Farrah Abraham’s controversial, short-lived stint in rehab ended early in part because she got physical with a nurse … according to Michael Lohan. The reality star was kicked out for being a disruptive influence and taking pics of Tan Mom, but that’s not all, says Lindsay Lohan’s dad (who was there). MiLo says Farrah Abraham “physically cornered” a nurse at the facility, the last of a string of outrageous incidents that earned her the heave-ho. “She would just go off on tirades,” Michael Lohan recalled to Jared and Katie in the Morning on 107.5 KZL FM. “She was very abrasive towards staff.” Mike is a spokesperson and an interventionist at The Lukens Institute, so he’s got first-hand knowledge of the antics that got Farrah’s arse kicked out. “Especially the nurse at our place. She physically cornered the lady. She cornered the nurse,” Michael told Jared and Katie about her shocking behavior. Farrah denied reports that she was booted out of the treatment center, telling FOX News “My old manager, who is a lying b!tch, said I was disruptive.” However, Michael says that Abraham totally was … not surprising, as she’s a pathological liar as well as a porn star, despite her denials of each. “She was very disruptive at the house. News of Lindsay Lohan’s plea deal puts her one step closer to a comeback. Back in February, I wrote that if Lohan could avoid going to jail over charges of reckless driving and lying to police and reinstitute some self-discipline into her life, her raw performance in Paul Schrader’s The Canyons could mark the beginning of her redemption as an actress. Details of Lindsay Lohan’s Plea Deal As of this afternoon, Lohan can check off that first box on what could be the path back to a productive acting career worthy of her talent. As USA Today reported, she and her legal team, led by Mark Jay Heller, struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which the Herbie Fully Loaded actress will do 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility and 30 days of community service. She’ll also undergo psychological counseling for 18 months. The newspaper reported that, following Lohan’s court date, Heller told reporters outside the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse, “I am very confident that you won’t be seeing Lindsay Lohan in any criminal courts any time in the future.” He also explained why Lohan took the plea deal: “At the conclusion of this case, Lindsay will have a completely clean record. And I think that’s an extremely important element to this case.” The Canyons Director Paul Schrader’s Reaction To LiLo’s Sentence When I first heard about the outcome, I emailed Schrader to get his reaction. When I interviewed him for post I wrote in February, the Affliction director hinted that he was interested in working again with Lohan. (The New York Times reported that Schrader was interested in casting in the lead role for a remake of Gloria, — about a mob moll and a six-year-old boy being chased by hitmen and law-enforcement officials — that originally starred the great Gena Rowlands.) The filmmaker’s response was cautiously optimistic. Schrader wrote he and his wife, actress Mary Beth Hurt, had dinner with Lohan last week at Minetta Tavern in Greenwich Village. Lohan, he wrote, “saw the film again and is enthusiastic to promote it. There will be international festival appearances in the future which she hopes to attend. We also discussed future work but, for now, we wait and see how the plea bargain plays out.” One Lingering Cause For Concern: Lindsay’s Dad, Michael Lohan Sounds promising. Now, if only Lohan could put more distance between her and her attention-starved father who seems to have no shame about turning his daughter’s legal woes into a press opportunities for himself. Here’s what USA Today reported about Daddy’s post plea-deal performance: Heller was quickly chased away from the press conference by Lohan’s father, Michael, who was present during the hearing. Michael Lohan then took to the microphones and proceeded to bash Heller, accusing him of not keeping Lindsay posted on negotiations. Michael said that Heller needs to “stop using Lindsay to make money and a name for himself.” However, the actress’ father did say that the sentence to rehab would probably be a good thing for her. Michael Lohan may be the reason Lindsay Lohan is so messed up (or one of them anyway), but he’s no deadbeat dad, according to the mother of his 17-year-old love child. Despite court documents proclaiming Michael is more than $300,000 behind on child support, Kristi Horn says she reached a private settlement out of court with MiLo. Michael Lohan, Love Child Any outstanding support for Ashley Horn, 17, who was recently confirmed to be Mike’s daughter after years of legal back-and-forth, will be paid ASAP, Kristi claims. She says this in spite of the fact that documents were just filed to enforce a child support judgment Kristi obtained back in 2009 – to get $316,720 from Lindsay’s dad. Kristi tells TMZ that the documents were merely filed as a matter of course, as the order is still active, BUT she’ll have the order vacated … after Kate Major gives birth. That would be Mike’s current baby mama, and Lindsay’s former assistant. Michael Lohan impregnated Kate Major in violation of a restraining order against him (that’s a new one, even for him), last year. She’s due in late January. MiLo fathered Ashley in the ’90s, while separated from Dina Lohan, who he was still sleeping with here and there (or abusing and raping Dina , to hear her tell it). Good times. Despite everything they’ve been through – and the awkwardness of the big DNA test reveal (above) – Kristi insists she and Michael are on great terms. That makes one person.
In a new interview, Dina Lohan basically implies that Lindsay Lohan is a train wreck because she saw her father, Michael Lohan, abuse drugs – and her mom. “I need to make the world aware that Lindsay is messed up because her father is so messed up,” Dina told the New York Daily News in an explosive story. Dina claims her daughter’s ongoing problems all stem from graphic incidents in which she witnessed her father beat her mother in 1986 – and rape in 1990. “Lindsay saw her dad abuse me – that’s why she’s so screwed up,” Dina said. “She saw a lot of crazy stuff. I want the world to know the root of her problems.” “Lindsay saw the beatings an the abuse. She said, ‘Stay, mommy, don’t leave … I’m so sorry for making you stay.’ But I didn’t stay for Lindsay. I wanted all my kids to be happy.” Dina, 50, told the paper that the attack – one of many she says she endured during their 22-year marriage – occurred after they dined in Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y. Michael Lohan, she says, had spent the night getting drunk and high on cocaine, Dina claims, eventually leading him to punch her in the face with a closed fist. Dina backed up her clai with a photo of a bruise under her right eye, holding an infant Lindsay (she sought medical attention December 4, 1986 for facial “blunt trauma.”) Dina Lohan said that “when Lindsay saw the photo, she was furious. She said, ‘Tell the world! Talk about it!'” Michael denied the story to the paper, of course. According to MiLo, the circumstances were completely different. “I came in at 2 o’clock in the morning after being out with some friends,” he says. “I walked in and she hit me with an ice tray. With the back of my hand I slapped her in the face.” “Yes, it did happen in 1986. Were there any charges? No, not at all.” “I had a big black and blue mark on my neck – from her.” As for the alleged sexual assault, Dina said it took place in 1990, during a time he was in-and-out of jail for convictions tied to his former career as a stockbroker. “Michael was addicted to cocaine, like most stockbrokers back then,” Dina said. “He had a lot of bad stuff going on.” Nothing worse than that one night, however. She said Michael Lohan showed up in a limousine on Valentine’s Day, “out of jail and on another coke-fueled night,” and trying to rebuild their relationship. “He said, ‘I love you and I want to be with you,’ but then it went dark. It went dark really quick,” Dina said, adding that the rape occurred as Lindsay and her siblings slept. “I just knew I had to stay quiet … I [didn’t] want to wake them.” Dina, at her parents’ urging, went to the ER and had a rape kit performed, but said she never pursued further punishment for Michael, who was jail-bound at the time anyway. Not so, Michael says, recalling of the incident: “I went over to her parents’ house and made love to her … how can you rape a person when they’re on top of you?” A fair question, and an image we’re having trouble getting out of our brains. Michael said the rape accusation only sprouted when Dina heard a girlfriend of his in the background on the phone later that night … obviously. “She called the next day, crying,” he said. “I said, ‘Let’s work this out.'” “I got back with Dina. There were no charges.” Michael said of Dina’s accusation-loaded interview: “She’s bringing this up now because she’s drinking and partying with Lindsay. And she keeps robbing Lindsay.” “She is the devil.” Lindsay Lohan is broke , but the reasons for that are manifold. It’s a claim Mike has made many times before, and probably has a degree of truth to it … not that he’s been a saint to his ex or kids by any means. One thing’s for sure … this explains a lot about Lindsay.

Police showed up at Lindsay Lohan’s Beverly Hills home yesterday after her deranged dad and others tried to stage an intervention to get her into rehab. MiLo believes his daughter is off the wagon and that’s why she has (allegedly) become a no-show for post-production work on her upcoming movie The Canyons . He told TMZ that Lindsay hangs out with “a bunch of alcoholics and drug addicts ” and that her entire team is on board with the intervention. Except … LiLo was home when Michael Lohan and his people (it’s unclear exactly who he was with) arrived, but a guy claiming to be her boyfriend shooed them away. The “boyfriend” said any problems Lindsay has will not be solved by her dad. At some point, someone called the police to report a tresspassing call. Officers responded to the call and left shortly thereafter … along with Michael Lohan. And that’s that. Lindsay Lohan is pissed, according to the celebrity news site, believing firmly that she does NOT need rehab and does NOT have a drug or alcohol problem. Michael apparently planned to drive her to a facility 100 miles away, but Lindsay – steadfast that she has not relapsed – wouldn’t open the door and called cops. Lindsay believes Michael is only doing this because she cut him out of her life after he recorded and leaked the tape of LiLo’s fight with Dina Lohan . Lindsay Lohan will soon sit down with the legendary Barbara Walters for a one-on-one interview, according to reports. Oh, the softball questions she’ll be asked. LiLo has been close to Walters for years and Barbara reached out to her about doing an interview about her new film Liz & Dick – before this current family drama. Lohan’s epic fight with mom Dina and possible Michael Lohan restraining order have dominated headlines of late, but may be off the table or close to it here. The actress fears sit-down interviews and questions she’s not prepared for, but insiders say Lindsay Lohan still trusts Barbara not to take things too far. Their interview will occur sometime in the next few weeks and focus on the parallels between the lives of Lindsay Lohan and Elizabeth Taylor . Both stars have endured the rigors of child stardom, a rough childhood, living their entire life in the public eye, dealing with addiction, and so forth. Is Lindsay Lohan seeking a restraining order against her dad Michael Lohan? Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s mom and Mike’s ex-wife, wants her to like yesterday. Dina’s war with Michael – a nuclear situation that trumps last week’s fight with Lindsay – has reached scored earth proportions, and she’s urging Lindsay to take her side. And to ask a judge for the protection order to stop her often-estranged father from having any contact with her whatsoever – phone calls, texts, emails, anything. Dina Lohan’s push to legally freeze out MiLo comes on the heels of Lindsay’s tearful statement that Michael is dead to her now after selling her out last week. Lindsay may not be willing to go that far, however. The actress reportedly thinks the restraining order is too extreme, and isn’t exactly eager to show up and testify in court in order to obtain one. She does go to enough courtrooms as it is. According to TMZ, DiLo has approached her other three children – Michael Jr., Cody and Ali Lohan – about the plan as well, though it’s unclear if they’re up for it. Michael Lohan may be a detestable human being, but terming him a dangerous one may be an exaggeration. Why not just ignore the guy, ladies? Even Lindsay admitted she shouldn’t have called him to say her mom was coked up and acting like the devil , but she did, and won’t make that mistake again. Isn’t that enough?
Aretha Franklin has thrown her (often eccentric) hat into the American Idol judging ring. With Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez both officially off the Fox competition , the iconic singer is the latest artist to make her interest in the panel known. CNN reports Franklin sent it an email expressing as much. Rumors of who will take over on Season 12 will likely continue to circulate all summer long. So far, big names such as Adam Lambert, Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey have all been discussed. Franklin, of course, would bring serious cred to the program.
