Jessica Simpson may want to keep Eric Johnson on a short leash. At least if a new tabloid report is to be believed. The former NFL star allegedly slept with Jessica while still married to, and living with, his ex-wife Keri. Jess may have believed his marriage was truly over , but it was not the case; Eric jumped headfirst into his relationship with Jessica while they were having problems. They hadn’t split up for good yet, though, which sparked outrage. “He’s a two-timing cheat!” alleges one pal of his now ex-wife. “He was still having sex with Keri after he started seeing Jessica. She needs to think twice before marrying him. He’s already cheated on her once – he’ll most likely do it again.” Meanwhile, it doesn’t look like Eric and Jessica Simpson , who recently welcomed their first child, Maxwell, will be tying the knot anytime soon. Probably for the best. You don’t want to be with a man who wants the cow and the milk for free. Or something. Basically, watch your back Jess. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Maybe. Who knows if he’d do it to Jessica as easily as he’d do it with Jessica. Or if this piece of celebrity gossip is even true to begin with. What do you think?
The Fiona Apple arrest story continues to get better and better. First, the singer was booked on charges of hashish possession in Texas last week. Not a huge deal, right? But then she went off on a bizarre public rant regarding the incident (below), telling concert goers she’ll make the arresting officers “f-cking famous” as a punishment for their actions. Fiona Apple Rants About Drug Arrest Now Rusty Fleming – the Hudspeth County Sheriff’s Department Public Information Officer – has penned a letter to Apple in which he absolutely, positively lays into the artist. “First, Honey, I’m already more famous than you, I don’t need your help. However, it would appear that you need mine,” Fleming writes , adding: “Two weeks ago nobody in the country cared about what you had to say… now that you’ve been arrested it appears your entire career has been jump-started. Don’t worry Sweetie, I won’t bill you. “Next, have you ever heard of Snoop, Willie or Armand Hammer? Maybe if you would read something besides your own press releases, you would have known BEFORE you got here, that if you come to Texas with dope, the cops will take your DOPE away and put YOU in jail. “Even though you and I only met briefly in the hallway, I don’t know you but I’m sure you’re an awesome and talented young woman and even though I’m not a fan of yours, I am sure there are thousands of them out there, and I’m sure that they would just as soon you get this all behind you and let you go back to what you do best… “So my last piece of advice is simple: just shut-up and sing.” Fiona Apple? OWNED.
In his upcoming autobiography, Arnold Schwarzenegger talks more candidly than ever about the lies and the actions that destroyed his marriage. One new detail revealed in Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story ? Schwarzenegger only admitted his affair with housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena after Maria Shriver asked him about it. In therapy. “The minute we sat down, the therapist turned to me and said, ‘Maria wanted to come here today and to ask about a child – whether you fathered a child with your housekeeper Mildred,'” the actor writes of an early January 2011 session. “I told the therapist, ‘It’s true.'” Schwarzenegger then started to beg. He says he told Shriver he had “screwed up” and she was the “perfect wife,” adding that he remained “turned on” by her. It didn’t work, of course, as Shriver filed for divorce later that year. But rumors sprung up in March that the pair might get back together , and Arnold makes it clear that his dream scenario. “You can call this denial,” he writes of an eventual reconciliation. “But it’s the way my mind works.” Schwarzenegger’s memoir comes out on October 1. Will you buy it? Yes, it sounds fascinating! No, why would I support him?!? View Poll »
Kelsey Grammer took a new tact in his never-ending feud with Camille Grammer yesterday. Instead of slamming his ex-wife in public – did you know they stopped having sex during their marriage?!? – Kelsey simply bailed on an interview with Piers Morgan because producers showed a photo of Camille at the outset of the Morgan’s CNN talk show last night. The host simply couldn’t believe the reaction. “Kelsey Grammer was supposed to be on my show now but ran out of the building. Strange,” Morgan Tweeted, adding: “Kelsey Grammer saw a photo of his ex wife Camille in the open to our show and legged it. Extraordinary. Never had this happen before… I had a very friendly chat with Kelsey backstage. He said he was really looking forward to the interview… this was a shockingly unprofessional thing to do. I wasn’t even going to mention his ex-wife!” In response to the incident, a rep for the actor responded via statement: “Piers needs to take responsibility for what he did to Kelsey. It’s called accountability. Speaking of which: Pssst, Kelsey. Perhaps these sorts of situations are why you were supposedly snubbed for an Emmy .

As their close-knit Turkish family living in Vienna is forced come to terms with this new addition, friendships, jealousy, and hidden passions take unexpected turns. Heightened by strong performances, the film captures the complexities of a closed-circuit world living in a modern society. One of the most acclaimed films out of the Berlin Film Festival, KUMA is the story of different generations and cultures intersecting. Lore , US Premiere Director: Cate Shortland Screenwriters: Robin Mukherjee, Cate Shortland Cast: Saskia Rosendahl, Kai Malina, Nele Trebs, Ursina Lardi, Hans-Jochen Wagner, Mika Seidel In the twilight days of WWII, Lore’s Nazi parents have disappeared into the vortex of Allied retribution, and she must shepherd her younger siblings to safety on the grey edge of the Baltic Sea. In breathtaking images of damaged luminosity, LORE makes us see the dawning realization of WWII’s atrocities as though we had never known them before. It is the story of a tentative coming-of-age set in a maelstrom of brutality; it is a profound meditation on the insidiousness of evil and the transformative power of love; and it is nothing short of extraordinary. Golden Starfish Award: Documentary : Bay of All Saints , New York Premiere Director: Annie Eastman Filmed over six years, Annie Eastman’s debut is a lyrical portrait of three women who live on the palafitas, or shacks built on stilts, in the biggest bay in Bahia, Brazil. With Narato, the neighborhood refrigerator repairman as our guide, we meet Geni, Jesus, and Dona Maria, women with different mindsets but all compelled––in their own way––to fight for their family’s future and survival amidst the state’s urban development blunders and broken promises. Colombianos , New York Premiere Director: Tora Mårtens With a subtle and captivating storytelling style, Tora Mårtens’ documentary feature meanders gingerly, yet thoughtfully, through the relationship of two brothers, making her debut feel almost like a fable. At his mother’s behest and struggling with substance abuse, Fernando moves from Stockholm to Medellin for six months, hoping the change of scenery and his brother Pablo’s support will help him get clean. Pablo, a college student, tries different tactics to help Fernando but nothing seems to stick. As each brother begins to reassess his own path, they learn when to let go and when to take charge. El Huaso , US Premiere Director: Carlo Guillermo Proto Carlo Guillermo Proto directs this intensely personal documentary, interviewing his father and tracing the bonds and expectations of four generations of his family. Growing up in Chile, Gustavo Proto (director Carlo Proto’s father) always wanted to be a huaso—a rodeo cowboy—but instead he became a businessman and brought his family to Toronto for a better life. Now retired and convinced that he will develop Alzheimer’s like his mother and depression like his father, he plans to live out his dream in Chile before ultimately committing suicide, a decision he announces to his family amidst general protestation. Jason Becker: Not Dead Yet , New York Premiere Director: Jesse Vile Jason Becker was a musical prodigy, picking up the guitar at five years old, performing virtuoso solos at sixth grade talent shows, and signing a record deal at 19. But the following year, about to go on tour with David Lee Roth, Becker started limping and falling during performances. He was eventually diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s Disease, and was soon no longer able to hold a guitar. He lost the ability to speak and was given three to five years to live. But, as Jesse Vile’s award-winning first film reveals, that was not the last we would hear of Jason Becker. Not Dead Yet is must-see cinema and a testament to a true musician. Rising From Ashes , World Premiere Director: T.C. Johnstone Narrator: Forest Whitaker Recovering from one of the worse genocides in history, the Rwandan people find something to root for in this inspiring and beautifully shot documentary. Transcending the differences that once divided them — and with the help of the first American to ride in the Tour de France — five cyclists come together to form the first Team Rwanda while racing for spots in the 2012 Olympics. Cycling has long been a national pastime in “the land of a thousand hills,” and Rising From Ashes not only gives us a glimpse of this country’s changing landscape, it invites us to share in its epic comeback story.
Siohvaughn’s got a whole lot of isht to get off of her chest. The ex of NBA Baller Dwayne Wade just gave a very detailed interview where she spit about her marriage, the abuse, and nasty divorce/custody battle. Siohvaughn basically alleges that Dwyane’s public persona is bogus and that he was abusive during her pregnancy with their child… Though the pair began dating in their teens, Sioh, with her arm in a cast, says their love went downhill shortly after he got drafted and had a few dollars in his pocket. Her mother later joined in the conversation and talked about the sacrifices she and her family made once Dwyane moved in with them….and how he now treats them poorly. On Dwyane abusing her while pregnant: I was pregnant with Zion. Shortly before being hospitalized I was in Florida and I woke up in the middle of the night because I was sick, obviously with the pregnancy. I noticed that Mr. Wade wasn’t in the house. I was calling him and calling him because it was probably like, two or three o’ clock in the morning and we went to bed together which means he must have gotten up out of the bed and just left in the middle of the night without telling me. I was looking for him. I looked around the house. I was calling his phone he didn’t answer. He finally got back several hours later, it was well into the next day and I was very upset. I was asking where was he and why he [would] just leave without saying anything. His response was at first to be verbally abusive. He was cursing, he was calling me names, he was telling me to shut the ‘f’ up.He picked me up and held me over his head literally in midair and threw me down in our bathroom. We had an ottoman in the bathroom and he slammed me down so hard that when my back hit the ottoman it broke into four pieces and my back and head hit the concrete, the marble floor, excuse me, in the bathroom. After that I got up and immediately went — there’s a cordless phone in the bathroom, I immediately went to that phone and I was crying, I was hysterical, I went to go call the police. At that point more hell broke lose because I suppose he was in fear of being exposed because I certainly was going to call the police. I picked up the cordless phone, he snatched it out of my hand and he threw the cordless phone against my body so hard that the phone literally broke into pieces. On when the relationship went downhill: It started to get really bad the summer right after he’d been drafted. I was over the phone with him and he had said something to me very, very, angrily, and I had something to him about speaking to me and being disrespectful and he told me, ‘Do you wanna go and live in your mother’s house? ‘Cause that’s what’s gonna happen. You’re gonna end up back living in your mother’s house.’ I was very shocked. It was a very, very awful feeling. We stayed together but now that I can look back, from that moment it went downhill. Siohvaughn’s mom speaks about Dwyane moving in: The night he came to me, he had two black garbage bags and he knocked on the door late at night. He asked me, did I mean what I said when I said that I would never let a kid be out in the street with no place to go. ‘You would never let a kid go hungry and you would always help them if they needed something for school’, and I said yeah, I meant what I said. And he said, ‘Mama, I’m home.’ So I was like, okay. Siohvaughn On Dwyane and Gabrielle Union dating AND the lawsuit: Separated and divorced are two different things. I’m not certain when it happened or when she happened but I know that I was very married. I know that me and Dwyane at that time had talked about reconciliation going back and forth. I was still even intimate sometimes with my then husband. So, does that constitute sleeping or having an affair with somebody’s husband? Yes. To me, divorce and separation are always two different things. The lawsuit was about her having a negative effect on my children….That’s what that lawsuit was about. Her behavior and the things she did and said began to effect my sons, that’s when I opened my mouth and did something about it. Wow! If this is true then Dwayne and his new book need to step aside and let Siohvaughn see her babies. SMH Source Images via youtube/WENN
According to Heidi Klum, her ex Seal is a muhfuggin liar! Heidi Klum has spoken out for the first time since her divorce from Seal turned nasty when he accused her of “fornicating with the help,” insisting, “When we were together, I never looked at another man.” The German supermodel and TV host broke her silence in an exclusive TV interview with Katie Couric, recorded last week. The interview will be broadcast on Couric’s new daytime show, “Katie.” Sources tell us Klum was devastated after Seal made the mean-spirited comment, which suggested his ex-wife’s alleged cheating with her bodyguard caused their split. Seal told TMZ just over a week ago, after news of her becoming close to bodyguard Martin Kristen broke: “I preferred Heidi would have showed a little bit more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help.” While she has become close to her bodyguard of four years, friends insist this has happened only since her split from Seal. The pair separated in January and filed for divorce in April after nearly seven years of marriage. The “Project Runway” host and hunky Australian Kristen were spotted in New York a few weeks ago and on the beach in Sardinia with her children. Seal also added in an interview with TMZ, “I guess you now all have the answer that you’ve been looking for the past seven months.” Hinting that British-born singer Seal had used strong words during their marriage, Klum told Couric about Seal’s comments, in an excerpt revealed exclusively to Page Six: “It was a unique choice of words . . . I’m used to it. Other people aren’t. When we were together, I never looked at another man.” We’re told that Klum, who also said she was trying to mend her friendship with Seal, had already agreed to the interview with Couric, whose show debuts tomorrow, before Seal made the comment. The interview will air Wednesday. Hopefully both parties will be able to move on amicably, but we know Heidi will be okay…since Seal wifed that up when she was knocked up with another dude’s baby. Brandi Glanville has issued a statement in support of LeAnn Rimes, the embattled star who infamously played a role in the breakup of her marriage to Eddie Cibrian. Whatever their differences, Brandi has her back now. The day after her 30th birthday on August 28, LeAnn Rimes admitted herself into a 30-day inpatient treatment facility for anxiety and stress-related issues. Glanville, who has feuded publicly with Rimes, says she wishes Cibrian’s current wife – who suffered a bullying-related breakdown – a full and fast recovery. “I totally support LeAnn’s decision to enter rehab … my top priority is my children, and at the end of the day we are a family,” Brandi said in a statement. “LeAnn is their stepmom, and they love her. I am wishing her all the best and I hope she will find what she is looking for while in rehab.” Us Weekly claims Rimes is fixated on Eddie Cibrian’s wandering eye, worried that he will cheat on her as he did Brandi (with Rimes) a few years back. More likely, though, is that Rimes has been bullied online since their extramarital affair and hasn’t taken the steps to extricate herself from Twitter . “She is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms,” her rep said in a August 30 statement, adding that her critics have been “vitriolic.”
