Taylor Lianne Chandler, Michael Phelps’ "Girlfriend," Speaks on Relationship: I’m More Than a Hookup!

Michael Phelps’ girlfriend, Taylor Lianne Chandler, is speaking out about their rumored relationship, and going into greater detail than ever before, in a new interview. Phelps is supposedly back with Nicole Johnson , his on-off girlfriend for years, since leaving the rehab center he checked into following his DUI arrest this fall. Prior to that infamous night, he was reportedly seeing Taylor Lianne Chandler , an older, intersex woman (she’s 42, he’s 29) in his hometown of Baltimore. Wednesday, The Daily Dot ran an interview with Phelps’ supposed paramour, who started off by addressing those rumors that she was born a man. “I was not born a male,” she said. “If they wanted to report I was born and assigned the name David Roy Fitch, I could’ve lived with it. It wouldn’t have been my favorite choice.” “But in this business, they’re trying to get traffic, so I understand.” Chandler, who says she tried to tell the National Enquirer what intersex actually means, also said that she was not present with Phelps during his D.U.I. “I wasn’t with him when he was arrested,” Taylor Lianne insists. “His D.U.I. was at 1:40 a.m. of the 30th, after the D.U.I. had happened. He’d come home. His lawyers were in and out, his agents were in and out.” “But the way the articles made it sound, it was like I was a passenger or something. That is not true,” Taylor adds, and the misconceptions don’t stop there. Chandler pointed out that it was the media who gave her the title of Michael Phelps’ girlfriend and not her. She also dished on how they met on Tinder. “You gotta understand, they [the media] gave me the title,” she says. “To be quite honest, when he pursued me on Tinder, I didn’t think it was really him.” “I recognized him, and I recognized where he was at [in his photo], because my dad’s a jockey so I can recognize a grandstand instantly, but it was like, ‘OK, is this real?'” “Then one day I gave him my number, and he started texting me, and once I had his number and address I ran it and it was Michael Phelps, so I was like ‘I’ll be damned.'” “The address, the name. The phone number. It all matched up.” Taylor Lianne Chandler-Michael Phelps Texts 1. Taylor Lianne Chandler-Michael Phelps Sex Text Taylor and Michael discuss their sexcapades from the previous night. Certainly sounds like she had fun. That was earlier this summer, she says. Then they met in person. “In the middle of September, we first met. I did not have sex with him at a Baltimore Ravens game during halftime [as many media reports have claimed].” “I have been at his house and watched a Baltimore Ravens game with him. We have been intimate at his house more than once. But things with him and I were new.” “When you meet someone online, you talk about things you probably wouldn’t talk about if you met in person, so it accelerates knowing someone.” “The first few times we were together, we talked about everything.” “His parents got divorced in ‘94, and my mother died when I was three months old. My grandparents raised me, but I wasn’t close to my father,” she says. “He wasn’t close to [his father]. My dad did horse racing, he owns thoroughbreds. It was all those things that brought us together,” Chandler added. “So we had a connection before we actually ever met… but we weren’t trying to rush anything. Everyone’s trying to make me out to be a one-time thing, a hook-up.” “But I’ve been to his house four times now… If he hadn’t gotten the D.U.I. the following weekend, he would’ve met my friends for a Game Night.” “We were going to play Cards Against Humanity. I even invited him to my cousin Ashley’s wedding,” she notes. “But privacy was a big deal.” Continue reading The Daily Dot’s interview with Chandler … Taylor Lianne Chandler: Michael Phelps’ Girlfriend?! 1. Bill Cosby Buried Vegas Orgy Rumors By Offering Tabloid Story About His Daughter’s Drug Problems, Source Claims

The Bill Cosby sex scandal continues to worsen, with new allegations surfacing seemingly every day. Last week, former Law & Order actress Michelle Hurd accused Cosby of sexual assault , thus becoming the 18th woman to do so. Since then, even more allegations have surfaced, including one from a former Cosby Show staffer who claims he was tasked with offering money to women who had been victimized by Cosby’s lewd behavior. The flood of allegations has led many to wonder how Cosby managed to maintain his image as America’s favorite sitcom dad for so many decades. A report that surfaced earlier today may offer some insight into the tactics Cosby employed in order to manipulate the media: In today’s New York Post, columnist Richard Johnson accuses Cosby of selling out his own daughter in order to protect his reputation. Johnson claims an unidentified friend of his worked at the National Enquirer in 1989, and was preparing to run a story about Cosby’s habit of “swinging” (participating in wife-swapping and other non-traditional sex practices) with legendary entertainer Sammy Davis, Jr. Johnson’s source says the story was pulled at the last minute in favor of a report about Cosby’s then 23-year-old daughter Erinn, and her struggles with drug and alcohol addiction. “My editor told me that daddy Cosby was the source,” the insider days. “He ratted out his own flesh and blood.” Aside from vaguely referencing his current troubles while performing on stage, Cosby has remained silent about the many charges against him. Cosby denied the initial rape allegations through his lawyer, and he has turned down all recent requests for interviews. Bill Cosby Memes Gone Horribly Awry 1. Attorney General Eric Holder Says Justice Dept. Is Still Investigating Mike Brown’s Shooting

Last night, when the grand jury’s heartbreaking decision not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown was announced, many expressed that they had officially lost hope in America’s justice system. While in many ways it seems that our justice system has failed us, some have found solace in knowing that there is still a chance Wilson will be brought to justice. Miley Cyrus Art Continues for her Birthday of the Day

Miley Cyrus (@mileycyrus) taraf?ndan payla??lan bir foto?raf ( Kas 11, 2014 at 4:31Ös PST ) Apparently, it was Miley Cyrus’ birthday, so she took her deep redneck voice to instagram, where she showcased her “art”….featuring what I assume is a baby picture of her, photoshopped on a dick cake, because that’s just shocking enough to be considered legit in your weirdness, when no one really believes anything she does is authentic, she’s a robot created by the media to make money, but at least she’s a robot created by the media being strange, racy, quirky, and not all Christian, because that Christian lie, is way fucking worse than the “I’m a crazy drugged out weirdo, look at how weird I get” lie… Of course ???????? Candice Swanepoel’s Victoria’s Secret Fitting of the Day

In case you didn’t know, it’s almost time for the most watched pre-recorded televised primetime infomerical that pretends to be an actual event of the year….the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show…something you’d think would be obsolete thanks to internet porn, but where basic people, I’m talking suburbanites in lower middle class households, with low expectations, that are easily met, who are brainwashed by the media and who can’t turn their backs on the products available at their local mall or the spokesmodels hired to promote the sweatshop made shit…you know that will be under every tree this year…. And part of the pre-marketing efforts are getting pics of Candice Swanepoel trying on the lingerie to go viral…and with a body like Candice Swanepoel, she could be marketing actual shit, not just shitty panties, and I’d still be into it…because I am a pervert like that and so are you! Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 12 & 13 Recap: Eff You Hank, You Son of a Beach

Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 12 & Episode 13, airing back to back on WE TV last night, continued to peel back the layers of Hank Baskett’s alleged cheating. He had to answer to someone new and unexpected this week, it turned out. Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 13 Online Picking up where things left off last week, Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 12 saw Hank and little Hank join Kendra in Costa Rica to meet her estranged dad. Eric Wilkinson and Kendra just reunited after two decades (!) apart. One might find it a bit surprising, given that length of time and the fact that Eric left his own family, to see Hank confronted by his father-in-law about his actions. But, here we are. When they arrived, Kendra escorted Hank to his own bedroom, far away hers. He thanked her for the invite. She rolled her eyes. Such was life in the Wilkinson-Baskett household this summer. Kendra, Hank, Little Hank, and Eric spent the day surfing. After a shirtless shot of Hank, which Ava London most likely enjoyed, Eric got down to brass tacks. While he couldn’t really berate Hank with any real conviction, given his own history with Kendra, he didn’t dodge the subject of what Hank did either. Any decision he makes will affect all of them for life, he says. Eric knows this from experience, and not in a good way. Hank then went to enjoy the sunset with his wife, who told him, “there’s no room for romance.” Burn. The next day, she continued to get in more digs. That’s just to his face. When he was out of the room at one point, we saw Kendra hoist both middle fingers in the air and mouth “f–k you” to Baskett. “I used to think our wedding day was the best day of my life,” she said aloud, noting that the day at the beach with her dad had now taken its place. She’s almost enjoying making him suffer a little, and if he did what he’s accused of, then couldn’t even come clean about it, honestly who can blame her. This was an interesting window into the life of the scorned wife. Even if she believes she will never divorce Hank , that doesn’t mean she’s okay with him. Besides leaving him, how does one react to such a situation? We imagine there are plenty more f-bombs we don’t see, to his face and behind the door. Thankfully, Kendra and Hank end the Costa Rica trip on a civil note. Of course, Kendra’s mom, from whom she’s also estranged frequently, has her own beef with Eric, as she expressed on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 13 . Following her successful trip to Costa Rica, K-Dubs was confronted by Patti Wilkinson about the decision to reunite with her father, and it was uncomfortable. Patti even badmouthed her to the media for it. Pretty uncool. Having seen that K-Dubs was taking pictures with fans in Costa Rica, her mom found out about her little trip and was very far from pleased about it. On Facebook, Patti says that Kendra “disrespected her” and will no longer discuss her. Kendra claims she is “breaking the chain” and cutting Patti out of her life. We don’t believe either one of them for a second. You? Follow the links above to watch Kendra on Top online and tell us what you thought of these installments, and if you think she’s making the right decisions. For Discussion: Is Reality TV The Modern-Day Minstrel Show??

Is drink-throwing and weave-snatching the new “shucking & jiving?” We’ve told you before how great the racial satire film Dear White People is and urged you to check it out in theaters. Hopefully you’ve had a chance. Now the film’s director, Justin Simien has written a companion book for the movie, also aptly named “Dear White People,” and much like the movie, it’s full of provocative and hilarious essays and clever charts and graphs all sprinkled with a healthy dose of truth. Below, check out a chapter-exerpt from the book that takes on Reality TV and its relationship to blackface minstrel shows of the past. Via Vulture : Once upon a time, white America’s primary introduction to black people came in the form of the Minstrel Show. Stock characters, often played by white people, such as the Mammy, Zip Coon, and, of course, Jim Crow popularized through entertainment the idea that black people were lazy, ignorant, overly emotional, unsophisticated, and intellectually bereft. These ideas about black people are still being popularized today in entertainment thanks to white television executives (and, to be fair, some black ones too). Though the catchphrases have gone from “Who dat?” to “Who gon’ check me, boo?,” reality TV has kept the stereotypes tap-dancing along and made them more popular than ever! What’s particularly disturbing about this, implications of our collapsing educational system notwithstanding, is that stereotypes from the slack-jawed, no-good black male to the sexually promiscuous, foul-mouthed black woman are so ubiquitous, groups of people in the country assume that this is how all black people really behave. Now the confused, shuffling Mammies and flamboyant, vapid Zip Coons of yesteryear are actually real people, competing for Donald Trump’s affection and/or that of each other’s man. I use the term “real people” loosely. The truth is that people in reality shows are cast, crafted, and coached by a staff of executives and writers to attract the biggest audience possible. They are filmed and then re-filmed, with bits of dialogue added to attain maximum absurdity. They are then edited and beamed to millions, validating the worst stereotypes of black folks for people whose contact with actual black people is limited. And boy, are they fun! The worst part about this whole thing? I watch it. And so do my black friends! The Real Housewives of Atlanta! I was in the front row for Kandi’s wedding! I watched every spin-off they made for Flavor of Love’s “New York,” Tiffany Pollard. I Love New York? Me too! New York Goes to Work — sign me up for overtime! I am part of the problem. This chapter is my penance! Of course I feel bad about it, but deep down I know it’s all fake. Like professional wrestling. There are a lot of people out there, though, who don’t know it’s not real. Somehow bad improv and staged fighting shot with minimal production value got called “reality” before becoming an American phenomenon. Of course, Jersey Italians, Shahs from Sunset, and back-alley hillbillies have it bad in reality media as well, but they’re only a slice of the images we see of not-so-dark people… One of the fun things, I assume, about being white is that there are so many varying examples of behavior attributed to white people in the media. It must be a bit easier to walk through life without dodging as many presumptions. Sure, there are white people who appear in their share of trashy television, but that accounts for just a percentage of the overall, mostly positive, images of white folks in the media. For black folks the variety of images adds up to a pretty short stack. Partly because television executives are checking Facebook super busy and are afraid of losing their jobs under a lot of pressure. While there may be a desire to expand the representation of the African diaspora, deep in the heart of this hypothetical TV exec, it’s a lot easier just to go with another show about a semi-famous rapper who has a bevy of loud and crazy girlfriends. Or a house filled with alcoholics, the alcohol that’s slowly killing them, and a couple of black women who are either “not there to make friends” or who will “cut a bitch.” Hmmm….what do you think? Are we okay with the blatant stereotypes and negative perception of Black life perpetuated in reality TV simply because it’s not a bunch of white actors in blackface? Or is entertainment just entertainment and we shouldn’t worry too much about the “handful of people” who believe everything they see on television?
