Thank Me Later track also includes an Aaliyah sample. By Jayson Rodriguez Drake Photo: Cash Money Records Drake has always had love for Aaliyah. Over the weekend, another song from the Toronto MC’s forthcoming debut, Thank Me Later, leaked online, this one featuring a sample of the later singer’s voice. “Unforgettable,” produced by Noah “40” Shebib, also features Young Jeezy. The number begins with Aaliyah softly cooing, “Let me know,” over and over, part of her refrain from “(At Your Best) You Are Love,” which was on her 1994 debut, Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number. “This is really one of my dumbest flows ever, I haven’t slept in days/ And me and my latest girl agreed to go our separate ways,” Drake raps on the track. “So I’m single, thinking about what we had in ‘Missin’ You’/ But I ain’t saying I don’t got nothing for these bad bi—es, too.” Late last year, Drake tweeted a message to fans, hinting that he had an homage to the “Rock the Boat” singer in the works. “I miss Aaliyah,” the rapper wrote in December. “I hope you hear the words in my music and smile knowing you inspired them all.” Jeezy joins Drake on the number, and the two trade rhymes and co-anchor the chorus. “I’m just riding around the city with my hood on and my windows down/ Ask your girl, I’m the realest n—a she been around,” Jeezy raps on the hook. “When I pull up in something new and park it by the haters/ And when you get to talking about the greatest, I just hope that … ” “I just hope that you think about me, you think of me, you think of me,” Drake then sings. ” ‘Cause I’m trying to be unforgettable.” “Unforgettable” is the latest Thank Me Later production to pop up online, joining the Lil Wayne-assisted “Miss Me” and Drake’s first two singles, “Over” and “Find Your Love.” The star-studded track list for Drake’s debut was released last week and includes collaborations with Jay-Z, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz. Diddy Paid A Quiet Visit To See Lil Wayne In Prison

‘No one knew [he was here] until it was time for him to leave,’ our Rikers Island source says. By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Sway Calloway and Rahman Dukes Lil Wayne Photo: MTV News Lil Wayne has been behind bars for almost two months now, and he’s managed to make headlines as if he never went away. The rapper made waves earlier this week for having headphones, a charger and a watch that doubles as an MP3 player in his jail cell, according to a source at Rikers Island who spoke to MTV News. And last week, Diddy visited the Cash Money Records superstar in jail. But according to the same Rikers source, the Bad Boy mogul made more noise in the papers than at the prison facility. “No one knew [he was here] until it was time for him to leave,” the source told MTV News. “You know, also, a lot of the time people don’t want to seem like they’re stargazers, the officers.” Diddy has yet to comment about his Lil Wayne visit. The rapper has picked up a job while at the Eric M. Taylor correctional facility, but with his recent infraction, he may be stripped of his duties as suicide-prevention aide. Prior to his violation, the Rikers Island source said Lil Wayne has blended in with the rest of the prison population. “It’s just day-to-day business, nothing different than anything else,” the source said of the New Orleans MC’s activities. “You got to understand, this is a different type of atmosphere. It’s not like the prisons where you go upstate, to Sing Sing or places like that. This is a medium-security [population], not maximum security.” Are you awaiting Lil Wayne’s release?
