Christina Fulton, mother of Nicolas Cage’s eldest child Weston, has sued the actor for fraud and breach of contract, escalating his financial and legal nightmare. The mother of Cage’s 18-year-old son alleges she’s been caught in the web of his financial mismanagement and is now more than $1.2 million in debt herself. Cage stated in an October lawsuit he’s facing financial ruin .

Singer says using the tape for commercial purposes will mean a big lawsuit.
