According to TMZ reports : Scottie Pippen claims he’s been unfairly portrayed in the media as a walking financial disaster — and now he’s suing every media outlet that reported he went bankrupt … claiming he hasn’t been worth LESS than $40,000,000 in the last 10 years. Pippen has filed a lawsuit against TONS of online media outlets — including CBSsports.com, CNBC.com, Arizona State University and more — claiming they all falsely reported the former Chicago Bulls star had gone belly up. According to the docs, filed in federal court in Illinois and obtained by TMZ … Pippen claims, “It is a most foul libel indeed to be falsely accused of being bankrupt.” The lawsuit continues, “Scottie never filed bankruptcy and indeed has a substantial net worth, which has not been less than approximately $40,000,000 in the last ten years.” Pippen claims CNBC.com included him in an article titled, “15 Athletes Gone Bankrupt” … and CBSsports.com posted a photo of Pippen along with a story about NBA players and bankruptcy. The Real Housewife of Beverly Hills spent a majority of last season denying she had a drinking problem, even after her sister called her out for it on the show’s finale . But the following video – in which Richards acts clearly affected by some kind of substance – along with other instances have convinced this 47-year old she needs help. Entertainment Tonight first reported the news. Kim Richards at the Airport Last month, the reality star admitted she’s been taking anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications, along with an anti-seizure medication that can be used to treat alcoholism. But it reportedly took an intervention by Kim’s friends to convince her she truly needed assistance. We hope she now gets it, and we have no doubt we’ll find out the aftermath on the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills .

Jeezy tells ‘RapFix Live’ the whole thing started because he couldn’t perform with Gucc while recovering from throat surgery. After Young Jeezy appeared on Gucci Mane ‘s 2005 track “Icy” but later refused to perform the record with Gucc, things between the two rappers got tense. When the Snowman appeared on Wednesday’s “RapFix Live,” he revealed that what Gucci Mane didn’t know was it was Jeezy’s secret throat surgery that kept him from performing the record. “When I met homey, he was just a guy hanging at the studio and he was fan. And I took to him and ’cause I just liked the way he got down, he was always cool, he was always excited,” Jeezy said of how he and Gucci first met. Jeezy — who was the hottest street rapper at the time — agreed to do “Icy” with Gucci Mane and even helped put the record together, he said. But soon after, he lost his voice, so when a request to perform the song came through to Jeezy’s people, he declined without giving a reason. “Around that time is when I lost my voice,” Jeezy revealed to Sway. “But nobody knew that I lost my voice but, like, maybe four of my homeboys. Def Jam didn’t know, nobody knew. “I think they got offended, but he didn’t know that I lost my voice and just had surgery and was laying on a deathbed not knowing whether or not I would be able to speak again.” It is important to note that the two MCs have since called a truce . But before they made a peaceful resolution, Jeezy and Gucci traded subtle and sometimes not-so-subtle barbs on record. The drama even spilled onto the streets . “It just started then and turned into something else,” Jeezy said. “I just felt like he was getting disrespectful about the situation because he wasn’t being a businessman about it and understanding.” Jeezy, who is set to drop his fourth album, TM 103: Hustlerz Ambition, on December 20, told Sway that he believed the media made it out to be more than it was. “It’s over now. But for what it’s worth, it was nothing,” he said. In August, Gucci Mane had a similar stance when he sat with Sway on “RapFix Live.” “On the strength of [the fact that] anything could have happened between not just me and him [but] between our camps, we just came to a sit-down of just respecting the fact that somebody can get hurt, and it ain’t going to be us,” Gucci said of the truce. “That’s what made us do that.” Don’t expect a future collaboration between the former foes, however. “I think we should just stay away from that totally,” Jeezy said. WTF is goin’ on?!?! Hours after announcing she had filed for divorce from megachurch pastor Bishop Eddie Long, his wife, Vanessa, issued a statement Friday saying she had withdrawn her petition. Vanessa Long had issued a statement early Friday morning saying that she had filed for divorce Thursday from Long, the pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. By early afternoon, she had a change of heart. “Upon prayerful reflection, I have reconsidered and plan to withdraw my petition for divorce from my husband, Bishop Eddie L. Long,” she said in an emailed statement bearing the New Birth logo. “I love my husband. I believe in him and admire his strength and courage.” She went on to blame “years of attacks in the media” for her initial decision to seek a divorce. Bishop Eddie Long’s wife, Vanessa Long, has filed for divorce! Vanessa Long made the announcement today in the following statement: “After a great deal of deliberation and prayer, I have decided to terminate my marriage to Bishop Eddie L. Long. Accordingly, I authorized my attorneys to file for divorce on December 1, 2011. It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously and fairly. I ask that you respect my privacy and that of my family, as my attorneys and I have agreed that we will not try this case in the media, and I do not intend to make any further statements concerning this matter.” The couple married in 1990 and have three children together, Edward, Jared and Taylor. As we previously reported, last fall four young men accused Eddie Long of sexual abuse. Although Long vowed to fight the charges, he later settled the matter out of court for an undisclosed sum of money. It was later revealed that a fifth man, Centino Kemp, also received settlement money.
