Last week, Ariana Grande released the  video for “Love Me Harder,”  and the Internet responded with a collective “ick.” Sure, Ariana looks good, and at 21, she’s free to express herself however she sees fit.  But the fact remains that between her high-pitched voice, her fondness for furry cat ears, and the fact that she looks like the digits in her age should be reversed, there’s something uncomfortable about the sight of Ari getting intimate with various pieces of furniture. Fortunately, Bette Midler never shies away from speaking truth to divas.  “It’s terrible!” Midler said when asked about the video in a recent interview. “It’s always surprising to see someone like Ariana Grande with that silly high voice, slithering around on a couch, looking so ridiculous.” “Sex sells. Sex has always sold, [but] you don’t have to make a whore of yourself to get ahead…I don’t know where you’re gonna go from all that sex in your twenties. I don’t know how you sustain it.” This isn’t the first time that Ariana’s overt sexuality has drawn criticism from other celebs. Back in September,  Mayim Bialik complained about Grande’s skimpy attire  in a lengthy blog post. Of course, it’s also not the first time that Ms. Midler has offered up some harsh harsh words for a new generation of starlets. Bette called Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan “sluts” way back in 2006 and she’s been tossing in her two cents ever since. Does she sometimes go too far? Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 Recap: Who Proposed on the Finale?! Are They Together?!

Friday night’s emotional Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 marked a one-hour finale of the We TV show centered around the titular star’s fragile marriage. Would Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett split up for good? Or continue working toward a future together, picking up the pieces to find “The Missing Peace”? Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 Online The culmination of a scandal that erupted earlier this year, and formed the basis for the entire series you forgot was even still on, this was the final chapter. We came into Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 unsure where things stood as she returned from Costa Rica and learned about her mom’s Facebook rant. A few days later, Patti Wilkinson sold a story about Kendra to the tabloids, and wasn’t kind to her in that either. When one door closes, another opens, though. This actually helped bring Kendra and Hank closer together, as they saw the story in the press (yeah, right) while waiting to meet with their therapist. Later, she reflected on how all the pain her mom continues to inflict on her has showed her just how much Hank cares, and has always been there. If you watch Kendra on Top online , you know there have been more than a few moments clearly scripted for the cameras. This is a prime example. Nevertheless, she seems to have come around to his side, and reluctantly agrees when their therapists suggests she and Hank plan a date night. Kendra and Hank left their two children with Jessica Hall , who Hank recently praised for saving their marriage, and headed out to a fancy restaurant. There, he presented her with a yellow diamond ring. He proposed to her! It was a not a marriage proposal, per se, since they’re still married, and we’re still not sure what exactly he was proposing, but it was sweet and went over well. Kendra told Hank she couldn’t accept the ring unless he told her the truth about his alleged affair with Ava London , but within seconds, that was all over. After asking to see the ring, she flipped the script and proposed to Hank, asking him to move back in with her! OMG, it’s all going to be all right after all! Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett: In Happier Times 1. Kendra and 2 Hanks There was a time when Kendra and Hank looked to be a very happy couple. This photo was snapped in 2012. We don’t get it either, but we’re glad things seemed to have ended well. Where do these two go from here? It’s an uphill road, we’re told, but they’re willing to embark on the journey together. Most likely on more reality TV programs. Was the whole Ava London thing faked, or at least exaggerated for the sake of the show? Will Hank and Kendra renew their vows on Marriage Boot Camp? Unclear, and definitely. The latter is already a done deal.

Kim Kardashian on North West Posing Nude Someday: I’d Be Cool With It!

When the now-famous Kim Kardashian nude Paper magazine photos first hit the web, public opinion was decidedly split. While the Sir Mix-A-Lots of the world found no cause for complaint, other, more reserved types stated their belief that Kim was setting a bad example for young girls, her own daughter included. Glee star Naya Rivera slammed Kim online, commenting, “You’re somebody’s mother,” on one of the pics. While rumors that Kim wanted to pose nude before she gets pregnant again continue to circulate, until very recently, Mrs. Kardashian-West had not spoken out about the relationship between her roles as nude icon and married mom. Yesterday, Kim was asked in an Australian radio interview how she would feel if her 1-year-old daughter, North West, decided to pose nude in 20 years. Her response is sure to piss off plenty of Kardashian kritics: “I would support anything she wants to do,” Kim said. “But I don’t do anything to promote anyone else doing it – that’s not even what I’m trying to do.” Kim went on to say that the pics made her feel “empowered,” after she “gained 500 pounds and looked like a huge slob” when she was pregnant. In North’s case that would probably mean getting her PhD and taking a low-profile job as a research assistant, or something.

While their reps insist that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are still together, new reports suggest that they are barely on speaking terms and headed for a split. It’s hard to know what to believe this point, given the unreliability of most “sources” online, and the fact that “still together” doesn’t really tell us a whole lot either. According to a new report, however, she’s filled out divorce papers and is considering pulling the trigger on the long-rumored split, at the urging of friends. This comes on the heels of Dean McDermott quitting their reality show True Tori and basically admitting he’s disgusted by the charade that is their life. If he’s quitting True Tori, is that any different than quitting Tori Spelling? In case he wasn’t clear enough on that, he reportedly told her the kids are done filming the Lifetime series along with him in his latest maudlin ultimatum. So … where does that leave the reeling actress? Planting stories in Life & Style , it would appear. “She’s been pushed by some of her closest friends to end the marriage and is finally seeing that as a real option,” says an alleged source, out of nowhere. Uh oh. Dean McDermott’s obligatory rebuttal? He’s a depressed, probable alcoholic and uselessly narcissistic individual. At the same time, he’s trapped in a marriage with Tori Spelling. It’s gotta hurt. Being exploited for ratings and jerked around left and right, regardless of his own problems and contributions to this malaise, is enough to drive a man insane. Who do you think will leave who, and when? Or will they somehow find a way to keep this nonsense going for the sake of their kids and/or bank accounts? Golden Brooks Denies Wanting To Steal Paula Jai Parker’s Husband It had been a while since Paula Jai Parker felt it necessary to check a woman about her man, but she didn’t hesitate to do so when she thought Golden Brooks was being a little too friendly toward her husband. Via S2S Magazine reports: Golden made it clear to her “Hollywood Divas” co-star that Forest, Paula’s spouse, was not what Golden considered desirable, and the former “Girlfriends” actress thinks Paula may want to get a grip. “She needs to loosen the reins a bit because, like I said, don’t nobody want her man . I’m not judging anyone’s marriage but I think sometimes if you have some stuff that hasn’t been dealt with and we get caught in the crossfire. Paula also refused to give out her man’s personal email address, assuming he has one, and forced the ladies to use their shared account. “We are just the scapegoats for her insecurities,” Golden said. “This all started way before us.” After putting her cast members in their place and establishing the correct protocol for contacting her husband, Paula seemingly put the incident behind her. Though that’s the least of the ladies’ problems when it comes to their production. In addition to Paula’s perpetual absences, actress Countess Vaughn underwent surgery just days before production on their project began. As one of the executive producers, Golden felt it was her job to have an understudy in place. “Do you want to be on camera looking like a chipmunk? No. I was trying to be protective of her not looking her best on camera,” explained Golden who offered to take personal control of Golden’s weight loss. “I don’t think putting her on camera two days after surgery was a good idea.” Golden’s co-stars and some fans didn’t take kindly to her suggestion that Countess’ role be recast or removed from the film, but she doesn’t regret introducing the idea. “It doesn’t feel good, but you have to deal with business. Tila Tequila Welcomes Baby Girl! Actually Picks a Normal Name!

Brace yourself: Tila Tequila is now someone’s mother. We’ll give you a moment to question the meaning of existence. Yes, we knew Tila was pregnant , because she’s documented pretty much every second of the last nine months.  We may have even witnessed the conception in the form of the Tila Tequila sex tape , but that doesn’t make the notion of this woman raising a child any less mind-blowing.  Fortunately, in an encouraging sign for the future, Ms. Tequila opted not to pass her boozy surname onto her daughter, and the girl will instead be known as Isabella Monroe Nguyen. (Yes, we know you’re shocked that Tila is one of those women who fancies herself some sort of Marilyn Monroe figure.) We’re not surprised that Tila chose to give her daughter her own (actual) last name, because as far as anyone can tell, she has no idea who the father is. It was initially believed to be a man named Thomas Paxton Whitaker , but after an ugly breakup, Tila now denies that he’s the father. Of course, this is the same woman who – in the recent past – has faked a suicide attempt , faked a pregnancy, and faked a miscarriage, so we think it’s safe to say her relationship with the truth is shaky at best, and there’s a good chance Whitaker is the father. With the reality star and their partner expecting their third child “any day now,” one would hope that monumental undertaking would be the couple’s sole focus. Scott was hospitalized with alcohol poisoning in July, an incident depicted on last night’s episode of the E! reality show, but even that didn’t straighten him out. “Unfortunately this is not just a story line for the show,” says a source. “It’s something she has dealt with for years. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are barely speaking, according to a new report, sparking new speculation about the state of their precarious relationship. After eight years of marriage, several major causes of trouble, two terrible serious of True Tori and one Emily Goodhand, it looks like it might be over.
