For a while there, it looked as though Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were headed for divorce . Breakup rumors have plagued these two pretty much from the time they first got together, but this time it really looked like they were on the road to Splitsville. In fact, there was a time when Kim and Kanye were living in separate homes , and divorce seemed all but a foregone conclusion. Now, however, the couple is back together, and while it sounds like they’re not exactly better than ever, sources say they’re making adjustments in hopes of rescuing their badly battered relationship. It seems one of those adjustments has been the mutual decision that Kim should basically take the reins for the foreseeable future. According to Radar Online, in the weeks after Kanye was hospitalized for an emotional breakdown “Kanye is like Kim’s puppet right now and he does whatever she says,” an insider tells the site. “She not only makes his schedule for him, but she tells him when and where he can go. She is kind of acting like his manager and his mother.” It may sound a bit extreme (and it is), but apparently Kim is concerned that ‘Ye’s behavior will do permanent damage to her reputation and thus, her career. “Kim is just terrified that Kanye will do more damage to her brand,” says the source. It’s a major dynamic shift, as Kanye used to hold all the cards to the extent that he picked out Kim’s clothes . Seriously. “It is opposite of what it used to be like, but Kim likes having the power in their relationship now,” says the insider. Florence Henderson, a veteran actress best known and forever loved for her role on The Brady Bunch, died on Thursday in Los Angeles. She was 82 years old. The Hollywood star reportedly passed away while surrounded by family and friends after suffering heart failure, her manager said in a statement late last night. According to Henderson’s publicist, The Brady Bunch matriarch had been hospitalized on Wednesday and left this world at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Henderson portrayed Carol Brady on the original Brady Bunch, which concluded in 1974, along with various forms and remakes such as The Brady Bunch Hour in 1977, The Brady Brides in 1981 and The Bradys in 1990. Of the series, which was also turned into multiple movies, Henderson said in 1999: “It represents what people always wanted: a loving family. It’s such a gentle, innocent, sweet show, and I guess it proved there’s always an audience for that.” Henderson competed on Dancing with the Stars Season 11 and remained a pretty famous and popular presence up until the year she died. Born in Dale, Indiana Henderson was the youngest of 10 children. She studied American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City after graduating high school and had four children with husband Ira Bernstein. The two got divorced in 1985. In 1987, the actress got married Dr. John George Kappas, whom she remained married to up until his death in September of 2002. Other notable roles for Henderson included The Love Boat; Murder, She Wrote; and her hosting of Retirement Living TV’s The Florence Henderson Show from 2008 until her passing. In reality, it’s an $895 a night Airbnb rental, once featured on HBO’s ‘Entourag,’ and really open to anyone who has the cash for it: First of all, the home is only worth about $3.2 million, so Soulja clearly just pulled that $6 million number out of the heavens. Ex-Employee Sues Kandi Burruss Over Back Pay We previously reported RHOA star and serial entrepreneur Kandi Burruss was facing some legal problems with her ‘Old Lady Gang’ restaurant in Atlanta. A carpenter claimed that he was owed over $16,000 and received bad checks from their general contractor, and a HVAC contractor says he’s owed over $5,000 for his work. Now according to AJC , Burruss is facing more problems after a former employee alleged she refused to pay him overtime pay for 2 years worth of work. Johnnie Winston III, who describes himself as a caterer and event planner on his Instagram page, said he worked for Burruss from August 3, 2013 until he was terminated February 29, 2016. He did not say why he was let go. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on October 27. In the lawsuit, he said he regularly worked seven days a week, well in excess of 40 hours a week. Over time, he said he worked anywhere from 10 to 20 hours a day, seven days a week. He alleges that he was not paid overtime for those extra hours. The former employee says he planned numerous events, meetings and ran errands for the star: He described work included planning special events, attending mandatory meetings, running errands and preparing meals for special events. In the lawsuit, he said worked as the manager for the Kandi Factory, her studio, then became event planner in early 2014, followed by a title change to production coordinator. He helped with her wedding to Todd Tucker, her Bedroom Kandi conventions, Business Woman’s Masterclass and taping of her Kandi Koated Nights broadcasts. Regardless of your feeling on the man’s guilt or innocence, if you watched the incendiary Netflix documentary series Making a Murderer you know that Steven Avery hasn’t led the easiest life. The 54-year-old Wisconsin native was falsely convicted of rape and attempted murder in 1985 at the age of 22. He served 18 years of a 32-year sentence before being exonerated on the strength of new DNA evidence. He had been free for just two years when he was arrested for the murder of photographer Teresa Halbach. Avery was convicted of murder in 2007, and he’s been serving time at Waupun Correctional Institute ever since. Many believe that Avery was framed by vengeful authorities who were humiliated by his exoneration and stood to suffer further embarrassment if his lawsuit against the Manitowoc County Police Department went to court. Avery’s first wife divorced him during his first stretch in prison. His fiancee at the time he was arrested for the Halbach murder left him after his conviction. There had not been much to smile about in Avery’s life, but these days, he has two bright spots on the horizon. For one thing, the documentary about his trial has attracted the interest of a new attorney, Kathleen Zellner, who is currently at work on Avery’s wrongful conviction case. On top of the hope that he’ll soon be exonerated a second time, Avery is once again engaged, this time to Las Vegas legal secretary Lynn Hartman. Zellner confirmed the engagement in a press release issued this morning: “Steven Avery’s engagement to Lynn is one bright spot in an otherwise unbelievably tragic and unfair life story,” Zellner wrote. “Cheers to both of them.” Avery himself hinted at the engagement during a recent phone interview with the Daily Mail : “She’s going to be my future wife. We’ll be laughing forever,” he said of Hartman. “I’m happy. She treats me decent, she loves me. She’s kind of spoiling me right now. I just want to be happy and enjoy my life. I think I did enough time.” Avery filed an appeal for a re-trial back in January, and these days, it’s looking as though he has ample cause to be optimistic. According to a judge’s order, Avery’s nephew, Brendan Dassey, will be released from prison after serving nearly a decade behind bars. Dassey was convicted of being an accomplice in Halbach’s murder back in 2007. Video of his coerced confession is often cited by Making a Murderer fans as the most glaring evidence of police corruption in the investigation. It may be quite some time until a verdict is reached in Avery’s new trial. But if things go his way in court, he’ll have at least one person eagerly waiting for him at the prison gates.

Can you just respect that?” Teresa told the dynamic duo. “Come on, we’re still cousins. We’re blood.” Inspirational words. For a few minutes. “They’re never going to call me. I’m never going to call them. Door’s closed,” she said, approximately 120 seconds after her olive branch. “I’m just tired of s–t. It’s exhausting.” Meanwhile, Kim D. tried to stir some more s–t up with Siggy Flicker and Jacqueline, and as is to be expected, Tre was caught up in it too. Kim D. said Derek, the manager of Melissa Gorga’s store, sold a story about Tre accepting cash for books at a Posche fashion show. Is that really so scandalous? SMH. Earlier this week, Angelina Jolie stunned the entire world by filing for divorce from Brad Pitt. To the Internet’s credit, almost no one out there claimed the basis for this breakup was an affair between Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. Far too many outlets, however, alleged a romantic dalliance between Pitt and Marion Cotillard. The only real evidence that Pitt had slept with the veteran actress while married to Jolie? The fact that he and Marion Cotillard appear together in the upcoming film (Allied). That’s just about it. Yes, The New York Post wrote that a “well-placed source” said Jolie hired a private investigator to look into a possible relationship between Pitt and Cotillard . This anonymous source came back with confirmation that Pitt and Cotillard were “fooling around,” with Page Six adding it was “the finals straw” for the Brangelina marriage. Enough people out there believe such nonsense that it became a large part of the Brad and Angelina rumor mill. To clear her name, Marion Cotillard has now issued a strong statement of denial. It was written on Instagram and it reads as follows: This is going to be my first and only reaction to the whirlwind news that broke 24 hours ago and that I was swept up into. I am not used to commenting on things like this nor taking them seriously but as this situation is spiraling and affecting people I love, I have to speak up. Firstly, many years ago, I met the man of my life, father of our son and of the baby we are expecting. He is my love, my best friend, the only one that I need. Secondly to those who have indicated that I am devastated, I am very well thank you. This crafted conversation isn’t distressing.
