Michelle Pugh: Suing Kelly Osbourne For Tweeting Out Her Number!

She broke up a family and blabbed about her affair with Ozzy Osbourne , but Michelle Pugh refuses to be publicly shamed. The colorist, who had a four-year affair with Ozzy, confirmed to People Magazine that she’s suing Kelly Osbourne for “defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and public disclosure of public facts” after the TV personality shared Pugh’s phone number on Twitter back in May. “Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-lights a blow out and a blowjob call ________,” Kelly tweeted , listing out Michelle’s number. “I am a private individual. I am not a celebrity,” Michelle told People . “My private life is off limits.” Michelle said she sent Kelly a cease and desist letter in May after seeing the Tweet, but alleges it wasn’t immediately taken down.  What’s more, Michelle alleges, she won’t tolerate being bullied or shamed for the affair. “I am not asking for anyone’s approval, but the difference between someone’s disapproval, and shaming and harassing publicly, that’s verbal abuse,” Michelle said in response to her affair with Ozzy. “Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but you are not allowed to bully other people.” Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: BACK TOGETHER, Says Daughter Kelly! Jon Gosselin: Not On Speaking Terms With Twins Maddie and Cara

Someone send Jon Gosselin on an Eat Pray Love retreat. The former TLC star and unofficial Ed Hardy model hasn’t been in the best place since his 2008 divorce from Kate Gosselin. A month ago, one could have said that Jon was doing pretty well as an employee with his local T.G.I Friday’s.  Alas, TMZ ruined everything by outing him, a move that made Jon so furious that he quit. To make matters worse, Jon donated his weekly check to charity (this was confirmed by the restaurant manager). Jon is allowed to feel a little bitter. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight , Jon revealed what his life is like these days as a single dad . He doesn’t see his kids much, which might affect him more than he lets on. “Everybody used to come to my house,” Jon said of his eight kids – twins Maddie, Cara, and sextuplets Alexis, Hanna, Leah, Joel, Aaden and Colin. “You know, it was great, and then Madelyn and Cara just stopped coming, around 12-13 [years old]. I didn’t question it. I was just like, ‘Hey, do what you want, be with your friends’ and then it just became they’re not coming.” The number of Gosselin visitors then dwindled to six. “I was just focusing on the ones that did come and then a couple years went by and then Collin stopped coming. I thought, maybe he just wants to do stuff with Mommy or whatever, and then it became long term.” In fact, Colin and his dad haven’t seen each other in two years.   The last time Jon saw all eight children at once was three or four years ago. Jon told ET that he hasn’t seen all eight of his children in one place in three or four years.    “The kids that I do get are Hannah, Leah, Joel and Aaden. I guess the four have stuck together and said, ‘We’re going to Daddy’s and that’s it.’ And maybe they’ll raise a stink about it or something like that. “Sometimes I get Alexis but not often.” As for his first-born daughters, Jon admitted that they’re not on speaking terms right now. The fractured relationship Jon has with many of his children may stem from the non-existent one he has with Kate. You know, I kind of walked away from everything so that my kids can have a life,” he said. “So that they would be taken care of, in their house, and things wouldn’t change, because I knew I could survive.” On July 26th, Jon issued a threat to the media via Twitter about protecting his family’s privacy. “In the future, don’t tag me in posts with my ex,” he tweeted. “It’s uncalled for and causes drama. Courtney Stodden: SLAMMED For Endangering Her Baby’s Health!

Last month, we learned that Courtney Stodden is pregnant  when the 21-year-old social media star reluctantly confirmed the news to Us Weekly. Since then, Stodden has revealed that she’s struggling with depression  and has been open about the various joys and difficulties (Hooray for morning sickness!) with her many social media followers. Most have been supportive, but you know what they say about online commenters: a lot of them are douche bags! Okay, we may have just made that expression up, but the fact remains that Courtney is on the receiving end of some seriously harsh criticism these days. This is the picture that’s been stirring up controversy since yesterday. As you may have guessed, the issue is not with the Court’s ginormous diamond ring, but with the out-of-focus pill bottles in the background. She captioned the pic, “Diamonds are a girls best friend,” and yes, it was probably a bad idea to quote Marilyn Monroe (who died of a barbiturate overdose) on the icon’s birthday with bottles of pills in the background, but that hardly justifies some of the hateful comments on Courtney’s Instagram page. The concern trolls came out in force to criticize Courtney for “putting her baby at risk” by taking drugs. Fortunately, several fans came to her defense, including moms who attested that they were numerous medications during their own pregnancies. Basically there are two possibilities with this photo: One is that Courtney gave no thought to the pill bottles in the background and just wanted to show off her bling while paying tribute to one of her heroes. The other is that this is some sort of desperate but subtle cry for help. Either way, the answer is not to attack a depressed 21-year-old pregnant woman on social media.

Kim Kardashian Dies; Fowl Play Confirmed

Kim Kardashian is dead. No, not THAT Kim Kardashian. We’re sorry if you were confused there for a moment. As it turns out, Bette Midler revealed to People Magazine on Wednesday night that she owns a chicken named after the famous sex tape star… and that the animal sadly passed away from a yeast infection recently. The legendary singer – who is actually a farming enthusiast and reality TV lover – explained that all of the chickens she cares for in upstate New York are named after Kardashian sisters. Prior to talking to People at this week’s New York Restoration Project’s Spring Picnic event, Midler shared a meme that poked fun at her affection for these birds: She also Tweeted a reference to her chickens, writing the following: “Spent yesterday cleaning out the chicken coop …. The hens are Kim, Kourtney and Khloé. And they’re exactly like their namesakes!” There are way too many jokes we could make here. Midler, of course, has been a surprisingly outspoken critic of this famous family. She mocked Kim’s nude selfie in March by sharing one of her own and she laughed over the crazy Kardashian family tree after Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna announced their engagement. “If Kim wants us to see a part of her we’ve never seen, she’s gonna have to swallow the camera,” Midler hilariously wrote in response to Kardashian’s latest naked photo. This Toddler Just Called the Cops on His Dad

Dialing 911 is not a laughing matter. This is an emergency assistance line that must be kept open unless one or someone one knows is actually in need of emergent assistance. But Robbie Richardson has made it impossible for readers not to at least have a chuckle over his recent actions. A five-year old resident of Massachusetts, Richardson recently called authorities… on his father… because he ran a red light. “He tells me, ‘Hey Dad, you just went through a red light,’” Robbie’s father, Michael Richardson, told CBS Boston. “And I said, ‘No Robbie, you can go through that one as long as you stop and there’s nobody coming you can go.’ “He says, ‘No you can’t. That light was red.’ So we get into the car wash and he says, ‘I’m going to call the police.’” And then Robbie really did call the police! You can hear portions of said call in the video below. “My daddy went past a red light,” Robbie told the 911 operator. “He has a black truck. He was in the brand new car, my mommy’s car.” “And then what happened?” the dispatcher inquired. “And he had to go to the car wash and then he went past the red light,” Robbie replied. The police then asked to speak to Michael, who apologized; both for his actions and for those of his son. “Everyone follows the rules, but not Daddy,” Robbie told the Boston Globe, adding that if it happened again, he wouldn’t call the police. “I’ll call the eye doctor so he can fix his eyes.” This little guy (who wants to be a police officer when he grows up) rules.

Texas Mother Dies In Police Custody 2 Weeks After Car Accident Another black woman has died in a Texas jail , despite pleas from her family asking that law enforcement take her for proper medical treatment. Honey Marshall set up a GoFundMe account on behalf of her 22-year-old sister Symone, who passed away last week leaving her 3-year-old daughter without a mother: On April 26th, 2016, Symone Marshall was ran off the highway by a road rage filled man causing her vehicle to flip over three times and end up in a ditch. When police came to the scene, instead of being taken to a hospital, Symone was held in police custody for two weeks with NO medical attention for not possessing a valid drivers license. Police refused to take her to a hospital to be evaluated by professional doctors, (even with her sister, Honey Marshall calling and requesting for them to do so) which resulted in her dying in jail two weeks later on May 10th, 2016 from a blood clot in her lung. Symone was a loving sister, friend and mother. She didn’t deserve to be held in jail like a criminal and lose her life. This act of careless negligence on behalf of this Texas Jail cost Symone her life at only 22 years old. She leaves behind a precious 3 year old daughter that loved her mommy more than anything in this world and Symone loved her the same. We are seeking 3 things to help us: media attention on this issue, justice for the two weeks of gross negligence that resulted in her death, and donations toward giving Symone a beautiful funeral. We appreciate the love and support. #BlackLivesMatter This campaign was started by Symones sisters, Toni Pruitt & Honey Marshall Really sad stuff right? We just don’t understand how the police allowed this to happen. According to an interview with NY Daily News reporter Shaun King Marshall was experiencing headaches and blackouts — signs she should have received serious medical attention. “My sister Symone moved to Texas for a fresh start in life a few months ago. She was doing good down there, had a job and was about to buy a house. She’s a beautiful person, never been in trouble before and didn’t deserve this,” said Honey Marshall. “When I talked to her from jail, she complained that her head was hurting and she kept blacking out,” said her sister. “I called the jail several times and requested for them to take her to a real hospital and they wouldn’t do so. If they would have this, her death could have been prevented and my sister would still be here. My heart hurts so bad. She was my best friend. I am so angry that they did this to her.” What makes matters worse is that police and jail officials aren’t talking. They declined to comment or release information about the accident to the Daily News and Marshall’s family. The public should be outraged and demanding answers! Kelly Ripa has not been shy about her displeasure with ABC’s handling of Michael Strahan’s departure from Live! With Kelly and Michael . The network, along with her co-host, broke the news to her just minutes before making the announcement public, a move that blindsided her. When she returned to Live! after pulling a no-show then going on a pre-planned vacation, she spoke to the audience about the importance of communication and respect in the workplace. And then she gave a candid, tell-all interview to People magazine. Well, it seems network producers weren’t aware that she’d be speaking out to the press. “They had no idea she was telling her story to the cover of People until after it went to print on Monday,” a source told Radar Online. “She has gone rogue,” adds the source. “She doesn’t trust her bosses anymore and is taking her career into her own hands.” View Slideshow: 11 TV Co-Stars Who Hated Each Other in Real Life So, they didn’t tell her something and she didn’t tell them something. This may have been an oversight,'” she said about the network’s failing to keep her apprised of Strahan’s leaving. But she went on to reiterate her sentiments about professionalism in the workplace. “I think that all people are deserving of fair treatment in the workplace. Coco and Baby Chanel Wear Matching Polka Dot Bikinis on the Beach

Coco Austin is absolutely smitten with her baby girl Chanel. Pretty much since her birth in November, the model’s Instagram account has featured photo after photo of the baby, and we gotta say, the tyke seems to love the camera as much as her mom. Coco and her husband Ice-T took Chanel on her first family vacation in the Caribbean, where they are soaking up the island sun. Just check out the mommy-daughter pair looking adorable in matching polka dot bikinis: “It doesn’t get better than this!” wrote Coco in the caption. We believe her. The pair got some practice modeling swimwear last month, when the lingerie designer shared this photo of baby’s first bikini: “My partner in crime,” she wrote in the caption. “#bikinigirls @babychanelnicole 1st bikini.” While Coco concedes that her daughter is “a little model,” she claims she does not want Chanel to follow in her footsteps. “I want [Chanel] to become like a doctor or scientist. I don’t want her to be who mom is,” she wrote on her blog. “I’m going to try and push her away from the modeling. It’s going to be hard because I’m probably going to have a camera in her face and she’s going to learn how to model but at the same I don’t want her to focus on that as a career. “I want her to do something that I couldn’t do.” Last month during a photo shoot, Coco twerked and danced in lingerie while pushing the baby around in a stroller.
