Source: 2K / NBA 2K20 NBA Live took the big step of integrating the WNBA and its superstars into the game two years ago. Many began to wonder if the NBA 2K franchise would eventually follow suit. That question has been answered today (August 8), 2K revealed that all 12 WNBA teams and its superstars will be in the NBA 2K20 . With NBA Live 20 pushed all the way back , NBA 2K20 picked up the ball dropped by EA. In the developer video introducing the WNBA to 2K, we see Candace Parker, and Breanna Stewart getting their motion capture on. In the 1:47 clip we get to see the ladies in action and the gameplay looks very accurate. The players we see in the video do look visually accurate, which is a significant improvement from the generic scans NBA Live used of the WNBA players. Speaking on her addition to the top-selling video game Candace Parker added: “Growing up, I always remembered watching male athletes on TV and playing as them in video games. Now, to have the WNBA be in the position we are and to have women featured prominently in NBA 2K20, we are allowing young girls and boys to have female athletes as role models. The 2K team has done an amazing job of making sure to not just put women into the game playing men’s basketball, but I’ve seen first-hand the hard work they’re doing to make this as real and authentic as possible to women’s basketball. The NBA 2K League’s first female player had to ball with a male avatar during the season. Hopefully now with the inclusion of the WNBA into the game that will change. So I took my earnings from the commercial and moved to New York city and from that point I signed with two different agencies and the rest is history.” That history includes walking in shows at New York Fashion Week and leaving behind a part-time job at Forever 21 to spend days smizing on set. “I’ve working with a lot of different brands. The new VS rep is Brazilian beauty Valentina Sampaio , who revealed that she had the new gig on Instagram. The 22-year-old uploaded a beautiful pic of her in a bathrobe while behind the scenes for a PINK photshoot. Sampaio being recruited is groundbreaking and will hopefully help the lingerie company boost their sales. According to 9To5Mac , the iPhone 11 will feature the company’s new A13 chip under the hood and will be bringing back the lighting port despite rumors of moving away from it. All three iPhone 11 models will feature the same screen resolution of its predecessors, Two of them will have 3x OLED Retina display. The “Max” version of the iPhone 11 will have a 2x Liquid Retina display. The iPhone 11 will also be moving away from 3D Touch reportedly and will introduce a new type of Taptic Engine codenamed leap haptics. 9To5Mac reports that changes introduced with iOS 13 and a combination of hardware improvements will make the transition from 3D Touch to the new Haptic Touch a smooth one. The goal is not to make customers upset about losing what they have grown accustomed too. As for the most essential feature, the camera, the iPhone 11 will have significant upgrades in that department. YES, that eye-sore, the raised box on the back of the phone will house the cameras. Bloomberg broke the news the extra space in the box will be occupied by a camera that is capable of capturing wide-angle photos. The new camera will have a new feature called Smart Frame. It will reportedly allow users to make adjustments to the framing or “perform automatic perspective and crop corrections in post.” The extra information will be deleted automatically for privacy reasons.
