Congratulations to This Year’s Golden Globe Nominudes [PICS]

This year’s nominees for the Golden Globes have been announced, and the nods include plenty of talent… and skin! It’s nice to see these nude ladies getting the credit they so hardily deserve from Tinseltown’s most titillatingly named award show. The Best Actress in a Drama category features the most nominudes [ nude in the role they were nominated for- SC ], with three of the five delivering the naked goods. Marion Cotillard in Rust and Bone (2012), Naomi Watts in The Impossible (2012), and Rachel Weisz in The Deep Blue Sea (2012). Other highlights include Best Supporting Actress nominude Helen Hunt who made her full-frontal debut in The Sessions (2012), Best Actress In A TV Series – Comedy with a nod to Lena Dunahm for consistently showing her girls in Girls , and Best Actress In A Series, Mini-Series Or TV Movi e acknowledging that Nicole Kidman made us very Gel-horny in Hemingway & Gellhorn (2012). Finally, the Lifetime Award is going to Jodie Foster , who is also a lifetime skinchiever here at Mr. Skin for flashing her pint-sized pair! See pics after the jump!

Movie Nudity Report: Deadfall, Lay the Favorite, Playing for Keeps

Theaters around the country are making up for last week’s dearth of skin by providing a couple of outstanding nudes for your viewing pleasure. First up, Olivia Wilde comes out of a 6-year non-nude streak and gives us a peek at her perky pair as she grinds on top of Charlie Hunnam in Deadfall (2012). Also nude in theaters, That ’70s Show ‘s Laura Prepon makes her nude debut in a topless sunbathing scene for Lay the Favorite (2012). Sadly, Jessica Biel breaks the nude streak by staying fully-clothed in Playing for Keeps (2012), but we still know where to see her playing with peaks ! More after the jump!

It’s a chilly week for theatrical nudity, but Netflix has got a burning hot lineup that will keep you warm at home! First up it’s Sarah Silverman ’s full frontal debut and #2 on Mr. Skin’s Top Ten Nude Scenes of 2012 , Take This Waltz (2012). This SKINstant classic also features the funbags and fur of petite pixie Michelle Williams in three outstanding scenes. If you need more than that, Christina Ricci shows her chichis in Bel Ami (2012), a Roger Corman classic gets a boob-baring update in Attack of the 50ft Cheerleader (2012), and Kim van Kooten bares it all in Phileine Says Sorry (2003). Movie Nudity Report: Breaking Dawn Part 2, Anna Karenina, Silver Linings Playbook

We’ve been basking in glorious movie nudity recently with Helen Hunt making her full frontal debut in The Sessions (2012) and Nadine Velazquez doing the same in Flight (2012). Unfortunately the good times are taking a break this week because there is a dearth of skin in theaters. First up, the big budget teen vampire series The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 (2012) comes to its epic conclusion. There’s no nudity here, but the knowledge that Kristen Stewart goes topless in On The Road (2012) may get your stake pounding. Next slinky stunner Keira Knightley stars as the titular Anna Karenina (2012), but doesn’t show off any of her period pieces. Then Jennifer Lawrence is non-nude in Silver Linings Playbook (2012), but the silver lining is a topless shower scene from nudecomer Brea Bee 14 minutes in. More after the jump!

Here’s some nude news that’ll perk up your cockpit: Early reviews of the new movie Flight (2012) SKINdicate that sitcom star Nadine Velazquez ( My Name is Earl , The League ) makes a full frontal nude debut in the movie. Denzel Washington stars as a hero pilot whose reputation comes under fire thanks to his drinking, drugging, womanizing ways, a point that director Robert Zemeckis hammers home in an unusual (for him, anyway) turn towards the explicit. Here’s what CraveOnline ‘s Fred Topel has to say: “Besides being edgy for a Hollywood movie, this is really dark for Robert Zemeckis. The movie opens with full frontal nudity (Nadine Velazquez, totally integral to the tone, if not to the plot) while Whip is boozing and snorting before the flight.” HitFix’s Drew McWeeny (heh) goes into even more detail: “[W]hen we first see Denzel in this film, in bed with Nadine Velazquez, finishing a beer for breakfast and doing a rail to wake himself up as she walks around the room totally nude. At one point, he gives a sideways glance right up her backside as he talks on the phone, and there is a world weary quality to the beat that is both funny and immediately crushing.” Maybe you were crushed, Drew, but our McWeeny finds this news positively uplifting. You know how actresses are always talking about how they’d go nude “for the right role”? Although she admits she was uncomfortable with nudity earlier in her career, for 49-year-old Helen Hunt , The Sessions (2012) was it. ” I’d never heard of a sex surrogate, and I didn’t even think about it, frankly — I just thought, I never read a good movie, and this is a good movie ,” Helen tells New York Magazine’s Vulture about her racy role. ” She had this enthusiasm and this sense of adventure about sex, and I’d never seen anything like it. ” ” I could tell [writer-director Ben Lewin ] had an interesting take on the whole thing,” Helen says about her choice to go full frontal for the first time in her career. “I felt scared to do the part, but I didn’t feel scared of [nudity]. ” Not that it was easy: ” I had to be vulnerable for so long…I loved it and felt liberated by it, but by the twelfth hour, I just wanted to be in my sweatpants, in my zip-up hoodie, socks on my feet, eating an In-N-Out burger in my bed, ” she says. So should young actresses take on roles that require nudity? ” You gotta pay your rent ,” Helen says. ” You gotta pay your rent, and you have to feel good about your choices, you know what I mean?
