The former member of Xcsape revealed the current nature of her relationship with the “Whatever You Like” rapper in her divorce petition, which was filed earlier this month and exclusively obtained by BOSSIP. Tiny said her marriage is “irretrievably broken” and that there is no chance that they’ll get back together. The estranged wife of TI said they’ve been living apart for some time and asked the court for primary legal custody of their children. “The parties are living in a bona fide state of separation,” Tiny wrote in her petition. Indeed, tax records obtained by BOSSIP show Tiny has been paying property taxes on a $1.6 million mansion a few towns away from TI’s tony $2 million pad for at least a year, according to the Henry County Tax Department. The revelations will shatter their image as an intact blended family and call into question whether scenes from their reality show “The Family Hustle” were actually faked. She’s asked for both temporary and permanent child support and alimony “in an amount consistent with the parties standard of living,” according to her court filing.
Flip or Flop’s Christina and Tarek El Moussa announced their stunning split two weeks ago (though they actually had split months ago). So with Christmas last weekend … how did they handle it? It looks like the HGTV couple is deeply committed to co-parenting (and putting up the best possible front), because they did just that. Both spent the holidays with their adorable children. The blonde mom of two posted several family photos from the former couple’s Christmas Eve and Christmas celebrations on her Instagram. She joked, as many parents likely did on Sunday, about how difficult it is to wrangle two little ones and actually take a decent pic together. “When you can’t get both kids to cooperate for a pic at the same time,” she jokingly wrote on Instagram, along with the images below: Meanwhile, her soon-to-be ex-husband Tarek posted a sweet photo of him holding daughter Taylor and son Brayden earlier on Christmas. “We love our amazing kids so much!! Wishing you all a very merry Christmas from California!” Tarek wrote, and it looks like they had one. Earlier this month, the two stars of the hit home renovation series released the following statement in the wake of their surprising split: “Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage.” “We had an unfortunate misunderstanding six months ago.” “The police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.” The El Moussas then confirmed that they had split up months ago, but sought counseling to “sort out” their relationship after the incident. It was there that the pair decided ultimately to separate and co-parent their children, while continuing to film new episodes for HGTV. “We are committed to being the best parents we can be.” “We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively,” they said, “and plan to continue our professional life together.” They are both moving on already, though, not reconciling. Christina is dating Gary Anderson , a contractor who has worked with the family and who witnessed the incident with Tarek in question. As for the “incident,” by this point, we all know the details of what went on thanks to TMZ breaking the news six months after the fact. In May, Tarek responded to a fight with Christina by grabbing a gun, storming out of their Orange County home and heading into the woods. Christina feared her husband was going to kill himself and dialed 911; Many police officers (and a helicopter) then arrived on the scene. When authorities located a distraught Tarek, he claimed that he had only taken a gun into the wilderness as protection against animals. El Moussa said he needed to “blow off steam” but willingly surrendered all of his legally registered firearms, and no charges were filed. It is believed that Flip or Flop will end after this season. So much for that Family Hustle. When it comes to T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris, there is no longer a family for them to hustle. (Editor’s Note: We’re not entirely sure what is meant by the “Family Hustle.” Just go with this segue, okay?) After six years of marriage, Tiny has filed for divorce from T.I. According to TMZ and other reliable outlets, Tiny filed legal documents earlier this month in Georgia’s Henry County, following several weeks of a strained relationship. Those who have followed the famous twosome for awhile are aware that tension has been stirring ever since Tiny dared to pose for a photo with the rapper’s nemesis, Floyd Mayweather, and Mariah Carey, at the latter’s Halloween party. (Back in May of 2014, T.I. and Mayweather got into an epic fight .) T.I. and Tameka got married back in 2010. They three kids together: two sons (Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III and Major Philant Harris) and one daughter, Heiress Diana Harris, who they welcomed this past March. T.I. (whose real name Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.) and Tiny also have four other children from previous relationships. There’s Messiah Ya’Majesty Harris and Domani Uriah Harris, T.I.’s sons from his relationship with Lashon Dixon; along with Deyjah Imani Harris, his daughter with singer Ms. Niko. Tiny, meanwhile, is also the mother of a daughter, Zonnique Jailee Pullins, whom she shares with ex Zonnie Zebo Pullins. (We can just come out and say it, right? Those are some crazy names!) The now-former couple chronicled its marriage on VH1’s T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, a VH1 reality series that premiered in December of 2011. The opening season took place in the aftermath of T.I.’s 12-month stint in jail, while subsequent seasons focused on T.I.’s album promotion and Tiny working as the manager of her girl group, OMG Girlz. In August, a representative for Tiny denied rumors of a divorce, telling the press: “For them, it will always be family over everything. “She has read so much about her marriage in the past few weeks that it’s time to set the record straight and really educate everyone on the facts.” Speaking to People Magazine, the rep concluded: “Certain blogs have ‘reported’ that she’s going to be a single mom, she’s getting a divorce, she has a new residence and everything in between. “On behalf of Mrs. Harris, this is the truth – Tameka and TI are good. Is it really all over between Kody Brown and Robyn Brown ? It depends on who you ask. Last week, we were among the first outlets to write that Robyn was finally getting out of this unhealthy relationship and filing for divorce from the controversial Sister Wives patriarch. This news didn’t come as a giant shock to those who watch Sister Wives online , considering the dwindling presence of Robyn on the TLC reality series last season. According to Radar Online, Robyn has simply grown tired of her role both on the program and in her marriage and has decided to move on. “She is leaving the first week in January to go back to Utah with the kids and be with her family to figure out the next step in her life,” an anonymous source alleged to that celebrity gossip site. Simple enough, right? Sensible enough on her part, right? Especially when you consider that Radar also claims that Robyn thinks her children “aren’t being treated well.” But while Robyn has remained silent on this rumor, both Kody Brown and Meri Brown have jumped on Twitter to deny its validity. Strongly. First, there was Meri back on December 19. She wrote that she simply dies of laughter every time she reads a false rumor about her family, stating simply that it’s probably a “lie” if you didn’t hear it from a member of the Browns. Note the word “probably,” of course. This isn’t the most strident denial we’ve ever read. Kody, however, makes a more powerful case in favor of his marriage to Robyn. On December 23, two days after we published the claim that one of his Sister Wives was leaving him, the head of this effed up family responded to a follower who wondered about his marital status. “I can’t handle the heartbreak,” wrote @akwilson, referring to talk of Kody and Robyn splitting up and really needing to get a life if she was serious. In response, Kody included Robyn’s Twitter handle and wrote: “Not true! [Robyn] and I just went to dinner and shopping.” Who knows what to believe at this point. Talk of strife between Kody and Robyn is not exactly knew. Heck, talk of strife between Kody and all of his other halves is not exactly new. It isn’t easy being one of four women and four mothers in the same household. There’s only so much of Kody to go around, and that’s before you even consider that Kody may just suck as a human being. Heck, back in November, the rumor mill didn’t churn around Kody and Robyn. It churned around Kody and Meri , with insiders saying these two were breaking up in light of Meri’s crazy catfishing scandal. Forget the Kardashians. The Browns have been at the center of the tabloid universe for a number of months, as one cover after another has screamed about fights, divorces and everything in between. Khloe Kardashian may have played a vital role in saving Lamar Odom’s life, but there’s still not a lot of love lost when it comes to his ex. The reality star’s ex-wife, and his previous ex, Liza Morales, have been at odds in the past, and it looks like emotions are running high again. Following Odom’s return to rehab last week, she posted a message on Instagram following the former NBA star’s decision to get help. The 37-year-old, who shares two kids with Odom (and had a third who died, which we’ll get to shortly), made a statement in the post: “Instead of directly responding to each of the media outlets that have sent emails and dm’s,” Liza Morales began. “Let me express how proud we are of Lamar for taking the necessary steps in his life’s journey.” “This is a private situation that has become public for observation, speculation and judgement.” “This may be media fodder for some, but Lamar is a father, kin and a friend.” “Anyone that has dealt with (or is still dealing) with the same situation with a loved one or friend knows it’s one day at a time.” “In the meantime, Destiny, Lamar Jr and I send light and positivity to their dad and hope you can do the same.” Morales’ supportive message could be interpreted as a dig at Khloe Kardashian, even though she nursed him back to health last year. Khloe, some fans believe, led Lamar to believe they would get re-married, then dropped a bombshell by re-filing for divorce in May. Morales, meanwhile, flies under the radar, but has continued to be a part of Odom’s life and include Lamar in more family events. All while Khloe gets hot and heavy with Tristan Thompson, and flaunts it online. That’s just one interpretation, but it’s not entirely invalid. Moreover, Kardashian revealed just days ago that her entire famous family updated its wills so that she would be their medical adviser. “This is kind of dark, but after that, my whole family changed all of their wills so that I could be their medical adviser,” she told Health . “Because you don’t know how someone reacts until you’re put in that situation,” Khloe said, patting herself on the back a bit perhaps. Odom, to be fair, was not a good husband to Khloe; Kardashian, to be fair, went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to his care. Still, Morales’ passive-aggressive dig is likely rooted in animosity over how Khloe handled things publicly over the course of the ordeal. As for why Lamar is in rehab , Liza is connected to that too. Earlier this month marked the ten-year anniversary of the death of the couple’s baby son, Jayden , who passed away from SIDS in 2006. The couple’s daughter Destiny was born in 1998, Lamar Jr. was born in 2002, and Jayden four years after that, but he died within months. At the time, sources explained that Odom’s decision to get help was “his own decision” and preemeptive “work on his mental and physical health. Good as that sounds as a PR line, it’s rarely that simple. Sources close to Odom have suggested that the little one’s death was one of the reasons he started doing hard drugs in the first place. Those same sources also claim that compounding this issue is the fact that Lamar is having a hard time dealing with the end of his marriage. To Khloe, which was finalized at long last this fall. With all of these factors building up and coinciding with the holidays, it’s a shocking amount to place on one man’s shoulders. Especially one with a long history with addiction. It turns out the show must NOT go on after all. Following several days of damaging headlines regarding the stars of Flip or Flop, HGTV has apparently decided that it will not continue to air new episodes of this once-beloved real estate-themed series. According to a new E! News report, installments of Flip or Flop that have already filmed or which have been contracted to film will be broadcast as planned throughout 2016 and early 2017. HOWEVER: “The show will end after that,” an insider confirms. That’s the current plan, at least, and it’s an understandable one. Earlier this month, stars Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa announced that they separated back in May. They had held off on telling the public about their marital status until they were forced to do so by a leaked police report, one that outlined a frightening incident that took place in and around their Orange County home this spring. The two were planning to maintain their business relationship, despite this personal setback. But it has since come out that Tarek dated the family nanny after splitting from Christina; while Christina is still dating the family contractor . While the network is yet to confirm the E! report that a Flip or Flop end date is basically at hand, it would make sense that these negative headlines related to the show’s stars have simply become too much of a burden. No one has been accused of molesting a relative, but this situation at least bears some similarity to when Lifetime pulled the plug on 19 Kids and Counting as a result of Josh Duggar’s despicable behavior. Tarek recently stood up to a cyber-bully who went after Christina. And the couple is saying all the right things in public. “We are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be,” the two told E! News. “We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together.” Meanwhile, until this latest assertion that the end is near, the network has been nothing but supportive. “We admire and appreciate Tarek and Christina’s great work on Flip or Flop. When it comes to matters related to their own family, we respect their privacy and honor any decision that works best for them and their children,” the network told E! News in another statement. “HGTV is currently airing episodes of Flip or Flop and the series will continue production as scheduled.” That may still be the network stance, too. Executives may have simply come to the conclusion that it’s not worth planning a new season of the program, considering all this crazy, ongoing drama. The cameras may not be rolling on Teen Mom OG… … but that doesn’t mean that two of the show’s stars are done making headlines. Earlier this week, Amber Portwood stunned the reality show community when she announced she was quitting Teen Mom OG , citing the unfair way she’s been portrayed as the basis for her departure. “I’ll be leaving #teenmomog sadly,” Amber captioned a cast photo that depicted her alongside with Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell. Seems pretty straightforward, doesn’t it? Added Portwood, in an attempt to make her position clear: “The way I have been portrayed and treated is unfair. @MTV sending all my love… “If I was treated fairly it wouldn’t be an issue but it’s been nothing but disrespect since the reunion show. Which keeps continuing today… Nothing has been dealt with or has made me feel any safer to even move on with people who have continuously hidden things from the network…. “The day I’m shown some respect by the people I’ve worked with for 8 years is the day I’ll be back. I’ve sacrificed a lot for this show.” MTV has not commented on Amber’s series of Tweets, but it does appear as if she’s keeping the door for a return open. And Abraham, for one, thinks this is all a bunch of BS. She thinks Amber wants to walk right through that door. “None of the girls will quit – they like the attention, need the money and their boyfriends need the money too much to quit,” Farrah told E! News on Friday. The controversial Teen Mom cast member added: “I get that Amber is embarrassed of her actions but she flip-flops all the time. She will be right back to filming. This is so dramatic. “She could quit and not make it public if she was truly done.” Abraham and Portwood got into it recently at the Teen Mom OG reunion special. And we mean… THEY GOT INTO IT . During the show, Abraham implied that Portwood’s fiancé, Matt Baier, looked like a pedophile. This set Portwood off. Big time, especially because Abraham’s boyfriend, Simon, had called Baier a pedophile back in October. The peeved Teen Mom stormed the stage and attacked Abraham, causing Abraham’s father, Michael, to also rush the stage, in defense of his child. The much-maligned star, however, thinks she was on the receiving end of some illegal behavior. “I didn’t have to attend the rest of the reunion or specials [because of what I consider Amber’s] criminal behavior,” Abraham said to Us Weekly of what happened at the reunion. “MTV legal has said I no longer will ever have to work with or around Maci, Catelynn or Amber.” It sounds as if Farrah thinks she won’t have a choice, though, despite what Amber just alleged on social media. At this point in time, you’re surely familiar with the tragic tale of Kanye West and the mental breakdown he had just before Thanksgiving. And if somehow you managed to miss it … well, hope that rock you’re living under is treating you well. It was on Monday, November 21st, that Kanye had a bit of an episode while working with his personal trainer. His doctors called 911, told dispatchers that he would possibly become violent when confronted by police, and then was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he spent just over a week under a psychiatric evaluation. Another issue that necessitated Kanye’s hospitalization was that he reportedly began messing with the dosage of the psychiatric meds he’d already been prescribed. After Kanye left the hospital (and during, and before he went, and probably for the rest of all time), rumors upon rumors upon rumors began to swirl. We heard that Kanye’s actual problem was a drug addiction , that his marriage with Kim Kardashian is all but over, that he’s living separately from Kim and their children. And now we’ve got one more report to add on the pile — and this one is particularly upsetting. According to a source who spoke with People, Kanye is still a long way from being on the other side of his breakdown. “He’s recovering, but not recovered,” the insider reveals. “He’s sick and every day he gets better.” Another source claims that Kanye’s behavior was worrisome as far back as Halloween, explaining that “He wasn’t making a lot of sense when he talked, and he was texting a lot of strange stuff to people.” But apparently, Kanye was struggling even earlier than that, and when Kim was robbed at gunpoint in early October, that was “what set off” his downward spiral. “He was teetering on the edge,” the source says, and when Kim was robbed, he just “broke down.” It’s all coming together, right? It fits in with something that we’ve heard before, that Kim was always the strong, solid one in the relationship. She’d always been ready and willing to give Kanye support whenever he needed it, but when Kim went through her traumatic experience and desperately needed his support, he simply didn’t have enough to give. It’s pretty sad when you think about it, isn’t it? And it gets even sadder, because that insider closes things up by claiming that the issues Kanye is facing are issues that he’ll have indefinitely. “This is something he will deal with for life, but he can conquer it,” the source states. And hey, best wishes to Kanye that he can conquer it, right?
