On the 7 minute call, Joycelyn is seeking advice from her friend who happens to be her voice coach. She tells her friend that Kelly is angry she revealed to her family that they “like each other” and were being intimate, while she was only 17. Kelly in return threatened to “cut her off.” Joycelyn tells her R. Kelly demanded she texts him “I lied to my family about us having sex” to cover himself in the future, in case he was caught for statutory rape. She also revealed that the singer may have given her an STD (herpes), and she was nervous about her father finding out if she tested positive for anything. “I never told him [my dad] about the herpes thing.” Joycelyn’s friend tells her that Kelly is just using her to cover his sick azz! “In reality, you shouldn’t have told him anything. Dyma Loving was arrested by Miami Dade police for reportedly being distraught after she called the cops to report her neighbor, who threatened her with a shot gun. The 26-year-old was arrested was arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an office without violence. According to Local 10 News , Loving and another woman, Adrianna Green, were walking by her neighbor Frank Tumm’s home when he allegedly called her a “whore.” Green reportedly launched a plant at Tumm, who then drew a shot gun and threatened their lives. Loving called the cops. However, instead of taking a police report or questioning Tumm, they violently arrested Loving. The encounter was captured on camera. Loving’s arrest continues to highlight racial injustices and tension with police. Obviously there’s a huge between White and Black people when cops are involved. On Tuesday night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon , the Roots MC quickly name-dropped the candidates running for the highest office in the land. “We’ve got Warren in the race, and she’s ready to rock/ We’ve got Julian and Harris pulling up on the block/ Cory Booker and Delaney have the bald game locked/ And Bernie’s back again, he’s lookin’ like he got shot,” Thought rhymed before dropping a few more candidates and a Hip-Hop long shot. “And then Beto’s there, and Biden gives a massage/ It’s only 2019, and it’s anyone guess/ Oh, and we’re still waiting to hear from Mr. Kanye West.” If you thought Donald Trump was an emotionally unstable “commander-in-chief” can you imagine what a self-professed bipolar disordered Presidential candidate would be like? Good luck to everybody. No disrespect to Omari because he’s my brother. But despite being behind bars, Juelz Santana is still facing legal trouble. The Dip Set rapper is in danger of losing his luxury condo to foreclosure – again – after not paying the mortgage in more than six months, BOSSIP has learned. Wells Fargo Bank sued Juelz last month, alleging that the rapper hadn’t made payments on his mortgage since July 2018 and it wants him out ASAP. Juelz bought the 2,300 square foot condo in 2005 for $540,000 and financed it in part with a $486,000 mortgage with 8.5 percent interest rate, his mortgage states. He agreed to make monthly payments of $3,754 for 30 years to pay for the home. The property is now valued at $391,000, according to Zillow, and is located in a tony Northern New Jersey housing development that was once home to the Notorious BIG. Wells Fargo’s suit marks the third time in two years that Juelz has battled foreclosure proceedings, according to court papers. The bank wants either the money owed on the mortgage or the home sold in order to recover its costs. It also wants Juelz banned from having any stake in the condo’s equity. We exclusively revealed that Juelz has battled to keep his home off the foreclosure rolls for years. But with him now behind bars until at least 2020, it may be harder than ever to come up with the money to get out of the debt. While he was out on bail in his federal gun case, Juelz did not live at the condo, but in the next county over with his now wife, Kimbella , and their two children. On top of the foreclosure suit, Juelz’s homeowner’s association also sued him last month for stopping payment on his condo’s common charges, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. The Courts of Glenpointe Condominium Association alleged Santana owed more than $7,000 in maintenance and late fees and hasn’t paid the house bills since Dec. 2018. The association wants the charged paid in full, along with attorney fees, according to the complaint. Juelz’s lawyer hadn’t responded to either lawsuit as of Monday.

According to TMZ , the Nigerian brothers, Ola and Abel Osundairo, have now confirmed that the $3,500 check that Jussie wrote to them was indeed for “training and nutrition”. During their self-aggrandizing press conference, Superintendent Eddie Johnson made a big deal of the “fact” that Jussie wrote the check specifically for the staged hate crime. The bros appear to be siding with Jussie on this particular aspect and that leaves a lot of room to speculate about what else CPD has fudged in their 16 count indictment against the Empire actor. So, did the cops blatantly lie? Are the bros now covering for Jussie? Why did they take so long to address this? WHAT THE HELL IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING HERE?!?!
