Jen believes he was coming up with excuses.” Not surprisingly, People magazine – the official publication of PR teams everywhere – offers a different take, claiming there was no particular reason why Jen filed when she did. In fact, an insider tells the magazine that Jen initially planned to file sooner, but wanted to wait until Ben was through with rehab. “Jen waited for the right time,” the source claims. “She wasn’t going to file for divorce while Ben was struggling. She is very proud of him for getting help.” The source adds: “It was just time. According to a bombshell new report, Angelina Jolie isn’t simply ready to move on from Brad Pitt… … she’s ready to move on from Brad Pitt and head to the altar with another man! The cover story of the latest In Touch Weekly screams about an “Angelina Shocker,” as editors try to make the case that Jolie is “GETTING MARRIED ALREADY.” Finally, the tabloid promises, the “real reason” why Angelina dumped Brad has been revealed. Indeed, “Angelina’s getting married,” an unnamed, allegedly close friend supposedly tells the magazine, although this pal refuses to divulge the name of Jolie’s fiance. But he’s a “wealthy, 40-something Brit,” the insider swears, going on to describe this lucky fellow as a “philanthropist business man.” Hmmm… Jolie is very into philanthropy. It’s kind of her things these days. Might there be some truth to this seemingly ridiculous rumor?!? This same story says none of Jolie’s six children have met her mystery man just yet, despite a wedding evidently being in the works. How does Pitt feel about his long-time wife preparing to exchange vows with her new lover, mere months after she filed to divorce him? The actor was “knocked for a loop,” In Touch reports, although he’ll need to wrap his head around this engagement soon. Jolie is “trying to speed up the divorce so she can tie the knot as quickly as possible,” the report reads. The source also goes on to state that a “quickie wedding would be the ultimate payback” for Angelina. And why would Jolie be interesting in getting revenge against Pitt? The star filed to legally end her marriage to Pitt because she believed him to be a bad father. There was some kind of altercation on board a private airplane that resulted in the FBI being called in to investigate Pitt for charges of assault. No evidence was ever discovered to support this claim. Just last week, meanwhile, Radar Online broke its own bombshell, alleging that a man DID actually come between Jolie and Pitt . But it wasn’t a lover. It was Jolie’s own brother, James Haven! He’s always been unusually tight with his famous sister and yet another anonymous friend told the website that Pitt grew sick and tired of their awkward relationship. “James was so close to them that he was actually living with them,” author Ian Halperin said in an interview to promote his new film, Broken: The Incredible Story of Brangelina. “It put Brad over the edge. When we first learned that Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin were getting divorced , it looked as though the couple would pull off something that no previous Teen Mom couple had managed: Lowry and Marroquin wanted an amicable co-parenting relationship, and they both seemed committed enough to make it happen. Of course, it wasn’t long before reality interfered with that goal. On the most reason season of Teen Mom 2, viewers watched Kailyn and Javi’s relationship deteriorate rapidly. The situation culminated in an incident in which Javi entered Kailyn’s home without permission during a fit of jealous rage. She wound up pursuing legal action and being issued a temporary order of protection. Javi opened up about his divorce during a recent interview with something called Posh Kids magazine, and he says the stress of starring on such a high-profile show added to the pressure that caused his marriage to crack: “I believe that it adds stress,” Marroquin said when asked about shooting the series. “You’re filming these long seasons. I mean it’s human instinct to be stressed naturally.” But while Javi does seem to believe that reality TV played a role in the dissolution of his marriage, he’s careful not to bite the hand that feeds him: “MTV doesn’t hold a gun to your head,” he tells the magazine. “I’m not going to attribute the show to the fail of my marriage. I think we both made decisions and some were right some were wrong and that is what ultimately lead to the end of our marriage.” To his credit, Javi accepts at least partial blame for his Kailyn’s breakup, as well as for the ugly turn the various ways in which both parties made life more difficult for each other in the months following their divorce: “I think I could have handled it a lot better than what I did,” he said. “Everything was still raw and still so new, and I was in a bad place.” Remarkably, Javi says he and Kailyn have actually repaired their friendship and are doing well these days: “We are actually doing really well,” the 24-year-old recently told Radar Online. “Everything is behind us now and we’ve moved on. Former Spice Girl Said She Went Through Hell With Marriage To Convicted Batterer Stephan Belafonte Mel B said her estranged husband Stephan Belafonte was a physically abusive controlling conman who referred to her as a “f**king monkey” and berated her in front of their children. The singer and reality show judge lifted the lid on the nightmare she allegedly endured during her decade long relationship with the producer, father of her daughter Madison, five. In a bombshell declaration, obtained by BOSSIP, the “If You Wanna Be My Lover” singer said Stephan was initially sweet and helpful when they first got together. But after their quickie Las Vegas wedding following two months of dating, Mel B said the beatings, put downs and infidelity began. The singer said her husband conned her from the start, claiming his last name was Belafonte and he was the son of legendary actor and activist Harry Belafonte. But in reality, his last name is Stansbury, and he isn’t related to the real Belafonte. Mel B – born Melanie Brown – said Stephan would call her a “derelict” and a “fu**ing monkey,” failed to get a steady job during their years together, made her support the entire family and controlled every aspect of her career. She said Stephan – who has racked up convictions for burglary, assault, domestic violence, computer crimes and beating a bird to death with a brick – stole millions from her, including $325,000 in child support payments for his first born and $300,000 to his 20-year-old nanny turned mistress, whom he referred to as his “ride or die bi**h,” court papers state. Stephan’s tirades and verbal abuse often occurred in front of the kids, and when Mel B would ask him to calm down or go upstairs, he’d only raise his voice, according to court docs. But Mel B said one of the final straws was when a jealous Stephan inserted himself into a planned meeting between Mel B’s daughter Angel and her estranged father, comedian Eddie Murphy. Mel B said that she’d arranged a meeting between Angel and her dad, but when Stephan got wind of the meet up, he texted Murphy’s assistant at 4:30 a.m. from Mel B’s phone with an unknown message. The assistant later told Mel B that Murphy had to cancel the get together. A judge granted Mel B’s request for a restraining order Monday after she told the courts she was in fear for her and her children’s lives. Stephen denied Mel B’s allegations in an interview with TMZ.
Kim Kardashian received bad news on Keeping Up with the Kardashians this past Sunday night: She cannot take the risk of getting pregnant again. Due to health issues that played a role in Kim giving birth to children North West and Saint West, doctors advised Kim against trying for a third child on an especially emotional installment of this reality series. But Kim better get over that development quickly. Because she's about to get hit with another devastating piece of personal news. In our first sneak peek at the next all-new episode of this faltering show, we see Kim receive a phone call. We hear her start to cry and scream to whomever is on the other line: “Don’t scare me, please. What's going on?” Is there something wrong with her kids? Did her social media manager put up the wrong photo? Nope and nope. Instead, it's very safe to assume that this is Kardashian's reaction to learning that husband Kanye West just suffered some kind of mental breakdown and is being taken to the hospital. This incident occurred just a few weeks after Kim's robbery in Paris and led to Kanye ending up in a hospital for nine days. He's scarcely been seen in public or heard from since, as rumors persist about the state of his marriage. According to most reports at the time, however, Kardashian remained by the rapper's side as much as possible while he recovered from this self-inflicted attack. She hasn't spoken much to the media about it, but that doesn't mean she has a problem exploiting what happened for reality show ratings.
