Source: ugurhan / Getty 19-Year-Old Crashes After Driving Drunk Following 12 Drinks At A Bar A Texas teenager accused of causing a fatal car accident that killed a young mother allegedly consumer 12 drinks before he got behind the wheel, according to multiple reports. 23-year-old Taylor Phillips was killed on Sunday night after Erick Hernandez, 19, allegedly crashed into her SUV. Hernandez allegedly crossed three lanes of traffic while driving drunk before the collision, the  Houston Chronicle  along with local stations  KPRC  and  ABC13  report. Hernandez has been charged with intoxication manslaughter. On Wednesday, prosecutors allegedly said that a video from inside a bar showed Hernandez consuming 12 drinks, which included three tequila shots, over the course of six hours before he got into his truck to drive off. He was allegedly never asked for his ID despite being underage, which is how he recieved so many drinks. Five employees of the bar— four bartenders and one manager — were arrested for allegedly serving the teenager alcohol. Court documents obtained by the outlets show that the bar allegedly didn’t even have a liquor license and was only allowed to serve beer and wine at their facility. “Literally one minute after he left (the bar), he took the life of Ms. Phillips,” explained Sean Teare, Chief of the Vehicular Crimes Division in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, according to reports from KPRC. “Right now there are Christmas presents under a tree for a mother who will never open them, a child who will never know his mother because of the irresponsible actions of all six individuals charged in this tragedy.” Philips’s mother, Carmen Rainer, told ABC13 on the night of the crash the Philips, her mother, and her 1-year-old son were driving home after a weekend of visiting family in New Orleans. Hernandez appeared in court on Wednesday and is now out of jail on a $30,000 bond. It is unclear whether he has an attorney and he has not entered a plea.

Trina Braxton’s ex-husband Gabe Solis has passed away from cancer according to a TMZ report . Sources say Solis died Thursday in Texas, where he hails from, and we’re told he was surrounded by friends and family. Solis was married to The Braxton Family Values reality star Trina Braxton from 2003-2015. Many people first saw Gabe and Trina sort out their marriage struggle, bouts with infidelity and divorce after it was displayed on the favorite reality show. Despite their rocky relationship, the 2 remained close friends. Gabe’s health issues were reportedly kept under wraps and his passing comes as a surprise to many close to the family. May he rest easy.

It was a package of Kailyn’s Pothead Haircare products. Nice and thoughtful, right? Not quite, according to Evans, who responded by filming herself POURING GASOLINE ON THE PRESENT AND THEN SETTING T ON FIRE. “Hey, Kail. This is to your peace offering,” she quipped before taking this dangerous and pretty hilarious course of action. “Been debating whether to upload this, but I feel like the time is appropriate. Kail Lowry, for years you’ve been super jealous and envious of all us girls on the show,” Evans captioned the post, adding: “You try to make your way into the group, then turn into a mean ass person when it came down to me.” Along with the emoji of a raised middle finger, Evans concluded: You apologize on/off, claim I need to be apologizing sometimes, then talk shit constantly about me and my husband to the tabloids?! T HEN you had the balls to send me a PEACE GATHERING GIFT?! Don’t send me gifts and then go talk shit AGAIN!!! It sounds very much as if Lowry received Jenelle’s message loud and clear… … and isn’t all that stressed about it. “I knew they would do this. I’m not upset at all,” Lowry told Us Weekly when asked about the burning. Kailyn also shared a screenshot of Evans’ video on her Instagram Story shortly after it was posted and wrote: “So Jenelle set my peace offering gift on fire…” She proceeded to joke about the incident on Twitter by replying to tweet with a picture of the flame-engulfed products and adding, “Potheadhaircare.com is [fire emoji].” It’s true. In her own way, Jenelle has provided her foe with all the free publicity she could ever desire via this gesture. The Teen Mom 2 stars have been at odds with since August when Jenelle appeared to slam Lowry for hooking up with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, after his romane with their fellow castmate Briana DeJesus ended. The drama didn’t stop there, though. Evans later accused Lowry of exploiting her and their rivalry for the sake of podcast downloads. “Soooo it’s ok to constantly talk about me on their podcast tho? Don’t you have any other topics than me?! #Flattered,” Evans tweeted at the time, to which the Hustle and Heart author replied: “You’re not actually interesting.” Jenelle Evans to Kailyn Lowry: Your Hair Products SUCK! DeJesus, meanwhile, has also chimed in on Jenelle’s burning. Shannon Beador Accused of Alcoholism, Endangering Her Children

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador continues feuding with fellow Housewives , but she’s also caught up in another fight. Her ex-husband, David, is accusing her of being an alcoholic. He has filed papers with the court to prevent her from drinking — at all — when she’s spending time with their teen daughters. Us Weekly confirms that David Beador filed papers with the court, hoping to forbid Shannon from drinking around their teenage daughters. “The mother has publicly stated on television within the last month, she ‘self-medicates’ with alcohol,” the documents accuse. Discussing your personal life is part of being a reality star, but your words can be thrown back in your face in court if you’re not careful. “That behavior is detrimental to the children,” David’s attorney claims. Their children are Sophie, who is 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, who are each 14. According to David’s team’s request, Shannon would be under very strict rules that go beyond avoiding having wine with dinner. The proposed court order would prevent Shannon from drinking at all while the girls are with her. That would include a ban on drinking eight hours before the girls come to stay with her. An order like this is usually made when someone has demonstrated that they have a drinking problem. That said, for those without a drinking problem, it’s usually easy enough — if socially inconvenient — to follow. Does Shannon have a drinking problem and, if so, is it actually negatively impactful to her girls in any way? Honestly, we don’t know. Either way, this sounds like a clear effort to use Shannon’s status as a reality star against her. Things had been going a little better with Shannon and David’s divorce, right up until the reunion special aired. Is this David’s attempt to exact revenge upon Shannon for disparaging him and his girlfriend on international television? Or was this born of genuine concern? This news comes on the heels of Shannon facing a real medical crisis. On Monday, December 17, Shannon revealed that she had gone to the emergency room. “At ER with horrible pain in my ribs,” Shannon shared with her fans and followers. “Getting tests.” “Everyone so nice but not a hospital fan…” she admitted. Mystery pains are never good, but when they’re in or around your chest, they can be downright scary. Fortunately, Shannon had more to tell her followers. “No blood clot,” she announced. “And all is good.” The human body is kind of a mess, so sometimes phantom pains defy explanation. In this case, if Shannon received a specific diagnosis, she did not see fit to share it with fans. “Heading home with an antibiotic,” Shannon revealed. “Thank you to so many of you for the well wishes.” Shannon told her fans: “It’s overwhelming and kind.” Maybe David has real concerns about Shannon’s drinking, or maybe this is just a game that he’s playing with their divorce. Maybe both. Some fans cannot help but be reminded of one of the elements in the dissolution of their marriage. David, as you may recall, did not respond well when Shannon’s stress eating caused her to gain weight. It reached a point where Shannon said David stopped loving her because she was fat . Does David, even now that he’s moved on with a younger lady love, feel a need to control what Shannon puts in her body? Or is this just fatherly concern for his teenage daughters, who may soon be exposed to alcohol at parties if they are not already? His motives remain shrouded. We’ll see what the court decides. Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer Share First Photo of Baby!

What a year it’s been for Ryan Edwards, huh? He’s done a whole lot of things — most of them were real, real bad. He’s been arrested twice, once for violating probation by failing a drug test and once for violating probation by driving 35 MPH over the speed limit . He spent a handful of days in jail, and three whole months in rehab ! Another big thing was when Maci Bookout had to get a restraining order against him for her and her family after he threatened to murder her husband . So yeah, bad things, right? Despite all of that, there was one very big, very good moment for Ryan this year. He welcomed a brand new baby boy! Yep, in October, Mackenzie Standifer gave birth to their first child together , a boy they named Jagger Ryan Edwards. Well, she named him that, anyway — he was still in rehab at the time. Besides Jagger, they have Hudson, Mackenzie’s son from her first marriage, and of course there’s Bentley, the son Ryan shares with Maci. What a lovely little family, right? Or at least we imagine they are — Mackenzie refuses to show off her new baby on social media, or on Teen Mom OG. It makes sense, really. After all, Ryan does attract a whole lot of hate, and Mackenzie herself receives even more . They’ve been the big Teen Mom OG villains for a long time now, and though attention is beginning to shift to Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s marriage problems … Well, plenty of fans still have a whole mess of feelings about the Edwards. If Mackenzie had posted pictures of little Jagger, then unfortunately, there’s a decent chance she would have gotten negative comments about him, just because people don’t like his parents. People can be awful like that. She’s said that she’ll “probably never” show him off to the world, and honestly, it’s understandable. But luckily for us, she’s reconsidered things! Yep, today Mackenzie was kind enough to share a Christmas photo of her little family, minus Bentley: And just look at that cute little baby!!! Hudson is adorable too, as always, and Mackenzie looks phenomenal, especially for giving birth just a couple of months ago. As for Ryan, well, remember a few days ago when we heard a report about how he’s been seeming so happy and healthy these days? He certainly looks like it in this photo! His smile looks genuine, and although it looks like he couldn’t manage to spit out his dip for the Christmas card shoot, at least he doesn’t look high here. Hopefully he’s finally come around to raising a baby with Mackenzie and there won’t be any of the “call me when he’s three” talk like there was at the beginning of the pregnancy. Offset Crashes Cardi B Show, Issues VERY Public Apology

Offset and Cardi B has turned their break-up into a public spectacle. And it's making both parties look pretty awful. As a quick refresher: Cardi B announced several days ago that her marrage to Offset was over, keeping the reason why vague, but saying that she and the rapper would remain friends. Not long afterward, rumors of Offset cheating on Cardi went viral, with at least one woman owning up to her Offset boning and apologizing for her role in this relationship's demise. Cardi said very little in response, but Offset shared this video, in which he begged for his wife to forgive him: So that brings us to Saturday night. At Los Angeles’ Rolling Loud festival at the Banc of California Stadium, headlines by Cardi herself, an attendee captured a video of Offset crashing Cardi’s set to plead her to reignite their romance. As you can see in the footage featured here… at one point, stagehands rolled out three boxes that spelled out “Take Me Back Cardi” in what appeared to be flowers. From there, Offset appeared, a bouquet of white flowers in hand, to attempt to win Cardi back. Into the microphone, the Migos member proclaimed that “in front of the world, I love you.” How did Cardi response? She appeared to be annoyed; the lights went dim; the stars talked briefly; and then Offset walked off stage. Crazy, right?!? Only if you somehow believe this was somehow not totally planned and staged by both Cardi and Offset. We mean, there's simply no way security allows the rapper to just leap on stage in this manner unless Cardi was very much in on the so-called surprise crashing. After this video went viral, and fans went off on both celebrities, Cardi told them to please take it easy on her estranged husband. “I see a lot of people bashing me because they feel that because I’m defending my baby father, they think that I’m gonna get back together with him,” Cardi, who shares five-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari with Offset, said in one Instagram video, adding: “I’m not saying that I’m gonna get back together with him. I just don’t like that bashing online thing.” She then referenced Pete Davidson's very recent breakdown , writing: “Just earlier, you just saw how Pete Davidson was talking about how he don’t even want to be on this earth because mad people be coming at him every single day. “I wouldn’t want my baby father to have that feeling because of millions of people be bashing him every day. That’s a nasty feeling, and I wouldn’t want that.” Also aware of the backlash, Offset jumped on Twitter on Sunday and wrote: “All of my wrongs have been made public, I figure It’s only right that my apologies are made public too. “A n-gga was just trying …..thank god I ain’t got no balloons sheeesh.” We have no idea where this marriage is going, but it's all become pretty ridiculous at this stage. Amber Portwood: I Almost Killed Myself After Having My Baby!

It's no secret that Amber Portwood has had a rough life. We've been seeing snippets of it for years on Teen Mom OG. She's dealt with drug addiction, mental illness, abusive relationships (from both sides). She's even gone to prison. Yep, she's definitely been through some things, you know? Including, after giving birth to her second child earlier this year, postpartum depression so severe that she nearly committed suicide. 1. What a Ride Poor Amber, right? Well, sometimes. 2. What a Tragedy Amber sure has been through a lot, including the deaths of her little sister and her father. She also struggles with being bipolar and having borderline personality disorder. 3. Wow She’s also assaulted her ex-boyfriend, Gary Shirley, at least once in front of their daughter, Leah. 4. Yikes That assault led her to be sentenced to five years in prison. Well, that and drugs. 5. Double Yikes After serving a portion of her sentence, she was released, and she really seemed to have changed a lot. Then Matt Baier creeped his way into her life, and things were bad for a couple of years again. 6. Thank God She miraculously realized just how big a creep he was, and last year she kicked him to the curb after they filmed Marriage Boot Camp together. View Slideshow

Offset Begs, PLEADS for Forgiveness from Cardi B

We're going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you Cardi. I embarrassed you. I made you go crazy . So says Offset in a revealing new Instagram video, which he shared late Friday night and which is intended to win over Cardi B, the woman he just recently so badly scorned and humiliated. The wildly popular artist announced in early December that her marriage to Offset was over . And while Cardi said mostly nice things about Offset in this announcement, stating that the two would remain “business partners and friends,” it became evident rather quckly that the Migos member had messed up quite badly. He had been caught cheating on the singer and even caught trying to set up a threesome without her . Cardi herself is yet to respond to these horrible actions by her husband, but the woman with whom Offset cheated has apologized… … and now Offset has done the same. “I was partaking in activity that I shouldn't have been partaking in, and I apologize,” he says in the footage featured here, adding: “You know what I'm saying? For breaking your heart, for breaking our promise, for breaking God's promise and being a selfish, messed up husband.” Offset does sound contrite in his confession. But he's been known for sleeping around in the past, so Cardi will need to decide if such a habit has truly been broken forever. The rapper hadn't exactly ruled out a reconciliation , even before Offset went ahead here and got all nice and candid. Will his words be enough to win her over? Or have his despicable actions spoken far louder than they ever will? I'm trying to be a better person. I want to get this off my shoulders. I want to get this off my back. I apologize to you Cardi. I love you,” Offset adds, prior to referencing their daughter and stating: Kulture, I want to spend Christmas with you. I want to be able to spend the rest of my life with you. I apologize. I am sorry for what I have done to you. I didn't f-ck that girl, but I was entertaining her, you know what I'm saying? I apologize, and I love you, and I hope you forgive me. Mike Sorrentino Posts Honeymoon Pics Ahead of Prison Sentence

These are complex times in the life of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. The good news is, Sorrentino just got married to his college sweetheart, Lauren Pesce. The bad news is, The Situation will soon be headed to prison to serve an 8-month sentence for tax fraud. Fortunately, Mike and Lauren are currently living it up while they can — and possibly getting down to the business of making some baby Situations. Take a look: 1. The Honeymoon Situation We’ve got a honeymoon situation over here! Mike Sorrentino and Lauren Pesce are currently celebrating their marriage prior to the start of his prison sentence. 2. Poolside Pesce Lauren seems to be enjoying her alone time with Mike. She’s been documenting the trip for her 450,000 (!!!) Instagram followers and tagging her posts #thesituations. 3. Marital Mountains Mike and Lauren headed to the Santa Catalina mountains in California for a honeymoon that doubles as a pre-holiday going away party. 4. Tricky Situation Earlier this year, Mike pleaded guilty to lying in order to avoid paying taxes on roughly $9 million in earnings. 5. Tough Times Ahead On January 15, Mike will turn himself over to the authorities and begin serving an 8-month sentence. 6. ‘RHOAS11’ Recap: Porsha Brings Dennis To Tears With Her Major News

Source: Jason LaVeris / Getty Tonight’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta is mostly about the Kandi, Dennis, Porsha situation again, as well as the events that go down at NeNe’s couples night event. But let’s dial it back a bit. We start the episode with a glimpse of Leon, in all his forever fine glory. Leon and Cynthia are preparing to see Noelle off to college. She has decided to go to Howard University. Let’s fast forward. Kandi and Porsha actually meet up to discuss Kandi’s spot getting blown up at Cynthia’s wine tasting. Kandi tries to explain herself again. She says she knew two girls that Dennis dated, got the story about the tattoos, and felt the need to bring it up yatta yatta. It’s not like they’re friends. Kandi says she doesn’t want to be in a bad place with Porsha, so why does she keep bringing Dennis’ dating history up behind Porsha’s back knowing dang well it could cause a problem with this group of women? None of it matters though, because Porsha doesn’t care. Nothing will stand in the way of the happiness she is after. Plus, Porsha is really coming from the perspective of, what she doesn’t know won’t hurt her. Anyway, we then meet Tanya again. She’s NeNe’s friend, new satellite character, and a tech entrepreneur. Tanya is rich, full of herself and extra. She seems more RHOP than RHOA but so far she has been fitting in. She’s even going to bring her man to NeNe and Gregg’s couples night out. The theme for the latter is “Boobs and Bourbon.” Now we’re at NeNe and Gregg’s couple’s night event. Everyone comes through. Cynthia brings her friend Marcus. Marlo shows up with a man who resembles BubbaSparkxxx, but she refuses to reveal how they met, and NeNe’s spirited friend, Yavonna, comes through too. Porsha is the last to arrive with Dennis. We’re all nervous because this could go either way since Dennis knows that Kandi has been talking smack about him. However, Dennis keeps it cute and cordial. That crisis is averted but then we get back to Yovana being super extra. It turns out that Yovana and Eva attended Clark Atlanta University together. They don’t know each other but Yovana points out that Eva is good friends with her good friend. By this point, Yovana is already rubbing the girls the wrong way with her brash delivery but then it gets worse when she says she has a problem with Eva. Eva is looking like: Basically, Yovana explains that Eva pretended like they never even met when they first showed up to the dinner. Eva said but she actually doesn’t ever recall meeting her and this sets Yovana off even more. Yovana feels some type of way and states that it’s impossible for Eva to not know her because she was that b–ch in school. Everyone, including Yovana’s fiance, is looking like: NeNe squashes any impending drama with the announcement that they’ve organized a surprise couple’s trip. Aaaaaw shoot! You know it’s about to be some drama, especially if thirsty Yovana shows up! Finally, we end the episode with Porsha celebrating Dennis’ birthday. It’s an extra special celebration because this is when Porsha announces that she’s pregnant. She delivers the news by handing Dennis a gift (and eventually a positive pregnancy test). It’s a box of baby booties and he is so thrilled that he tears up. Porsha is going to have to keep the stress down, which is hard dealing with this group of women. It will be interesting to see how the couple’s trip goes and how they take it when Porsha reveals the news.
