Now, in the Khloe-centric corners of social media, you’re liable to hear talk about how Tristan ditched Khloe on what should have been the most memorable days of her life. But he’s in Boston to do the thing that he does for money, and surely even the Kardashians understand such plebeian concepts as “jobs” and “obligations.” So no, Tristan is not to be blamed for leaving Khloe alone on Mother’s Day. But that doesn’t change the fact that her situation is sort of a bummer. By all accounts, Khloe still sees a future with her baby daddy, and she’s still talking about her desire to marry Tristan some day. So just two months ago, if you’d told her she would be stranded in Cleveland wondering if her man will be able to keep it in his pants for the few days he’ll be out of town, she probably wouldn’t have believed you. Those closest to Khloe are said to be hoping that she’ll come to her senses and kicks Tristan to the curb. Teen Mom OG viewers will recognize Amber Baltierra, the sister of Tyler Baltierra. While Tyler has recently discussed the fact that he is bipolar , Amber has her own troubles. Hers, it seems, have been getting worse. And now it is revealed that she will be checking herself in to a 90-day stint in rehab. But why ? Amber tells fans that she is going away by sharing a couple of (filtered) photos of her children, writing on Instagram: “These two. They are my rock. My motivation. My inspiration.” That’s exactly what we want to hear from any parent. “The reason I breathe and wake up every day.” At times, her message slips from being about her children to being directed at her children. “Mommy loves you [two] more than you guys may know right now.” She says that she is doing this for them. “You both deserve nothing but the best and I will give that to you.” In talking about how much she will miss her kids, she reveals how long she will be away. “I’m gonna miss you these 90 days.” That’s a very long time. But she knows that they will be okay. “I know dad and everyone else will keep you busy this summer.” Her thoughts will always be with her children. “Just know I love you both with every fiber in me.” This step, which she is taking for herself, will also help her to be their parent. “When mom gets home she’s gonna be the best woman I can be and an even better mom.” Teen Mom fans already understand that Catelynn Lowell’s mental illness does not make her a bad mom. So surely they can understand that Amber’s troubles don’t meant hat she loves her kids any less. She does not explain why she is entering rehab, but she does write: “I’ll pray for your comfort and happiness everyday I’m not with you.” That is so sweet. “Show the world [you’re] my babies and you guys are strong and can get through anything.” And she shares some words of inspiration with them: “Because well, you got Baltierra blood and it don’t get stronger than that” Her estranged husband, Billy Wade Elkins Jr., tells RadarOnline that Amber Baltierra will undergo treatment at a Texas rehab facility. And she’s leaving very soon. “She’s going to Texas. She leaves Friday.” Her father, Butch Baltierra, had already confirmed that she would be doing a stint in rehab. Though Amber did not specify why she is entering rehab, it is reported that this may be for relationship issues as well as alleged drug use. We hope that this experience helps her. (Also, check out this throwback that she shared of her and Tyler) One insider claims to RadarOnline that, in their opinion, Amber is going to rehab as a sort of … vacation? “I think it’s an excuse to ditch her responsibility as an adult.” They say that she is no genuinely trying to change. “Not to really get any help.” This source does not expect to be overwhelmed by the results of Amber’s 90 days away. “I’d be very surprised if she came out changed for the better.” This insider also thinks that it may be some sort of stunt. “Amber in my opinion is only going to therapy for attention and what it does for the show.” Overall, this person clearly does not think highly of Amber. “She’s just irresponsible, immature, so maybe it’ll get her act together.” Yikes. We wish Amber Baltierra the best of luck during her rehab stint. We can only imagine how much she will miss her children. She’s planning to be gone until August , folks. Source: Gary Miller / Getty This is gonna be dope! Chance the Rapper is set to join the already star-studded cast of DreamWorks’ Trolls 2 , which is the sequel to the 2016 animated film. Sam Rockwell has also been announced as joining the ensemble of the original film’s stars Justin Timberlake , James Corden , and Anna Kendrick , according to reports from Deadline . The original animated film grossed $346.8M worldwide, and not only that, but it also earned Justin Timberlake an Oscar nominated for his track “Can’t Stop The Feeling.” We can probably expect this sequel to be just as successful, and it is set to debut in theaters sometime in the Spring of 2020. In addition to voicing one of the film’s characters, Chance will also be recording brand new songs for the soundtrack. Chris deFaria, president of DreamWorks Animation Film Group said about the additions, “We are thrilled to have these talented artists join the cast of ‘ Trolls 2 .’ This film, like the first, gives our cast an opportunity to show their performance range—integrating comedy, adventure, and emotion with centerpiece musical numbers that resonate with fans across the globe,” according to Variety . He continued on saying, “This second film will be every bit as unique in design, and we can’t wait for audiences to experience the adventurous journey our filmmakers are taking Poppy, Branch, and all of the Trolls on next.” The sequel tells the story of a mysterious threat that puts Trolls across the land in danger. In response to this threat, Poppy, Branch, and their band of friends must go on an epic quest through unfamiliar lands to create harmony among the feuding Trolls and “unite them against certain doom.” This will be an exciting adventure for the rapper, as this is set to be Chance’s first feature-length voice acting role.

Jill Duggar is generally not one to make waves. The second-eldest daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, Jill has spent the majority of her life meeting the demands of her ludicrously strict upbringing. On the reality shows that made her family famous, Jill quickly emerged as a fan favorite, modest enough to appeal to the fundamentalist segment of the Duggars’ fan base, but independent enough to give hope to those who watch in … that she and her sisters will one day break away. When Jill married Derick Dillard in 2014, however, her public image took a turn for the worse. Brash and abrasive where Jill was meek and kind, Derick quickly became a divisive figure amongst Duggar fans. Last year, Derick was fired from Counting On after making comments about fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings that many considered transphobic. Jill quit the show in a gesture of solidarity, thus leaving her young family with no source of income. These days, Jill has a lot of time on her hands, and she often uses it to post on social media, despite the fact that her content frequently disturbs fan. This week Jill posted a list of prayers for her children that many took as evidence of bigotry. The items on the list were mostly innocuous concerns, such as “Their salvation,” “That they would be kept morally pure,” “That they would love each other.” But the last prayer struck a nerve with fans, many of whom considered it further evidence of Jill’s transphobia. The response from Instagram users was swift and harsh, with some accusing Jill of rank hypocrisy: “But it’s ok to be a homophobic, cheating molester who is literally making money from having their family on a reality show,” wrote one fan. The comments seem to refer to both Josh Duggar – who molested five young girls while living under his parents’ roof – and Derick Dillard, whose homophobia has been well-documented over the years. Now, Jill is criticized on social media quite regularly, with followers taking issue with everything from her parenting to her wardrobe. But this time is different in that Jill actually replied: “I have never said those actions were ok.” That may seem like a very mild response, but as many have pointed out, it constitutes the first time that Jill has expressed any misgivings about the behavior or beliefs of her brother and husband. Perhaps this is the beginning of a new day for Jill. Maybe she’ll finally join the rest of the world in calling out the male members of her family for their more problematic actions. What seems more likely, however, is that Jill has simply grown tired of being lumped in with men like Derick and Josh. Some feel that she’s complicit with their behavior, while others see Jill as a victim. Whatever the case, she’s clearly fed up with being associated with the more shameful aspects of her family history. Look, we really don’t want to do this. We don’t want to write about Kanye West. The rapper is either suffering from a mental breakdown, in which case he needs professional help… … or he’s just saying crazy and disturbing stuff to build up publicity for his next two albums, in which case: eff you, dude. But the rapper, who can’t stop fawning over Donald Trump , said something so ridiculous during a visit to TMZ headquarters on Tuesday afternoon that we can’t help ourselves. We have to write about it. We would not be doing our job as a celebrity gossip website otherwise. In an outlandish nutshell, West said African-Americans only had themselves to blame for being enslaved. “I am in hip-hop, but I’m not just in hip-hop,” Kanye opened, while talking to the hosts of TMZ Live. He then continues: “I’m a black person in the black community, but I’m not just that. I feel like one thing is that people try to minimize me… I’m always going to represent that, but I also represent the world.” Okay, we guess. Go on, ‘Ye… “You hear about slavery for 400 years. For 400 years? That sounds like a choice,” he said, to the consternation and confusing of those around him, adding: “Like, that was there for 400 years and it’s all of y’all? It’s like, we’re mentally in prison. I like the word ‘prison’ because slavery is too direct to the idea of blacks. “Like Holocaust is Jews, slavery is blacks. So prison is something that unites us as one race, whites and blacks being one race. The human race.” Where do we even begin with nonsense such as this? For historical fact, the Civil War ended in 1861. Backtrack 400 years and the the year is 1461, three decades before Christopher Columbus set foot on America and about three-hundred years before America defeated Great Britain in the Revolutionary War. So we have no clue where Kanye got his “400 years” from. Putting that aside, however, it should go without saying that even the mere hint of slavery as a “choice” made by black people is incredibly offensive. Which is why TMZ employee Van Lathan (pictured below) stepped in. “Do you feel that I am being free and that I’m thinking free?” Kanye asked the room, which promoted Lathan to say the following: I actually don’t feel think you’re thinking anything. I think what you’re doing right now is actually the absence of thought. The reason that I feel that is because Kanye, you’re entitled to you’re opinion. You’re entitled to believe whatever you want, but there is fact and real world real life consequence behind everything that you just said. While you are making music and being an artist and living the life that you earned by being a genius, the rest of us in society have to deal with these threats to our lives. We have to deal with the marginalization that’s come from the 400 years of slavery that you said for our people, was a choice. Frankly, I’m disappointed, I’m appalled and brother, I’m unbelievably hurt by the fact that you have morphed into something, to me, that’s not real. Now, yes, this all took place in front of TMZ cameras and could all have been some staged publicity stunt. But even so, Lathan says everything perfectly here. It’s not “freedom” of thought, as Kanye likes to say, to just spout anything that enters your head. That’s sort of what a mentally imbalanced person does, screaming anything and everything without stopping to think if it actually makes sense. It’s especially galling, as Lathan also points out, for a mega rich celebrity to be saying this stuff because, let’s face it, Kanye West is going to be just fine. He won’t be negatively affected in any real way by Donald Trump’s policy, but low-income African-Americans will be. It’s easy for Kanye to sit in his ivory tower and saddle up on his high horse and show support for Trump or say something dumb like slavery was a “choice.” He’ll just go home to his mansion, laugh at his number of Twitter followers and make love to his millionaire wife. Twitter is very much Team Van when it comes to this back-and-forth. For someone who considers himself to be oh so “real,” Kanye lives in nothing resembling the real world. After his exchange with Lathan, West walked across the newsroom and said to him: “Bro, I’m sorry I hurt you.” So there he goes. There’s a start. If Kanye rethinks pretty much every attitude he has on life and says the same thing to the rest of the country, we may actually get somewhere.
