The iconic New York City venue shuttered in 2017 following a sale to AEG Presents and Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment. Now, after a comprehensive renovation, Jay-Z will inaugurate the venue with a “B-Sides” set, featuring older songs and deep cuts. I’ll be Hov’s first time performing at Webster Hall. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 19th, at 11 Am with an AmEx presale starting Thursday, April 18th, at 10 AM. The show is set for April 26th This is great news as Jay’s only other upcoming show at the moment was Woodstock 50.

Source: Getty / Getty Back in March, a New Hope, Pennsylvania officer shot an unarmed man during a tussle after mistaking his gun for his taser. According to the Bucks County district attorney’s office, the unidentified officer will not face charges and the shooting was “neither justified, nor criminal, but was excused.” District Attorney Matthew Weintrau said in a statement: “Weintraub said the law excuses the shooting officer’s conduct from criminal prosecution because of his ‘honest but mistaken’ belief he was deploying his Taser at the time he discharged his service weapon Weintrau added that the wounded man, Brian Riling, was hospitalized in critical condition for several days after being shot in the stomach but has since been released. Meanwhile, the officer was placed on paid administrative leave and retired from the department. The investigation is still ongoing. SMH

As previously reported it reaaaaaally seemed like August was speaking on an alleged affair with Jada Pinkett Smith. In the video for the song about an affair with a married woman, August texts a woman named a “Koren” which is Jada’s middle name. In the text, it even had a GIF of Jada. According to August, however, that’s all just a coincidence and he’d like to clear it up.
