV News Sean Kingston ‘s friends were quick to rally around him after he was critically injured in a jet-ski accident over Memorial Day weekend. Fans worried about the singer, who suffered a number of injuries including a broken jaw, a fractured wrist and water in his lungs. When his friend Justin Bieber heard the news of his pal’s accident, he quickly wanted to see what he could do to help him out. The two had toured together on Bieber’s 2010 headlining tour and appeared on several tracks together, including “Eenie Meenie.” “The first thing I heard was that Sean Kingston got into an accident and I was wondering what it was,” Bieber told MTV News in an interview that aired Tuesday night during “MTV First: Sean Kingston.” “I had no clue, and finally my manager called me and he told me the info and they told me they were going to run it on TMZ and all this stuff,” Bieber recalled. “And I didn’t really know what to do.” Bieber was nowhere near Miami, where the accident occurred, and scrambled to get all the facts. “I was in Texas at the time, and I was just like, ‘Do I need to go see him? What’s going on?’ ” he continued. “And they were like, ‘No, he’s stable right now; he’s fine. And we’ll keep you updated.’ And they kept updating me. I’m so glad that he’s all right now.” During the special, Bieber promised that he knew he and Kingston, who he recently visited at his Miami home , had more fun in store for the future. In a message to his pal, Bieber said, “What’s up, Sean? I’m glad you’re doing well. I had fun hanging out with you in Miami, and there’s plenty more memories to come.” Share your messages to Sean Kingston in the comments below! My name is Nicole and this is My Bieber Experience. I live in…

My name is Nicole and this is My Bieber Experience. I live in Buffalo, New York. My sister went to a concert that one of the local radio stations in our town was holding with a bunch of different celebrities near Christmas time. She came home, and I asked her if Justin Bieber was there. She said no, but they did play a video of him talking, but she didn’t remember exactly what he said, so I looked it up on YouTube. Sure enough, I found the video. He was in his turquoise shirt, hat and dog tag necklace, explaining about how there was going to be a contest. It was called  School Spirit 2010 . It was a contest between all of the middle & high schools in our district. There were around 57 schools, so it was going to be a tough contest. Each school had to raise money for Woman’s and Children’s Hospital. Whichever school raised the most money,  got to have a private concert with  Justin Bieber  at their school.  Easy right? But that’s where you’re wrong. Yes, we had to raise money….but all in  PENNIES . Once I knew about it, I had a huge doubt that my school would win. A month passed by and I completely forgot about the whole contest, but one day in school, the principal came over the announcements and talked about the contest. I was pretty surprised that people were excited and wanted to participate. Well, at least the girls. Once everyone heard about it, people were bringing pennies in like a storm. We had to drop them off in one classroom and there were buckets and buckets and buckets full of pennies.  I was so shocked!  Every Friday night, at 9:00pm, the DJ on the radio station would keep a countdown of who was in what place so far. Surprisingly, my school and 4 other schools, kept switching places in the  TOP 5 . This continued for the whole contest. The only way we could bring us up more was to have more people bring in more pennies. We tried convincing most of the boys to join in and luckily, they did. Finally, we made it to that special Friday night.  The night where the DJ would announce who won the contest for Justin Bieber to perform at their school . I sat next to the computer, listening with my mom, holding my lucky shirt, crossing my fingers, and squeezing my mom’s hand. The DJ made it down to the top 3. We still didn’t hear our school’s name yet, so we were getting really excited. Luckily, we weren’t in third place. He paused in silence. My heart was beating fast. I could feel myself burning up. And guess what?! We weren’t in second…. WE CAME IN FIRST PLACE!  I screamed so loud and started dancing around like an idiot. I called all of my friends and we screamed on the phone together. It came to Monday and I went to school.  They were playing Justin’s My World CD over the intercom!  They congratulated us and told us when the concert would be taken place on. We waited another whole month and it was finally that time. April 15th, 2010 . I was so excited in the morning that when I was holding my cereal bowl, the milk and spoon were flying everywhere because I was shaking so much. Justin couldn’t come to our school though because his manager preferred somewhere with a stage, so we were going to one of the local theaters. We all hopped on the buses and drove there. Sadly, my homeroom wasn’t in the front row, but we were seated in the 12th row. It was a small theater, so I didn’t end up caring at all. Just to be this close was going to be such an amazing thing. We all waited in the audience and sang different songs until the DJ walked on stage. He got us all excited and then it was that special time. He slowly screamed “ HERE HE IS, JUSTIN BIEBEEERRRRR!!! ” The curtains opened and there was Dan Kanter sitting on a stool with his guitar on the right, and Kenny Hamilton sitting on another stool next to him on the left. Kenny started singing a little bit of One Time and stopped. He said, “Oh ya’ll aren’t here to see me, huh? Well how bout him?” Kenny moved out of the way and Justin came around from the behind the stool where he was hiding behind him. Justin was dressed in all black and he looked cute as ever. The screams got so loud right then and there. I couldn’t believe anything. I felt like I was dreaming.  Like there was no way that THE Justin Bieber was performing for MY school.  He sang ‘One Time’ and then got to ‘Never Let You Go’. At that time, everything felt amazing. Nothing in the world could make me anymore happier. As he began singing, we actually made eye to eye contact. I was staring into his eyes for a long time and we both smiled at eachother. My heart was beating extremely fast like it was about to explode. I felt like I was floating on a cloud. He sang a few more songs and then it was time for him to go. When I went home, I saw that Oprah, and many of the news channels, were talking about my school.  It was the best day of my life! I will NEVER forget that day. It’s gonna be stuck in my head for the longest time.  Thank you Justin, for a dream come true. -@EpicBieberCrew Link: My name is Nicole and this is My Bieber Experience. I live in…

Courtney Stodden Thanks God for Virginity, Doug Hutchison

Courtney Stodden, 16, and Doug Hutchison, 51, swear their marriage is not a publicity stunt. To prove it, they went on a national talk show this week. The couple, whose marriage in May created quite the stir due to their age difference, appeared on Good Morning America yesterday and said the relationship was “totally innocent” at first, focused on business. Stodden made the first flirty move over email, Hutchison said, adding that he then sensed “a struggle inside my heart… because I had already started falling for her.” Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison on Good Morning America Hutchison called Stodden’s mother, who is on record supporting the couple , and said:
