Weezy’s Lawyer Has Cash Money Contract Case Dismissed Lil Wayne has told a judge to dismiss his breach of contract lawsuit against Cash Money Records, Bossip has learned. Weezy’s lawyer, Michael Kramer, filed papers notifying the court that the case was “voluntarily dismissed, without prejudice,” court papers filed April 6 in Manhattan Federal Court show. Wayne’s now-thrown out suit claimed Birdman broke his contract by withholding tens of millions Wayne was supposed to receive for his album “Tha Carter V.” The father of four said in court papers that he is entitled to all Young Money recordings, including Nicki Minaj and Drake. Akinyele Says He Has No Income; Fired From King Of Diamonds Strip Club Rapper Akinyele Adams has filed for bankruptcy after two landlords tried to collect on the more than $22,000 in back rent he owes, Bossip has learned. The rapper, known for his 1996 hit “Put It In Your Mouth,” quietly filed for bankruptcy in Florida last month, claiming that he has no income or property, but owes $500,000 to $1 million. He said he’s so broke, that he didn’t have the money to pay the $335 bankruptcy filing fee and asked the court to waive it. But, astonishingly, Adams’ case was dismissed because he didn’t bother putting his social security number on the filing. That means the landlord of the swanky Flamingo III apartment complex can now move to sue the 43-year-old, and evict him and 26-year-old gal pal Daffini Evans from their $3,000 a month pad. The landlord, MCZ/Cetnrum Flamingo 111, says in documents challenging the bankruptcy that Adams hasn’t paid the rent in months and owes $16,000. Another landlord, Buena Hora LLC, said he owes them nearly $7,000 in rent for an apartment at the Barbizon Beach Club Condo on Ocean Drive, and hasn’t paid the $2,300 a month rent since last November. When his rap career dried up, the serial rent-dodger began managing the King Of Diamonds strip club in Miami – even saying that he owned the place . But he has cut ties with the mammary mecca, saying in his bankruptcy filing that he’s unemployed. “I was fired from my position at work without cause or reason, therefore making it virtually impossible to survive at this point,” Adams wrote in court papers. Adams may have to come up with a new way of making money. More than 30 dancers sued Adams and King Of Diamonds over claims that the club financially exploited them. Rachel Roy Says Damon Dash Hasn’t Made Regular Child Support Payments Despite Earning $2.3 Million Damon Dash hasn’t paid his ex-wife Rachel Roy child support regularly in nearly a year, even though he’s made more than $2 million, Bossip has learned. Roy said in court papers that Dash owes her nearly $42,000 in back child support. “The defendant has put his children in a very difficult position by refusing to pay child support,” Roy said in a sworn affidavit filed in L.A. County Superior Court. “I am the sole support for the two children of the marriage, and they depend on the child support the court has ordered the defendant to pay.” The fashion designer made the shocking claims in a court filing for out-of-state custody of the former couple’s two girls, Ava, 15, and Tallulah, 8. Dash was supposed to pay Roy $6,000 a month in child support as part of the terms of their 2009 divorce settlement, as well as pay for their daughters private school and maintain their two condos in Downtown Manhattan. But Roy said in the affidavit that although Dash made $2.3 million from the sale of the Rachel Roy IP company, Dash is always late in paying the child support as well as one daughter’s school and camp fees. “I have been late paying my bills several times due to the defendants refusal to timely pay his support allegations.” The divorce agreement required Dash to keep the finances in order on their two Manhattan apartments. But Roy found out both were in foreclosure, and Roy paid the condo boards more than $280,000 to stop them from both getting sued. Dash promised Roy to repay the money, but she said he’s only paid $30,000 so far. The couple married in 2004 and split after five years. Meanwhile, Dash has spent the past month ranting against Roy on social media, accusing her of keeping the girls away from him and using them as bargaining chips. “There is a very serious problem in that the defendant seems to feel that agreements and court orders do not require his compliance,” Roy said in the affidavit. “He seems to feel that he can add new conditions and change rules at a whim, and there is no higher authority than him.”
