I wanted to tell you about my Bieber experience because I want…

I wanted to tell you about my Bieber experience because I want to share it with people who actually care about the MEETING and not only the PHOTO, and I know that Beliebers do. It all started when Mona (@ JDBswaggy ) asked me if I was going to one of the three concerts that Justin was going to do in Norway. I was not planning on going because no one wanted to come with me and I was not allowed to travel all the way to Oslo by myself. Mona asked me if I wanted to go with her for the first show, on April 16th! I had to pay twice as much as the original price for the ticket, but I didn’t care, because I had waited for this moment since the signing-campaign to get Justin to Norway in 2010. On April 16th I woke up 4:30 a.m., ready to travel to Oslo! Suddenly Mona called, and she screamed in the phone. I couldn’t understand what she was saying and at first I honestly thought she was just very excited for the concert. When I realized what she said, I couldn’t speak. She had won Bieberfever’s contest, she won 2 MEET AND GREETS FOR THE SAME DAY, AND SHE WAS BRINGING ME! My heart was bouncing so hard and the tears slipped. When I was telling my mom I couldn’t speak, I just stood there and smiled big time. Okay, so when we got in line for the M&G’s they brought us in this VIP room where they had separated the ones that bought the M&G (they got individual photos with Justin) and the ones that won it (we had to take pictures in groups of 6). They gave us some general information about the meeting and there were two TV-screens with the video of Justin doing the free concert in Norway from 2012. Suddenly they told us that they had a surprise for us, but everyone had to stay down on our seats. When we were ready, we saw a man appearing in the room, and guess what, it was Dan Kanter! Everyone started to scream and some cried. Dan was so nice and he took time to hug and take pictures with all of us. When it finally was my turn, I hugged him (he smelled amazing), and we took a picture together. Yeah, I was so starstruck that I couldn’t say anything. Suddenly it was time to get in line for the M&G and we were so excited and scared. The guards kept telling us, “Walk in nice and easy, okay? You ready?” Suddenly the curtains was removed. As we got in there all I saw was my idol in real life. He was moving, he was breathing, he was standing right in front of us. It was so crazy! The guards placed us at his side, Mona was standing right beside him, and I was standing at her side. The best thing was that my arm was long enough to be placed on Justin’s back! When the picture was taken, everyone wanted to hug him, but the guards protected him and dragged us away from him. We all tried to get his attention, I shouted, “Good luck!!” to him (yep, very cute, I know) but it all went so fast that I don’t remember if he answered me. Mona got a wave and a smile from him! When we got out they had to cut off our wristbands and I tried not to cry because I didn’t want to flip out in front of the guards. I saw my group coming out of there and cried their hearts out, while I was just laughing. It was too crazy to me, and I couldn’t understand that it actually happened. When we got outside it was raining and people had already started to get in to the concert-arena. Then I started crying, because everything was just too emotional to me. I couldn’t believe that I just had met the one and only Justin Drew Bieber. It was so unreal. After the meeting we went to his concert, and it was just amazing! April 16th 2013 was the best day of my life, and I will never ever forget that day. I can’t explain how thankful I am to Mona that she brought me, I just can’t thank her enough for this. The next day I actually saw DJ Tay James and some of Justin’s dancers too! -@IdaHoie  Go here to read the rest: I wanted to tell you about my Bieber experience because I want…

Snook and Chris Christie: The Most Awkward Jersey Shore Meeting Ever!

When New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Snooki run into each other on a Jersey Shore boardwalk, awkwardness ensues. For them. For THG, quality viewing. During the meeting, which took place as they filmed separate segments for NBC’s Today , Snooki complained that Christie is standing too close to her. Hilariously, he responded by standing even closer to the reality star. CC then extended a hand to Snook (who was flanked by JWoww and Deena), and who replied, “I just wanted to meet you, and just, hope you start to like us.” As Snooki walks away, her facial expression is hilarious. Victoria Justice And Maria Menounos Are My New Fantasy

I guess it was only a matter of time before two of my favorite things in the world came together for one glorious post, but here we are: Victoria Justice and Maria Menounos’ booty are together at last on the Extra set. Granted, I would’ve preferred a little more in the hotness department from Victoria, like a lot more skin. But hey, just this meeting of the hotties alone is enough to keep my lesbian fantasies going strong for the next couple months. » view all 50 photos Related Articles: Amazing Victoria Justice Bikini Pictures Victoria Justice Bikini Pictures Are A Let Down Victoria Justice Needs A Napkin Victoria Justice Is Maturing Nicely Photos: WENN.com

I’m Martina and I’m an Italian Belieber. I realized…

I’m Martina and I’m an Italian Belieber. I realized my dream on 2 June, when Justin came to Italy, Milan for the second time. I participated in the contest for the Believe party, I was sure that I would never win. But never say never right? I bought two pre-sales of Believe, one in Milan and one in Rome. From that day until June 1, I never stopped praying. Finally on June 1, it was the day that the winners of the party and the m&g were announced. For the first time, I won something important in my life, the entrance to Believe Party! Saying that I was the happiest person in the world is not enough. In the afternoon I received a call from a woman named Andrea, who told me the greatest thing in the world. I HAD WON THE MEET & GREET AND I’VE FINALLY REALIZED MY DREAM . I would of never expected such a thing, at that time did not understand how it was possible that all this had really happened. I left with my four other friends who had won the party Believe too. After twelve hours of traveling by car, from Rome to Milan, we finally arrived. Seeing all those beliebers who were smiling, crying, screaming, made me feel at home. Seeing the happiness in their eyes was something magnificent. The meeting with the organizers of the m&g was at 17.30, but they arrived an hour late. When they arrived and I saw my name on that list, I felt an emptiness in my belly, with a mixture of joy, fear and anxiety. We went inside the Alcatraz and we waited a few minutes because Justin was preparing . I started crying, trembling, barely I breathed and I had my heart pounding. They made us to go into a room where we waited. A girl grabbed my hand and hugged me, seeing her in tears, I did the same. Ryan came in that moment and saw us, he started to laugh and joke. We also saw Kenny. They began to let groups of girls in the room. It was my turn. I reached the doorway of the room where Justin was, with my eyes closed. I took a breath and I opened them. I looked up and the sight of those eyes, that smile, that boy who represents my life, my heart stopped to beat. I was paralyzed, I could not think, speak, move, nothing. He smiled at me and said, ‘eee hi’, but I couldn’t do or say anything. He smiled at me saying “Hi,” again but I didn’t move. He said, “Come on” a couple of times, and I awoke. I went to him and I hugged him, then I realized that I had my life in my arms. I felt the beating of his heart that would be equivalent to 100 of my at that time. The tears began again to descend, and he looked me cry. He asked me, “How are you?” and I stammered, “Fine thank you, and you?” and with one of those beautiful smiles he replied, “Fine, now look for the picture.” We took the photo and left me as for send me away. I wanted to live up that moment to the end, so I asked him if he could give me a kiss on the cheek. He laughed and gave me a kiss. I was enchanted by his manner of doing something so sweet. I pulled out the last words before I left, “I love you Justin.” With those words, showed me his 32-tooth smiled and replied, “I love you too.” I left that room and threw myself on the floor flooded with tears. I was really happy for the first time in my life, he knew of my existence. I was finally able to tell him how much I loved him. It all seemed a dream, but it was all true. I wanted to keep him close to me longer, but it was not possible. Those 5 minutes were the best times of my life. They made us get out there and they took us in the front rows of the Believe Party, where shortly afterwards he sang the new songs from Believe. That voice is what makes me happy every day, and never stop to say which he’s my idol. NEVER. I could not believe everything that had just happened, that boy was perfection in person for me and will never stop thanking him for all the emotions that he gave me, and that makes me feel. That was my dream, and I made it. Never say never, girls. You believe in your dream till the end.  -@itsbiebersmilex  See the article here: I’m Martina and I’m an Italian Belieber. I realized…

My name is Karolina, I’m 21 years old and I live in…

My name is Karolina, I’m 21 years old and I live in Warsaw, Poland. I met Justin Bieber 5 times in 3 days. I am a perfect example of person who was attached to Justin after watching “NEVER SAY NEVER” so much, that I tattooed the famous words ‘Never Say Never’ to the inside my left arm . Everything started 9 months ago (I’m not a belieber who has been supporting Justin from the beginning) but honestly a devoted/true belieber! My story is a little bit different. I hope that you remember Justin’s shirt he wore in California, “DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS.” It was May 25th, the best day of my life because about 2 weeks before he showed up, I had sent him a package with two DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS t-shirts (one for him, one for Selena) and the sweatshirt inside from my own young brand  LOCAL HEROES . Can you imagine the feeling when Justin wore a gift you gave him. It was the day when craziness had started. Justin wore the tee in many videos!  I still can’t believe it! Basically it’s not over yet. Almost one week after this, I was on a plane to Madrid to meet Justin in person. I had to tell him personally that I’m the girl from “DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS.” I landed in Madrid on June 3rd, 2 days before confirmed meeting by Team Bieber. Honestly I was scared that it was first time in Madrid, all around the Spanish language and poor me alone. At the front of his hotel, I met amazing beliebers. Finally I met Justin Bieber for my first ever time! Everybody started to run by the black posh car inside an underground parking lot. Everybody knew that it was Justin. The gate has been closed and we started to shout his name. It worked. I SAW JUSTIN BIEBER! He came with his big beautiful smile, amazing energy like holy Jesus. He was with Moshe of course and Alfredo with his video camera. ( The video from Justin’s Viddy ) It was only seconds but one of the best of my life. After this I was waiting in front of the hotel until 2 a.m. but he didn’t appear, only Kenny Hamilton, Dan Kanter and Scrappy. The next day started for me at 8 a.m. We were waiting in line by the front of the hotel for about 8 hours, in hot sunny weather to see Justin again. Everything for our idol. I cried so much that day because some beliebers broke the rules and Justin had to be escorted by the police since it was dangerous. Again, it was only seconds. That day Justin also performed on a Spanish TV show “El Hormiguero.” We got a taxi and went to the studio. The thought that Justin was on air, inside the building and we were watching the show outside, was more insane. During the show, he showed up at the window to wave and sing “Boyfriend,” along with the fans outside. It was the best moment because I truly felt like we are a BIG BELIEBER FAMILY. The next day was the day when I personally met Justin, his father, little Jazmyn and the whole team. I couldn’t imagine a better day in my life. The meeting was scheduled at 1:03 p.m. I was outside the Hotel Ritz one hour before. I looked like one of the beliebers waiting in front of the hotel but not really. I was wearing the same “DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS” tee as Justin got it from me. It was the only wait to be remembered. At 12:40 p.m., the lady from Spanish Universal came down to get me and this was the moment when my heart started beating so loud. (I’m so happy that I didn’t pass out while waiting in front of his door.) Suddenly the door opened. I saw little cute barefoot Jazmyn whispering something to Jeremy with her sweet childish voice. Awwwww! I really wanted to take a pic but it wasn’t not allowed. I was there as a fan and journalist, so I had to be professional…Yeah, right.  At 1:03 p.m, the door opened again. Finally, it was Kenny with his friendly smile. I introduced myself, he also and we got inside. Justin was not in the room, only a lot of professional lights and a camera. Kenny started talking about the rules of interview, but I told him the reason why I was there. At that moment I turned my head and I saw Justin. Oh GOD! It was the most amazing view, feeling and everything. I couldn’t breathe. Kenny asked him, “Does it look similar? ” He pointed my t-shirt.  Justin smiled charmingly and said, “Yes, you sent it to meeeee!” and hugged me tight. I was in heaven. It was like I was day dreaming. He signed my t-shirt that I was wearing . I remember only half of the meeting because I was still shaking. Justin tried to calm me down by hugging me, but it was impossible. I met my IDOL so how could I be calm?  Accidentally, I almost kissed his neck. He smells so good, like a fresh confident man but little bit like a cute boy. We had a small talk because I had only 2 minutes, but it was the best of my entire life. One of the biggest surprises was that he wants more stuff from my brand! In my head was a big chaos. Then time was up! I left Kenny my Twitter and 15 minutes later, he followed me! Outside the hotel was still the small group of fans. When I saw them, I totally cried. Everybody hugged me. Thank you guys for your support. The fifth time when I met Justin was about one hour after meeting him in the building. I knew that it was my last chance to see him so I was waiting until he came out, it was also my last day in Spain. Suddenly, team Bieber appeared in the lobby. It was a really nice feeling when Kenny asked me why I was still there, he remembered me! This is the last video recorded by me of Justin greetings fans. The last insane thing is, that when Justin saw me in my tee, he surely knew what he packed from LA to Europe. A couple days after our meeting, he showed up in me “DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS” sweatshirt in BERLIN. I just wanna say thank all beliebers I met in Madrid, to the helpful people in Poland who gave me a possibility to meet Justin Bieber and of course JUSTIN BIEBER and the team. You made my life complete!Beliebers remember to follow your dreams, DOING REAL STUFF SUCKS and NEVER SAY NEVER. -@Lillybloom5 Read more here: My name is Karolina, I’m 21 years old and I live in…

‘That’s Real Entertainment!’, or: Arnold Schwarzenegger Thinks its Still 1988

The Triplets development saga just gets better, thanks to Arnold Schwarzenegger: “I can see a poster… A billboard with us three. ‘They found another one!’ ‘ Triplets !’ ‘Only their mother can tell them apart!’ I would do that in two seconds, because that’s real entertainment. You come out with that movie for Christmas, like December 5th or something like that, and you’re home free.” [ Coming Soon ]

The Fairest of Them All: How Postmodern Fairytales Fail at Diversity (and How to Fix It)

Mirror Mirror is about as postmodern as a postmodern version of a fairytale gets these days – “It’s been focus-grouped!,” the prince protests, as the princess defies tradition and sets out to save him. So why is it so very white? It’s especially jarring when Indian director Tarsem Singh ends the movie with a Bollywood-inspired dance number – it’s a Technicolor celebration of cultural diversity by a cast that doesn’t seem to have any, save a dwarf or two who barely stand out from their pack. A fairytale about a heroine named “Snow White” is always going to require imagination, or daring, in casting for diversity, but I was surprised at how little Singh and his studio bothered trying to push the envelope. Not that they’re alone – most of Mirror Mirror ’s competitors in the current fairytale fad , from last year’s Beastly to this spring’s dueling Snow White and the Huntsman , have shown very little imagination about race. (Brownie points to Catherine Hardwicke, who let Shiloh Fernandez win the affections of her Red Riding Hood last year.) In the interests of avoiding further whitewashing – and maybe seeing some updated fables with real edge – here are four ways Hollywood should rethink diversity in all these postmodern fairytales. 1. Paying lip-service to feminism is no longer enough. I love seeing movies with strong roles for women and heroines who actually get to do things. And yes, it’s great that Lily Collins’s Snow White learns to defend herself and beats Armie Hammer at flirty swordplay, and that Chris Hemsworth is going to teach Kristen Stewart how to fight the evil queen in her version of Snow White . All of this would be way more impressive if Drew Barrymore hadn’t done the same thing fourteen years ago in Ever After . If you want to be edgy, Hollywood, let’s move beyond grudging admissions that women can stick up for themselves and find something new to say about race or sexuality or all of those other Gender Studies words the Brothers Grimm didn’t have to deal with. I liked some of Mirror Mirror ’s lopsided efforts to give its dwarves separate characters – one has a crush on our heroine while another wants to help her pick out a fabulous wardrobe – but maybe the next round of big-budget Snow White movies could even explicitly acknowledge why seven unrelated men might live together in a rustic lodge and get freaked out by the appearance of a girl. 2. Stop appropriating culture without showing the people who made it. (Otherwise known as: Every rant I have stored up about Chinese tokenism in Joss Whedon’s Firefly .) The color in Mirror Mirror is amazing, but it’s not even skin-deep. For much of the movie, the brilliant costumes and set designs hide the fact that there are very few nonwhite people wearing Eiko Ishioka ’s crimson peacock dresses and gumdrop courtier costumes and black accordion stilts – which makes the final scene stand out all the more. The Bollywood homage is a fun break from tradition on one level, but it’s also deeply weird considering how little evidence there is that any non-WASPs actually inhabit this magic kingdom. Which is a missed opportunity: Like Snow White and the Huntsman , like Red Riding Hood , like next year’s Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters ( yes, really ), we are talking about stories that can be set anywhere, any time – including somewhere completely imaginary. It’s not like directors and studios have much room to hide behind the excuse of casting for “historical accuracy.” Which brings me to… 3. Think outside the casting box. I saw Mirror Mirror a few days after racists came out of the woodwork for The Hunger Games , which dared to cast black actors to play characters who were originally described as “dark-skinned.” As Anna Holmes pointed out at The New Yorker , that ugly reaction highlighted how many movie viewers expect characters to be white until explicitly proven otherwise – and Hollywood reinforces those expectations all too often, even when casting fantasies about imaginary lands where, you would think, anything goes. But no, it’s still sticking to the sidekick sidelines. The dwarves provided Mirror Mirror with pretty much its only diversity; at the very least, the movie could have included more people of color among the speaking courtiers and villagers and downtrodden castle servants. Snow White and the Huntsman , from its latest trailer , is going even more pasty-Eurocentric with its crowds of faux Crusaders. That’s not even considering the television variations; despite its modern setting and larger cast and serialized format, ABC’s Once Upon a Time has made room so far for only one regular non-white character. (NBC’s rival Grimm is doing a little bit better.) Just think what could happen if Hollywood got really radical and reconsidered how it casts its fairytale leads. In fact… 4. Dare to rethink who’s the “fairest of them all.” It could be problematic and somewhat predictable to cast a person of color as the main villain in a fairytale, especially if all of the heroes are white. (Though I think Michelle Yeoh or Angela Bassett could mop the floor with Julia Roberts.) Future fairytale filmmakers could also consider looking for a prince who’s slightly less Caucasian than Armie Hammer – he’s charming and nice to look at, but I suspect there are plenty of attractive young actors out there capable of handling a role where the heavy lifting entails imitating a puppy. But the most interesting possibility, and the one I’d most like to see the next big-budget, postmodern Hollywood fairytale attempt, would be to cast a young woman of color as Snow White or Belle or Red or any other virginal, virtuous, smart and beautiful heroine, especially if she’s a character whose beauty has traditionally been defined by the paleness of her skin. These stories have been told for centuries, and by now they’re desperately in need of some real reinvention. Challenging their most outdated assumptions about who and what is beautiful would be the easiest – and most interesting – way for Hollywood to make its next round of adaptations far more worthwhile. How Sad is Jeremy Renner? Let Us Count the Ways

In a new interview over at The Hollywood Reporter , Jeremy Renner gets real about his on-the-brink career and personal life — like, so real you’ll want to give him a hug and then buy all the tickets for Bourne just to help him on his humble way towards megamillionaire action hero status. He’s either a calculatedly brilliant PR strategist or a walking country song. Either way, this dog-loving, single dude, does-his-own-stunts part-time house-flipper is sure to endear himself to all four quadrants with this profile-boosting piece. Oh Jeremy Renner, don’t be so sad! This moment in time is what historians years from now might consider a turning point in Renner’s career; hot from his breakout roles in The Hurt Locker and The Town , he landed supporting turns in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol and the upcoming Avengers , and will soon debut two of his own starring vehicles: 2013’s Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters and this summer’s The Bourne Legacy , taking over from franchise star Matt Damon . All in all, Renner seems like a fairly well-adjusted guy who’s only now having to deal with fame and all that comes with it. But you know what? Renner’s puppy passed away last month, man, and he is so lonely he refers to his loneliness twice in the same interview. Get the Kleenex ready, people. This shit gets dark. For starters, Renner and bars don’t have the best history. He tells the story of how, on Christmas Eve a few years back, when he was with his family in a bar, “This guy chokes me with the scarf I was wearing. He called me a fag ’cause I was wearing a scarf! Then he shoved my sister and I got behind him and I choked him out — put him to sleep.” Without a trace of irony, he adds, “I’m not violent.” Although, he says, “I’d have gone to prison” if he’d been present when a family member recently was raped. Oh. For that matter, Renner’s pals and bars have it pretty bad, too. And what about that much-reported knife fight in Thailand in January? “It was a silly, tragic accident that happened to this guy,” explains Renner, noting that he had gone to Phuket for a break when an acquaintance made a comment and “got attacked in a bar fight at 4 in the morning. He was saying stuff, and 20 people jumped on him. I was in flip-flops. I don’t do bar fights. Did he deserve to get stabbed and almost murdered by 20 people? F– no.” (Six local men were arrested.) Phew. Time out for some unexpected getting-to-know-youness: Jeremy Renner isn’t just a sometimes house-flipper, he also loves macro photography! In other news, Jeremy Renner has had long-term relationships, but both of them ended. Sadface. As to his long-term involvements, he says he had one five-year relationship with a woman while in his 20s and another that ended two years ago after 4-1/2 years… He met that girlfriend, Jes Macallan — who, as her Twitter account reveals, married actor Jason Gray-Stanford (Monk) on March 17 — when she was 23 and working at a film festival in Florida; subsequently, she decided to go into acting. “That was part of the issue,” says Renner. “I was going through the Hurt Locker campaign and she’s like, ‘Where do I get headshots?'” Are we losing the dudes? Here’s a masculine tidbit to keep the male demo: Renner isn’t one of those sissypants action stars — he does his own stunts! (And pays the price.) On Bourne, “I got injured kicking a table and missing and hyper-extending my leg! I had to get an MRI.” He also hurt his arm, which “will be f–ed up for a while. I can’t really grab anything” with one hand. But forget torn muscles and strained ligaments — the most painful thing to endure on-set is probably the loneliness, which Renner blames for his break-down while shooting The Hurt Locker . “Pure loneliness, that’s what it came down to. It was a whole rainbow of good and bad.” Talking about losing his puppy last month, though, brings the tears. Most recently came the death in March of his 8-month-old French bulldog, Franklin, of a heart attack. For a moment, Renner’s eyes go moist because the puppy touches on the singular problem that has most bedeviled him the past two years. Says Renner, “He was my solution for being so lonely.” Goddammit, Renner. You’re gonna make me cry. The Bourne Legacy is in theaters August 3. Let’s buy up all the tickets so Renner doesn’t feel so alone. Let our box office dollars wash over him like a giant group hug. [ THR ]
