The woman loses her son and they want her to pay? That’s cold. AEG Asks Judge To Pay Court Costs Katherine has to deal with AEG not be held liable and now this. According to TMZ reports: Katherine Jackson is irate that AEG is asking her to pay more than $1.2 million in costs associated with the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial … claiming many of the so-called “expenses” are bogus. AEG — which won the case — is asking the judge to sock Katherine with court costs. But according to new docs, obtained by TMZ, Katherine is blanching at a bunch of them, including: – $540,000 in models and blow-up court exhibits – $20,000 for 1,000 pages of jury instruction paper and other stuff – $53,000 for process servers – $118,000 unnecessary depositions Katherine is even grousing about the $9 parking fees tacked on for court reporters to show up for the trial. A judge hasn’t decided what, if anything, Katherine will have to shell out. Michael must be turning over in his grave.

Her attorney, Mark Heller, appeared for a routine hearing in Dina’s DUI case, then offered up this creative “theory” in defense of his high-profile client. According to Heller, Lindsay Lohan’s mom’s lifestyle presents so many challenges and so much stress, exacerbated by those vultures that follow her. If you buy into his rationale, every star and their parents would be full-blown alcoholics, which clearly isn’t true. But he is pushing this idea nonetheless. Heller says that because she is so frequently harassed, DiLo’s decision making was as impaired as her driving was when she got stopped on Long Island. Because of photographers and their impact on her, Dina was inclined to drink so much she registered a .20 blood alcohol level, then get in the car and drive. That’s right, it’s all celebrity gossip ‘s fault. Heller, who briefly represented Lindsay in one of her many criminal cases before being run out of L.A., hopes that the judge will take his argument under consideration . He may not want to hold his breath.
