According to Deadline , the 32-year old multi-talented writer, producer, and actress is developing a new drama for the premium cable network that will be centered around a black family dealing with life in Los Angeles in the ’90s. Bridging the later Reagan Era and early Clinton years, the show will focus on the marriage of Sheryl and Jackson, with the former an envelope bounds-pushing real estate agent and the latter a conflicted LAPD anti-gang task force recruit. The show doesn’t have a name yet or it’s unknown at this time, but we do know that Issa will be executive producing the untitled series, along with The Turner House author Angela Flournoy. Sam took to Instagram to blast Mendeecees for showing love via social media in posts that Yandy Smith curates on his social media pages. Clearly, there is still a bunch of drama going on in the Harris household. We’re sure we’ll be seeing much more of this story line when Love & Hip Hop NY comes back on October 30. According to reports Nelly has been arrested on a Rape charge. According to TMZ a woman claims she was raped on Nelly’s tour bus in Washington early Saturday morning, where he’s been performing. Nelly is on a tour with Florida Georgia Line and they are set to perform Saturday night in Ridgefield, Washington. She allegedly said Nelly is the one who raped her. Nelly was charged with second degree rape charges Saturday morning at around 7 AM. No word if he is still in custody. When news first broke that former The Hills stars Audrina Patridge and Corey Bohan had split , some despaired. Others saw it as confirmation that reality TV couples just can’t last. It was the abuse accusations that Audrina has leveled against Corey that has people much more concerned. We were understandably alarmed to hear that there’s been a new incident, but Audrina and Corey are telling very different stories. Audrina Patridge’s abuse claims against Corey Bohan are, frankly, disturbing. Corey is accused of primarily emotional abuse, displaying anger issues and instability that at the very least make him a potential danger to himself. According to Audrina, he has even shoved her while she was holding their baby daughter, Kirra. Corey has reportedly also done things like empty out Audrina’s purse and harm himself in her presence, effectively blackmailing her into staying with him or he’ll “do worse.” Based upon that, a divorce sounds like absolutely the right call. They were together for 9 years and got married last November, so we are anxious to know if this had been going on in a gradually escalating manner all along … or if this is an altogether new behavior that manifested since they were married. We wonder if there’s some newly emerged medical issue that could be driving this … but either way, this couple shouldn’t be together. Unfortunately, when you’ve been an item for almost an entire decade, it’s difficult to extricate yourselves from each other’s lives. For example, they’ve been living in the same house … which is what brought them into conflict. Thus, this new incident. Entertainment Tonight obtained court documents that show both Audrina and Corey’s versions of what happened. What they can both agree on? Audrina and her father, Mark, returned to Audrina’s home in Irvine, California with the intention of collecting Audrina’s belongings. Within the court documents, Audrina alleges that Corey is “holding all of my personal possessions and my home hostage.” Audrina has stated that the house in which the couple lived was hers prior to their marriage. More than that, the two apparently have a prenup agreement that confirms that yes, Audrina is the sole owner of the house and will remain that. But, presumably because she is the one who fled from the home with Kirra and took up temporary residence at the home of her parents, a judge denied Audrina’s request to have Corey removed from her house. (Which sounds super unfair, but I imagine that laws are structured to make it difficult for one spouse to render the other homeless during a dispute — just a guess, though) When Audrina went with her parents, Corey allegedly cursed her out — part of a pattern that she has described in which he uses expletives and yells and cannot seem to keep from doing so in front of their baby. Audrina also accuses Corey of having installed additional surveillance devices in her house. (If you’ll recall, Audrina’s initial claims when they split and she sought a restraining order mentioned that part of Corey’s emotional abuse involved installing cameras in their home that he used to spy on her) She is once again imploring the court to remove Corey from her home. Corey’s side claims that Audrina and her family “literally barging in the house through the garage door” with only 15 minutes of notice. He says that he’d asked them to arrange a time when he wouldn’t be there. He claims that he hasn’t installed any new surveillance devices, that the only cameras are a nanny cam in the living room and a camera by the front door. Corey claims that he did not yell or curse but merely “spoke calmly” to the Patridges, and says that Audrina’s father, Mark, was trying to instigate a fight. At long last, it is over between Kirk Frost and Rasheeda Frost. Following several months of rumors and innuendos, along with near-confirmation that Kirk both cheated on her and impregnated his mistress, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star has finally seen the light. Appearing on radio show Dish Nation on Monday, Rasheeda revealed to hosts Gary with da Tea and Porsha Williams that she and Kirk are taking a long break. “We’re separated, and we’re working on making sure that we’re doing everything that we need to do for our family,” she said. Rasheeda and Kirk share two kids together, a four-year old son named Karter and a 16-year old son named Ky. “We are parenting very well,” the VH1 star added, emphasizing of herself and her estranged husband: “We have good communication. Two people trying to figure out the best thing to do for our children as far as making them comfortable, as far as him and I, that’s just what it is.” News of this couple’s split really should not come as a surprise to anyone who has been following their saga on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. A significant portion of last season was dedicated to the rumor that Kirk knocked up Jasmine Washington . The star himself denied fathering Washington’s son, who was born last summer, while many wondered whether this storyline was concocted by producers because Jasmine was suddenly a full-time cast member on the series this past spring. Whether or not Kirk cheated on Rasheeda with Washington, however, there’s no denying the fact that he has cheated on Rasheeda in the past. Frost himself has admitted as much . Still, Rasheea had stood by her man . “Rasheeda should be able to see through his excuses but with Kirk she never sees clearly,” an insider told Hollywood Life in July, adding at the time: “At the end of the day, she wants so badly to believe him. “She still can’t wrap her head around him having a baby behind her back, she just can’t accept that he would lie to her that way.” Will the Frosts ever reconcile? You never know. They have been married for 17 years. That’s a very long time and strong feelings linger. “I love Rasheeda to death,” Kirk said on the show’s reunion special this summer. “That is my soulmate. When you get yourself in a situation, you just get there. I just pray that it gets better.” He’ll need to do a lot more than pray at this point. Why are they like this? A number of the cast members on The Real Housewives of Orange County can be real pieces of work, and Vicki Gunvalson is no exception. But nobody deserves to be mocked for being sick. In trying to poke fun at their frenemy for her malady, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Meghan Edmonds mostly just revealed their ignorance and insensitivity for the whole world to see. Again. If you read our latest The Real Housewives of Orange County recap , you know that in addition to talk of forgiving Kelly and some of the usual factional talk, there was a lot of talk about health. Well … a lot of that was about plastic surgery, but not all of it. One small portion of the episode involved Vicki Gunvalson informing her frenemies that she was sick. Specifically, she announced that she had Influenza B. This announcement triggered a flurry of insults as Tamra, Shannon, and Meghan jumped at the chance to ridicule Vicki. Tamra, of course, resents Vicki for spreading gay rumors about her husband . Shannon Beador blamed Vicki Gunvalson for making her fat , and Vicki’s shared some nasty rumors about her marriage, as well. Meghan Edmonds asked: “How does she know what letter it is? … She got tested because she thought it was C or A? ” A lot of rich people, particularly those who are older, have great insurance and don’t mind copays and would rather know what’s wrong with them than just suffer through it. And, oh by the way, Vicki — like the rest of her castmates — isn’t as young as she used to be. Illnesses can get more serious as you age. But Meghan continued. “Like why do you get it tested? All you do is you deal with it and you get better.” Look, that’s how most of us deal with getting sick. (Honestly, even if I had the resources of a Real Housewife, I would still probably just stay in bed with blankets and broth) But it’s usually considered the smart thing to: -go to the doctor -get tested -get official medical advice and get medication either recommended or prescribed to suit your precise needs Tamra Judge, who hasn’t been anything close to a friend of Vicki’s for a long, long time, keeps the criticism going. “She’s very dramatic.” Yes … literally all of them are, or they wouldn’t be on a Real Housewives show. But unless there was some off-camera lamenting on Vicki’s part that this flu was going to be the end of her, her dramatic tendencies aren’t relevant. But Meghan Edmonds continued: “The text is going to say ‘I’m dramatic as f–k and I have to make it as bad as it can possibly sound, so I’m going to put a letter next to influenza.'” Shannon Beador does her best to “burn” Vicki under the circumstances: “She’s not Vicki anymore. Her name is ‘victim.'” Uh … nice try, Shannon. Look, we’re not the sort to rush to Vicki’s defense, but these three were making total asses of themselves and we’re not going to pretend that they weren’t. Unlike Influenza A, which tends to strike during the winter months, Influenza B can infect people and cause them to develop flu symptoms throughout the year. Most of us think of the flu as an inconvenience, but Influenza B specifically is acknowledges as a potentially fatal disease that claims lives all around the globe every single year. And that’s despite a slower mutation rate than Influenza A (which means that Influenza B has a harder time adapting) If you’re still wondering why, aside from idle curiosity or even just being specific, it matters that Vicki Gunvalson got Influenza B … … Influenza B can have a particularly harsh impact on children and adolescents. Knowing that she has Influenza B might cause her to avoid contact with children even more carefully. And, again, knowing exactly what makes you sick shouldn’t be mocked. It’s just useful information. Sometimes when you reach too hard for a way to put down someone else, you just look like a fool.

Mel B Says Stephen Belafonte Arranged A Sham Marriage For Their Nanny This is the hot messiest divorce that ever was . So now, Mel B has filed papers aiming to prove that hubby Stephen Belafonte and nanny/three-way sex partner Lorraine Gilles, have been plotting to take her down the entire time. According to TMZ , Mel B claims that Belafonte and Gilles had sex multiple times behind her back, despite the nanny’s own claims that they only had sex as a team with Mel B’s involvement. Mel points out that Gilles had sex twice with Belafonte around the time that she became pregnant and had an abortion , though she claims the baby didn’t belong to Belafonte anyway. Furthermore, she says Belafonte arranged a fake-azz marriage for Gilles to convicted criminal Michael Bleau so that she could remain in the country once her work visa for them ran out. This way the two could keep smashing and keep up their plots to rob Mel B blind and extort her with sex tapes they filmed as a trio. Proof? Bleau’s own claims that he only spent $30 on Ebay for Gilles’ engagement ring. Whew! If you’re a fan of her family, then you’re no doubt aware by now that Joy-Anna Duggar is pregnant with her first child . Of course, everything the Duggars do these days is surrounded by controversy, and Joy-Anna’s pregnancy is no different. And how could a pregnancy announcement from a married woman be controversial, you ask? Well, most of the gossip has to do with the fact that Joy-Anna got pregnant just three months after marrying Austin Forsyth , and some fans believe she looks like she’s further along than that. Given the strict nature of the Duggar courtship rules that forbid premarital sex, if Joy-Anna did get pregnant before her wedding, many of the family’s most pious followers would consider the situation to be downright scandalous. And it’s not just sex that’s off-limits to unmarried Duggars. Any physical contact beyond hand-holding is considered ungodly, and for reasons we don’t quite understand, the strict enforcement of these rules is part of what makes the Duggars so popular. Any indication that the whole “courtship” thing is just a front would leave patriarch Jim Bob with some serious explaining to do. So we get why it’s fun to speculate that Joy-Anna and Austin may have given into the devilry of lust before they walked down the aisle. Unfortunately, the situation has led to some intense scrutiny of Joy-Anna’s body, which is decidedly not cool. “She’s a bigger woman than her sisters,” one fan wrote on Joy-Anna’s Instagram announcement. “She’s thick and she has bigger breasts, and they say bigger women show more. My mom looked like she was having triplets with me, but in fact it was because of the fluid around me when I was a fetus,” she further elaborated. It’s worth pointing out that that’s a comment from a fan who’s defending Joy-Anna by arguing that she’s being honest about her pregnancy timeline. With friends like that, who needs enemies? Look, in all likelihood, if Joy-Anna got pregnant before she got married, we would never find out about. The Duggars control the release of information about their private lives more effectively than any reality TV family, and they would never admit to one of their children getting knocked up out of wedlock. So speclate away, but bear in mind that putting photos of Joy-Anna’s pregnant body under a microscope is cringe-worthy at best, repugnant at worst.
