Black Women Do Be Sucking D Y’all

Original post:

Source: Dann Tardif / Getty I make my living talking to women. Black Women particularly. And in our colorful   conversations filled with numerous topics ranging from eyebrows to periods to the latest Game of Thrones episode, we talk about sex.   And no I’m not talking about “oh and then we made love on a bed of roses” romanticised lady-like sex, we talk about how you lifted it up and pounded it out and left me on a bed of my juices dead.   Sorry, it’s the truth.   And head is never something I’ve heard omitted from the sexual conversation. I can’t ignore the history of Black women’s relationship with fellatio. I can tell you in middle school and up until college people would talk about it with a scrunched up “oooo that’s nasty” stank face.   But then we grew up.   Foreplay is an essential part of sex and any sexually active adult should know that by now. While I can’t deny that I’ve heard women talk about feeling insecure about their skills or maybe not porn star Angel grapefruit  confident about it, I haven’t heard a grown Black woman say “oh I would never do that.” Sunday night’s episode of I nsecure and it’s subsequent head discussion came off rather, immature. It reminds me of those 90 rap lyrics when men were really talking about going down on women like it was a thing for the simps and “nice guys” But every grown ass man knows successfully going down on a woman is a grown ass man’s sport. And I feel that modern day Black woman takes the same pride in her head game. Now, the final load shot in Issa’s eye could teeter the line of disrespect depending on who you ask. My camp, I say sex is messy and shit happens and he gave her a warning. Other women could say “well that ain’t her man and he should’ve known better.” I can’t judge either perspective. But I will say among my cohort of bad ass, brilliant sexually liberated friends, head is not taboo. It is celebrated and when done well, a bragging right.   The Insecure narrative around head was just a little too 1989 in my opinion. Head is not reserved for White girls and hoes and freaks and ‘get on your knees man pleasers.’ It’s an important part of sex. Let’s grow up. Take the poll: Take Our Poll Editors note (since y’all be trippin) my opinions are isolated to my experiences with the Black girl friends I’ve acquired from LA to NY. This is NOT ALL BLACK WOMEN.   RELATED LINKS Why Black Men Can’t Forgive Issa But They Can Forgive Themselves For Cheating Safe Sex: Issa Rae Promises To Show More Condoms On ‘Insecure’ Season 3 Why Every Woman Should Be Repurposing Her Nudes

Emma Roberts on a Floatie of the Day

Emma Roberts is one of my favorite celebrity daughters, mainly because her dad is hardly a celebrity and more of a deadbeat failure who won at celebrity and fell off fast because he took the “see I can be the top of my game”….win the awards then fuck off to have fun…approach to life…it’s like why bother, when you prove you can do it…. I don’t know why I like her, but I do, so fuck yourself… The post Emma Roberts on a Floatie of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepFather.com .

Prayers Up: Houston Hit By ‘Catastrophic’ Flooding From Hurricane Harvey

BRENDAN SMIALOWSKI/AFP/Getty Images Houston Hit By Flooding After Harvey Houston residents are being urged to “shelter in place” or wait on top of their roofs for rescue after the damning effects of Hurricane Harvey. The storm which was a category 4 at landfall dumped torrential rain on the city and southeast Texas causing hundreds of water rescues. “This is a life-threatening situation,” said Michael Palmer, lead meteorologist at the Weather Channel. According to NBC News , the U.S. Coast Guard said it was conducting urban search and rescue operations in the greater Houston area and that its local command center had received more than 300 requests. “Currently there are five MH-65 Dolphin Helicopters conducting rescues,” the statement said. Hurricane Harvey’s claimed at least two lives. One person was found dead in a vehicle in Houston on Saturday night and another died in a house fire in Aransas County that rescuers could not reach because of flooding. So far, President Trump who told residents in the storm’s path “good luck”, has tweeted that this is the “worst storm/hurricane” some people have ever seen. So Katrina, that claimed over 1,000 lives never happened, huh? Many people are now saying that this is the worst storm/hurricane they have ever seen. Good news is that we have great talent on the ground. — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 27, 2017 Prayers up to the folks in Houston and surrounding areas.

Girl Bye! Stacey Dash Blames Intern For Tweet That Called Auntie Maxine A ‘Media Buffoon’

Here is the original post:

Source: Tommaso Boddi / Getty After being dragged to hell and back on Twitter for calling  Congresswoman Maxine Waters a “media buffoon,” Stacey Dash is now doing some serious backtracking. The fired FOX news talking head claims it was her intern who sent the out-of-pocket Tweet in response to Waters inspirational speech on BET’s Black Girls Rock awards . Remember, the 79-year-old told the crowd, “ I know I’m simply a strong black woman. I am you and you are me. We have power, we have influence, we can do things others have told us we can’t do. I don’t care how big you are, I don’t care how high you think you are. If you come for me I’m coming for you.” Source: Gilbert Carrasquillo / Getty Apparently, Dash wasn’t here for that. “This is how you spin a corrupt media buffoon sucking up her late in life 15 minutes,” the Clueless actresses Tweeted on Thursday. Why wait a day later?  Instead, she was too busy defending herself and insinuating that Waters is a liar. Better yet: If she really didn’t send that Tweet ,  why hasn’t she deleted it? The museum’s sports curator, Damion Thomas, told USA Today,   “The National Museum of African American History and Culture has nearly 40,000 items in our collection. The Colin Kaepernick collection is in line with the museum’s larger collecting efforts to document the varied areas of society that have been impacted by the Black Lives Matter movement.” Edwards told the museum, “I said, ‘Don’t wait 50 years to try to get some memorabilia and so forth on Kaepernick. Let me give you a game jersey, some shoes, a picture. … And it should be put right there alongside Muhammad Ali. He’s this generation’s Ali.’” The National Museum of African American History and Culture, located in Washington, D.C., features an exhibit dedicated to sports that “demonstrates the centrality of African American contributions and challenges to contemporary American culture and politics.”

Emma Stone Unseats Jennifer Lawrence as Highest Paid Actress!

Talking about the highest paid actors and actresses in Hollywood is a bit like debating the superiority of Michael Jordan over LeBron James. We’re talking about people who are so very much at the top of their game that us peasants here on the ground look like ants to them. Still, it makes for interesting conversation, particularly when you’re talking about the women of Hollywood, who continue to fight tooth and nail for income equality. Each year, Forbes releases its list of the highest paid actresses, and the names at the top usually remain relatively unchanged. That’s not terribly surprising, as Hollywood actresses are given a narrow window of opportunity in which to ply their trade and the top earners tend to come from a very small pool of a talent. As a result, there are no women of color and no one over the age of 50 on this year’s top ten list. It’s a sad reminder of the inequality in the American film industry and the ways in which it disproportionately affects women.  But while things mostly remained the same as they ever were, there was one major change on this year’s list: With $26 million in earnings over the past 12 months, Emma Stone has dethroned reigning queen Jennifer Lawrence as this year’s highest-paid actress. Most of that sum comes from Stone’s La La Land payday. The total was well-earned, as Stone’s starpower is widely credited with helping the unlikely smash top $400 million at the box office. Lawrence dropped to the number three spot behind Jennifer Aniston ($25.5 million) this year, but she still pulled in an astonishing $24 million. Both actresses have spoken out about pay inequality in Hollywood, with Stone recently revealing that she’s frequently dealt with studio heads so stubborn that they agreed to pay her what’s she’s worth only after her male co-stars agreed make concessions. “In my career so far, I’ve needed my male co-stars to take a pay cut so that I may have parity with them,” Stone said in a recent interview. “And that’s something they do for me because they feel it’s what’s right and fair. That’s something that’s also not discussed, necessarily: that our getting equal pay is going to require people to selflessly say, ‘That’s what’s fair.’” The rest of the list shakes out like this: 4. Melissa McCarthy —$18 million; 5. Mila Kunis —$15.5 million; 6. Emma Watson —$14; 7. million Charlize Theron —$14 million; 8. Cate Blanchett —$12 million; 9. Julia Roberts —$12 million; 10. Amy Adams —$11.5 million Impressively, none of the top-earning females leaned on high-profile comic book properties or existing cinematic universes to make the list. As for the lack of diversity, we can only hope that Hollywood will remedy the situation going forward. If the 2017 Academy Awards taught us anything, it’s that too often, real change occurs only when those who recognize injustice band together to make their voices heard.
