Not only did Sofia Vergara wake up this morning to discover that she’s been nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series , she also woke up secure in the knowledge that she’s TV’s most well-paid woman. Sofia tops Forbes Magazine ‘s annual list of the highest-paid actresses on the boob tube, earning a whopping $19 million in the past 12 months thanks to her roles on Modern Family and in three feature films, her clothing line, and her lucrative endorsement deals with Pepsi, Cover Girl, and Comcast. Fred Willard Arrested for Public Masturbation

Fred Willard has been arrested for allegedly pulling a Pee-Wee Herman. According to TMZ sources, the 78-year old comedian ( Modern Family , For Your Consideration , American Wedding ) was booked last night after undercover LAPD officers entered the Tiki Theater in Hollywood – and discovered Willard with his pants down and his hand around his penis. Talk about giving a whole new meaning to Best in Show ! Willard was cited for lewd conduct and released from custody not long after he was taken in around 8:45 p.m. local time. As for what films may have led to such a mess? The three in the theater’s rotation at the moment are: Follow Me 2 , Step Dad No. 2 and a parody of The Client List . Really an amateur move here on Willard’s part. He could have stayed at home and legally enjoyed the actual Client List. He has seen those Jennifer Love Hewitt ads for it, right?

Sofia Vergara: Engaged to Nick Loeb?

Are Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb back together … and engaged? The actress received an early birthday present on Tuesday when she got engaged to her longtime businessman boyfriend, according to E! News. Loeb popped the question in Mexico, where Vergara is in the midst of a week-long celebration of her 40th birthday with family and friends. However, People Espanol tells something of a different story . One source says that there was a ring given to Sofia, but other sources say the actress “does not consider herself engaged.” An unnamed Mexico-based rep for the star also told People Espanol that “As of today, Sofia Vergara is not engaged.” So consider yourself as confused by this story as Jay is by her accent in some of those always-hilarious Modern Family quotes . In any case, she and Nick broke up in May, but reconciled in June. According to the National Enquirer, Loeb is a raging sex addict who hires hookers and often engages in multi-partner orgies. He also loves strip clubs. Two prostitutes have come forward with shocking claims regarding the businessman and insist that Modern Family star Vergara is “in the dark.” “[Nick] just can’t get enough,” says one of his alleged escorts, Bianca. “He’ll party with anyone from 2-5 girls, usually in luxury hotel penthouses, with porn playing on all the TVs, lines of cocaine laid out and liquor flowing like water.” “He takes large doses of Viagra and provides sex toys, lingerie and drugs, including E.” “He doesn’t use it but he likes the girls to take it because he believes it makes them enjoy sex more. Justin Bieber Performs "Boyfriend" at Billboard Music Awards

The 2012 Billboard Music Awards were in full swing Sunday night, with Justin Bieber among the music mega-stars hand to perform in Las Vegas. Biebs became the first name on the list of Billboard Music Award winners , taking home Top Social Artist honors and addressing his many fans. JB went on to perform his new hit song “Boyfriend.” Watch below! Justin Bieber – “Boyfriend” (Billboard Music Awards) “I just want to say how much of a blessing it’s been… the past three or four years, growing up in front of everybody,” Justin said emotionally. “I want to thank all my fans worldwide, because the Internet is where I got my start, and all my fans have helped me get to this position.” Modern Family star and BMA co-host Julie Bowen asked the audience to pay their respects to Robin Gibb , the Bee Gees member who died Sunday. Other performances honored the late Adam “MCA” Yauch, Queen of Disco Donna Summer, and of course Jordin Sparks’ tribute to Whitney Houston .

Mr. Skin’s Fall TV Report: ABC [VIDEO]

Upfront Week is taking place in Los Angeles this week as all the major networks (and some not-so-major ones) roll out the red carpet and present their lineups for the Fall 2012 season. ABC recently lost their #1 spot in the ratings to CBS, a position they’re hoping to retake this fall. The network renewed the sitcoms Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23 , Happy Endings , and Suburgatory as well as the bikini-clad drama Revenge , and will continue to provide us with our weekly Sofia Vergara fix on Modern Family . Less lucky were the Ashley Judd drama Missing and the Christina Ricci drama Pan Am , which will now join the Charlie’s Angels reboot in TV Heaven. But the real exciting news for this fall comes in the form of new series starring some of Mr. Skin’s favorites, like Addison Timlin , Autumn Reeser , and Hall-of-Famer Alyssa Milano. Sarah Hyland stars on ABC’s Modern Family , a sitcom about, well, a very tight-knit modern family. But no tale about the Pritchetts or the Dunphys can match this actress’ real-life experience, as she tells Seventeen this month: her dad gave Hyland a kidney! The 21-year old suffered for years from kidney dysplasia and underwent life-saving kidney transplant surgery just last month. “You know that family is always going to be there for you – no matter what. My dad gave me a freaking’ kidney!” Hyland tells the magazine. “But its also the families that you create outside of your family. And you really find out what kind of people you’re friends with. It was just amazing, and it really opened my eyes to see who’s there for me and who’s not.” Hyland, who says she’s grateful for this “second chance at life” is dating actor Matt Prokop. “He helps me with my medication and takes me to doctor appointments and all the stuff that I need to do to take care of myself. Any other 21-year-old guy would not be there, I guarantee it,” she says. “I am one of the luckiest people in the world to have him be there for me.”

Sofia Vergara Splits with Nick Loeb

Sofia Vergara and her breasts are single once again. The Modern Family beauty has split with her boyfriend of two years, Nick Loeb, according to The New York Post, which cites sources who say the couple argued all weekend before pulling the plug on its relationship. Vergara proceeded to attend Monday’s Met Ball in New York City alone. “Sofia was confiding in friends at the ball that she and Nick have split ,” an insider tells the newspaper. “They have been fighting a lot recently and have been on the brink of splitting many times. It is not yet clear if they are over for good, but they are done as a couple for now.” Loeb is the grandson of one of the Lehman brothers and served as a partner in his family’s firm until it went under as part of the financial crisis. That’s cuz the actor and his wife have just adopted another little girl to add to their own “modern family.” Via Us Weekly : Modern Family star Ty Burrell and wife Holly have adopted their second baby girl, the actor’s rep confirms to E! News. Their daughter joins big sister Frances, 2. The Burrell family has chosen to keep the details of their recent adoption — including their daughter’s name — private for now. Like his character on the ABC comedy, Burrell already feels like his daughter Frances is growing up too fast. “I am just in complete denial that she’ll ever be over 13,” the Emmy Award winner, 44, told Us Weekly at The Paley Center for Media’s PaleyFest in Beverly Hills Wednesday. “She’s so cute.
