Drake Reportedly Skips Out After Being Paid $250,000 According to Toronto Sun, Drizzy was paid outright to make an appearance at Abu Dhabi pop-up nightclub, VIP ROOM on Saturday night. Drake was definitely in town…but for some reason didn’t quite make it to his appearance…nor did he send anyone back to management to return the cash. Reports claim that fans waited until 5 a.m. for Drake to hit the stage, but he never showed up, despite posting a picture of himself inside the hotel. As a source told the Daily Mirror : “His management had an argument with the management of Abu Dhabi pop-up nightclub VIP ROOM last night and he didn’t turn up for an appearance that he’d been paid $250,000 (£200,000) for. Fans waited until 5 a.m. for him and he never showed up. DJ Bliss, the most famous DJ in the Middle East, had to play all night as Drake was a no show.” SMH. Drake better give these people his money!
