We may as well rename our celebrity mug shots gallery the Lohan gallery. Michael Lohan’s hilarious arrest this week (the second of two) has set the family bar really high/low. It’s hard to top his daughter’s antics, but getting stuck in a freaking tree after jumping off a three-story balcony to flee the cops? Incredible. Come to think of it, this explains a lot about Lindsay … As the ol’ saying goes, like father like daughter … making excuses, having zero respect for authority, keeping lawyers in business and entertaining the crap out of THG. What the heck is wrong with these miscreants? How hard is it to read a restraining order or show up for community service? These mysteries boggle the mind. Our question to you, readers, is a much simpler one: Which Lohan has the better mug shots?

Kate Major 911 Call: Scared of Michael Lohan!

The 911 call placed by Michael Lohan’s girlfriend Kate Major after he allegedly lost it and threatened to kill her in a dispute over oral relief has been released. On the call, Major does not sound happy. You can hear a panicked Kate, who has been down this road before with MiLo, telling the operator, “I’m afraid of him. He’s gonna come in here and hit me.” She then hesitates to give out her address for some reason (as the dispatcher says, that’s what 911 is for), then appears to lie when Mike asks who she’s calling. The father of Lindsay Lohan got popped on suspicion of domestic violence early this morning in Tampa, Fla. Here’s the 911 call that led to his arrest … Michael Lohan 911 Call

Advocacy Group to Music Fans: Free Justin Bieber!

Attention, Beliebers: Justin Bieber, and free speech advocates everywhere, need your help. The 17-year old star is at the center of a campaign – aptly titled Free Justin Bieber – initiated by Fight for the Future, a fair-use advocacy group that’s urging citizens to vote against congressional law S.978. What the heck is congressional law S.978? It’s a rule that would make it illegal for individuals to stream/use copyrighted music in an online video. And where does Bieber come into this debate? He was discovered by Usher via a homemade YouTube video of himself covering a handful of R&B hits. If this law is passed, such an act might result in a prison stint. Instead of a record deal. “Tell Congress to get a clue and stop trying to jail people for singing,” the organization says in a statement, asking folks to sign its online petition. “Congress has no business making ordinary Internet users criminals for expressing themselves online.” Seriously. Under this law, five-year old Sophia Grace Brownlee would be a criminal.

Joe Jonas Album Sales: Catastrophic!

We hate to say it, but the facts speak for themselves: the solo career of Joe Jonas is off to an abysmal start. In its first week of sales, Joe’s first-ever solo album, “Fastlife,” sold just 18,000 copies, landing him in 15th place on the Billboard 200. By comparison, the last CD Jonas compiled with his brothers, “A Little Bit Longer,” moved 525,000 copies in the same time period. Ouch. Joe Jonas Covers Chris Brown Nick Jonas , meanwhile, also jumped into a solo career last year (with his band, The Administration, that is) and sold 82,000 copies of “Who I Am.” Double ouch. “Transforming a charmed teenhood career into a viable adult one is possibly one of the entertainment industry’s most difficult feats,” wrote Julianne Escobedo Shepherd in Billboard last week. “For every Justin Timberlake, there are 10 former boy-band members whose post-group disinterest led them to hang up their hats.” Can Joe rebound from this rough opening week? Michael Lohan to Lindsay: Lay Off the Crack and Meth!!

Michael Lohan is concerned about his daughter, and for good reason. Not only is she constantly in legal trouble, having been thrown in jail for the 14,384th time yesterday … but have you seen Lindsay Lohan’s teeth ? “She’s an addict, she doesn’t care and she’s in denial,” her dad said . “I want her in treatment for a year. Otherwise nothing is going to change in her life.” Mike thinks Lindsay’s on crack or meth, and if she doesn’t get her act together, she won’t be visiting the morgue for community service, but permanently. This explains a lot . On Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell on HLN Wednesday, Michael Lohan – no stranger to legal problems himself, which tells you something – said the following: “The [issue with her teeth], that’s from smoking a pipe with meth or crack. She’s smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I’m not going to shade it.” Linds reportedly had emergency dental surgery to fix her rotting teeth last week, amid concerns sparked when she walked a red carpet with a dented ass grill. “[Prescription medication] would affect all your teeth, not just the front,” the elder Lohan adds. “You can’t dance with the devil and expect to go home with Jesus.” Whatever you say, MiLo. Whatever you say.
