If anyone can afford to leave a tip…it’s Miley Cyrus. But apparently, the teen singer decided to keep the change after dining at a New York Outback Steakhouse…leaving the staff outraged. The Hannah Montana star, who was there with sister Brandi, handed over a $100 dollar bill, but according to a staff member there, left nothing else on the table
