In October of last year, we reported that Blake Shelton is suing In Touch magazine for claiming that he’s a wild, reckless alcoholic who’s headed for rehab. Since the wheels of justice often turn slowly, the case finally went to court this week, but only after In Touch fired back, claiming in legal docs that Shelton is indeed a drunk . Shelton is suing the tabloid for $2 million, but according to a new report from TMZ, he also has a laundry list of retractions that he’s demanding the editors print. Some highlights include: “I have never been to rehab.” “I did not then nor have I ever hit rock bottom.” “I do not drink excessively, binge drink or have a drinking problem.” “I do not drink vodka before 11 AM.” “I am never drunk, intoxicated, or unable to perform my job on ‘The Voice.'” “I do not slur my words or stumble when I drink.” “I have never urinated on a mailbox.” Apparently, Shelton is most pissed about the fact that the tabloid is claiming he cheated on Miranda Lambert while the singers were still married. “My ex-wife Miranda Lambert did not catch me with a bunch of naked women in our Tennessee home,” the documents read. If I were Kim, I'd kill her. Kocktails With Khloe is supposed to be a talk show with guests hosted by Khloe Kardashian, but in it the reality star winds up talking about herself and her famous family an awful lot. In this clip, she brings up her sister Kim Kardashian's struggle to lose weight post-pregnancy. Khloe begins by recounting a memory from her own heavier days when she would be on photo shoots with her sisters and stylists would say they had nothing fashionable that would fit her size. She said that her sisters would stick up for her and refuse to do the shoot, and then segued into the story about Kim – and it seems the tables have turned. Now that Khloe has slimmed down , Kim is the one having trouble finding stylish clothes for her body. According to Khloe, the two were at a recent photo shoot and Kim complained that she had lost three pounds but still nothing fit. “I was like, Kim, your tits are like 50 pounds each!” Khloe told her. “You're breastfeeding… Don't weigh yourself!” It's no secret that Kim has been stressed out about losing weight ever since giving birth to son Saint back in December. But while the image-obsessed Kim probably expects gossip about her weight woes from the tabloids, she probably isn't thrilled about her sister blabbing about it. Watch below:

As you’ve probably heard by now, Kim Kardashian posted a nude selfie yesterday. The image has already racked up 1.3 million likes and created a surprising amount of controversy, as Kim fought back against her haters on social media. Now, that the dust is settling (You didn’t break the Internet this time. Sorry, Kim!) Mrs. Kardashian-West’s famous body is once again taking a backseat to her troubled personal life, and it looks as though the latter may be taking a toll on the former. According to Radar Online, Kim has been struggling with her fluctuating weight ever since giving birth to son Saint West in December. The website claims that much of the problem is the fact that Kim feels “trapped” in her marriage to Kanye West and has been coping with the stress of her home life by binge eating. “Kim is desperate to lose her baby weight,” says one insider. “The problem is she isn’t doing very well and the weight just isn’t dropping off. “Kim is not being very strict about her diet. She is kind of pigging out because she is really stressed. Her marriage problems are weighing on her and that is making her not eat as healthy as she should.” The source adds that the recent nude photo was taken at her skinniest point post-Saint, and she’s since regained a good amount of weight as a result of Kanye’s public meltdown. Last week, Jennifer Garner broke her silence on the topic of her divorce from Ben Affleck. The couple separated back in June of 2015, but prior to Garner’s recent Vanity Fair cover story, they’d both kept mum on the details of the split. While Garner didn’t expressly deny that Affleck cheated with Christine Ouzounian in her interview, she did say that she she wasn’t aware of any romance between the two of them until “months after the separation.” She insisted that the affair allegations were not a factor in the actors’ decision to end their marriage, but she condemned Affleck for “bad judgment,” thus seemingly confirming that he did sleep with the couple’s 28-year-old employee at some point. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Ben is livid about Jen’s comments , and he may have contacted his ex to make his feelings known. “[Ben] knew Jen had done the interview with Vanity Fair ,” a source tells the website. “But he was shocked about how in depth Jen got. Just mentioning the nanny irritated Ben as denies any sort of romantic relationship.” The insider adds that while Ben and Jen’s encounter at the Oscars was awkward and icy due to Garner’s comments, Affleck won’t be returning fire anytime soon. “Don’t expect Ben to do a sit down tell-all,” the insider said. “He has made it clear there he won’t be discussing the breakdown of the marriage.” Instead, the source claims, Ben will spend the coming weeks focusing on promoting the upcoming Batman v Superman. Last we checked in on Chris Brown, he was begging Karrueche Tran to take him back via heartfelt song lyrics. Okay, he mostly bragged about how many times he cheated on her and then implied that she'll never do any better, but they were heartfelt by Chris Brown standards, dammit! Unfortunately, if you thought that meant the beginning of a kinder, gentler Chris Brown, think again. Reminding the world that he's friends with Scott Disick for a reason (they're both douche bags), Chris posted a video to social media last night that pretty much sums up his entire public persona: stoned, misogynistic, possibly a cartoonish supervillain. Before you watch the clip below, be warned that Breezy appears to have engineered some sort of technology that's capable of capturing your actual nightmares and turning them into 8-second Instagram clips. “A lot of times, ladies don't like to give me the p-ssy on the first date – but in time, I'll smash,” Brown tells the camera in his best Heath Ledger voice. Thankfully, the clip cuts out before Chris has a chance to elaborate on his plan to convince unsuspecting women to have sex with him. Courtney Stodden has a new reality show to promote (the impressively hot messy-looking Mother/Daughter Experiment on Lifetime), which means she’s been making the media rounds to talk about everything from her relationship with her mom (it’s not good), to her marriage to Doug Hutchison (somehow, it’s still solid). Last we checked in on her, Courtney was talking about how her mother tried to steal her husband , so you might think her entire life would have a similarly Jerry Springer-eque vibe, but remarkably, things seem pretty stable for the 21-year-old professional giant-boob-haver. Though Courtney and Doug separated in 2013 (and Courtney admitted to banging other dudes while they were apart), they’re back together now and still making their early-May, late-December romance work. (He’s 34 years her senior, FYI.): “Our relationship right now is really, really good,” Courtney recently told In Touch . “We’re really strong and we’re very happy. We’re getting ready to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary and we’re absolutely going to renew our vows for our fifth wedding anniversary. So, yeah, we’re doing really, really well!” Yes, Courtney married a 50-year-old when she was 16, and she’s somehow lasted 5 years, so the fact that she can’t fix her relationship with her mom really makes us think the mom is to blame: “We’re still not completely close,” Court said when asked about the reality show that was supposed to help them them work things out . “But we’re better off than where we were when we entered The Mother/Daughter Experiment.” As for those rumors that Courtney is pregnant – Stodden says they’re bogus, and she and Hutchison are content with their twin pooches these days: “I don’t know if we’re ready for a baby right now. We have two little fur babies, so those are kind of our babies right now. But, you never know!” So why was Courney spotted buying pregnancy tests back in October? Well, sometimes you need a prop to get those paparazzi flashbulbs poppin’. Did we mention the girl is pretty much only famous for having big boobs and marrying an old dude?
