Bill Cosby Hires Private Investigators To Expose Secrets Of Accusers After accusing the media of running a vicious smear campaign against him by simply reporting on the rape scandal that has been haunting him since September, Bill Cosby has now apparently hired a team to tear down and discredit his accusers one by one. Via NewYorkPost : Bill Cosby has hired a battalion of private investigators to dig up dirt on his many accusers, The Post has learned. The comedian, fighting an onslaught of accusations that he sexually assaulted more than two dozen women over many years, is paying six-figure fees to private investigators for information that might discredit his alleged victims. Multiple sources confirmed that Cosby, through his Hollywood attorney Martin Singer, is implementing a scorched-earth strategy in which anything negative in his accusers’ pasts is fair game. At least one Glendale, Calif.-based firm with a half-dozen former LAPD detectives on staff is muckraking for Cosby, a source said. “If you’re going to say to the world that I did this to you, then the world needs to know, ‘What kind of person are you? Who is this person that’s saying it?’ ” Cosby told his legal and public-relations team at a recent meeting, according to an insider who was present. “You can’t say that I put something in your coffee, threw you in a cab and then you go on and live a high-profile life, a famous life and you never complain,” Cosby said, referring to supermodel Beverly Johnson, who claimed “America’s Dad” spiked her cappuccino during a visit to his home in the 1980s, the source said. “You mean you never reported it to the police? You never tell anyone?” The source continued: “The strategy isn’t new and it’s quite simple: You say I’m a bad guy, well, let’s see what gives you the right to throw a stone at my house when your home is also made of glass.” The accusers mainly say they waited to avoid this very consequence…and it seems that no matter what time frame they report their story they face the same fate. Wow, that didn’t take long… Joe Manganiello And Sofia Vergara Get Engaged After only 6 months of dating, True Blood & Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello proposed to Latina MILF Sofia Vergara over the Christmas holiday — and she happily accepted. Via TheHollywoodGossip : It looks like Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes may have some competition in the most physically flawless offspring department. Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are reportedly engaged, and if those two decide to procreate we might wind up with the first instance of a fetus signing a modeling contract. Mangianello and Vergara began dating in July of this year. She had just gotten out of a long-term relationship that nearly led to marriage, and he had just been named Hollywood’s hottest bachelor, so we guess the timing was perfect. Vergara and Manganiello are currently in Hawaii to celebrate the holidays and Joe’s 38th birthday (December 28). They haven’t confirmed the engagement via social media, but sources tell Radar Online that it’s definitely a done deal, and that Vergara has been eagerly showing off her massive new ring to anyone who cares to check it out. Vergara has described sex with Manganiello as “the best” she’s ever had, so perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised that these two moved so quickly. Still, if this is gonna work, homeboy better land a new full-time gig ASAP. True Blood is over, but Modern Family shows no signs of slowing down. All the pecs in the world aren’t gonna save Joe’s sense of masculinity when his wife’s out making that long network TV paper and he’s home cleaning the cat box. Congrats to the happy couple! With Halloween upon us, Phil created “Awesomeland,” Mitch went to court in costume and Jay tried to be Prince Charming on Modern Family Season 6 Episode 6 . What a disappointment, then, that she had to work. Taking her place to make the scariest Halloween haunted house in the neighborhood was Phil, who had other ideas to shake things up a bit this year. Instead of a haunted house? “Awesomeland.” As its name may imply, this destination consisted of all things happy. Places, characters, costumes, you name it. This is like Willy Wonka’s factory on ‘roids. Not what you would expect, but give him points for originality. Well, at least until Claire found out from the new neighbors that there is a scariest house contest, basically the culmination of her life long love of Halloween. Phil’s awesome decor was scrubbed in favor of an “insane asylum from hell” with the kids, which didn’t go over well with neighbor Amber for one reason: She was once in an actual asylum. Claire took down her surprisingly offensive decorations and Phil put Awesomeland back up … only to realize Amber lied to them so that she could win the contest. Trick or treat! While this was going on, Lily dressed as Where’s Waldo, which meant Cam tried to overcompensate for spending so much time at football practice. Thanks to Mitch, he realized he wasn’t doing as badly as a dad as he might have thought, even if he’s not that good at finding Waldo. Like at all. He’s terrible. Meanwhile, Jay purchased a Prince Charming costume. Donning the wig, he realized he misses having hair, but luckily Gloria made him feel better about it. What did you think of the episode?

Our personal favorite moment of Elizabeth’s career came when she was fully clothed, however.
