How does that make you feel? It makes me feel extremely blessed. I’m not saying our relationship is perfect. Of course we’ve had our ups and downs, but those hard times have only made us stronger. I’m thankful I have a husband that respects me, not only me but women in general. Of course, he’s had women approach him but he respected me enough to say to them “hey you don’t want to do this. I have too much respect for you, and my wife to ever cross that line.” I’m married to my best friend, we’ve been married for 16 years and we get re-married every year to celebrate our marriage. So you know I have to ask. How do you feel about the petition against Basketball Wives Miami? Honestly I’ve been too wrapped up in my own projects to watch this season of Miami. But I will say I think VH1 is doing a good job of portraying the wives. Of course, they cut and edit things but they are only editing things that we do. I can say I’m very pleased with how I was portrayed on the show. What are you feelings on Basketball Wives LA Season 2? I’m actually excited! I’m a little apprehensive but excited. I know that some of the girls might come back and have a few bones to pick and that’s fine. I believe that we are all grown women and should be able to admit to things that we have said. The he say, she say I don’t deal with it. If you’re grown say I said it, because I’m going to put it all on the table. I read recently that they’re turning BBW’s into a movie. What do you think about that? I’m excited about that. Shaunie and Traci are both friends of mine and I look forward to the movie. Hopefully, they’ll use some of the cast members from both shows in the movie. I’m unsure how it’s going to play out but I wish them the best of luck. ‘I hurt myself, but it was fun,’ she tells MTV News of going toe-to-toe with Charlize Theron in ‘Snow White and the Huntsman.’ By Kevin P. Sullivan, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Kristen Stewart in “Snow White and the Huntsman” Photo: Universal ” Snow White and the Huntsman ” has moviegoers excited for a number of reasons, but few have gotten as much attention as Kristen Stewart ‘s transformation into a full-on action star. During “MTV First: Snow White and the Huntsman,” Stewart and her onscreen nemesis, Charlize Theron , recalled what it was like having to battle each other and their wardrobes. When MTV News’ Josh Horowitz asked what factors led to Stewart joining the film, Theron offered up an explanation of her own. “Kicking my ass?” Theron said. Stewart couldn’t help but agree. “She was signed on for a while, so I was like ‘Charlize? I’ll definitely do it.’ ” When Stewart first signed on to the film, her previous experience with action led her to believe she could do it all. “It’s funny too because I became such a baby on the movie. I was scared of so much that I didn’t think that I was going to be,” she said. “I tasted little bits of action in other movies, and I thought that I was such a huge badass. I was like, ‘I love it. Honestly, I just love how it makes you feel. It feels real. You get to actually do it, and then at the end, you’re not like I faked it.’ I faked a lot. It was hard. I hurt myself, but it was fun.” The epic showdown between Snow White and the Evil Queen turned out to be an exhausting shoot for both Stewart and Theron, who eventually teamed up to make filming a little easier on themselves. “By day two, we kind of looked at each other and were like, ‘We don’t need to start this scene from the beginning to get into it. What’s the shot? Oh, we’re already on the ground? No, no, no, we’ll just be here on the ground,’ ” Theron said. Two-time VMA host will lead the festivities Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. By Kevin P. Sullivan Russell Brand Photo: Dave Hogan/ Getty Images Actor, comedian and two-time Video Music Awards emcee Russell Brand will be your host for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards when they air live from the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The star of the upcoming film “Rock of Ages” will lead the fan-voted awards, which celebrate the year’s biggest films. “This MTV Movie Awards will be more impressive than ‘The Avengers’ and you won’t have to wait an hour for someone to Hulk out,” said Russell Brand. “MTV Movie Awards incorporates two of my favorite things. Movies and Awards. If somehow group sex could be involved it would be the greatest night of my life.” Jesse Ignjatovic, the executive producer for the show, spoke with MTV News about Brand and why he was a clear choice as host. “First of all, I think Russell’s the perfect host for this show,” said Ignjatovic, who previously worked with Brand during his two stints hosting the VMAs. “He’s a movie star. He’s probably one of the most brilliant stand-ups that I’ve seen in his time, and he’s a rock star.” And it’s that rock-and-roll attitude that Ignjatovic said will play an important role in this year’s show, which will highlight the ties between music and film with performances from groups like Fun. Ignjatovic added that Brand’s ability to riff off the unscripted moments in the show really excites him. “Whatever we end up creating around him within the show, he brings that danger thing as well,” Ignjatovic said. “We’d love for the show to live there, where you don’t know how he’s going to react to something in the moment. He’s so sharp and witty and on his game that that’s an exciting place to live.” But when it really comes down to it, what makes Brand the right host, according to Ignjatovic, is his comedy. “He has amazing comedic chops. He’s brilliant. He touches all of the areas that I think are important to us,” he said. “Add to that I think he’s one of the most professional people I’ve worked with in terms of comedians. The lawyer for the two masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault claims others have come forward with similar stories and will join the lawsuit. Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Travolta accuser (John Doe) #1 and #2, says he’s keeping their identities secret because they’re victims of sex crimes. He also says he fears backlash against the men from the powerful actor. Okorocha claims he tried settling the first sexual battery lawsuit involving John Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta’s lawyers they could go through a private judge and keep everything completely confidential, only to be rebuffed. Okorocha also says Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says the movie legend was not in L.A. January 16, as he vehemently insists. That’s date the first incident allegedly occurred, and Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta’s lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. The second alleged victim came forward days with a similar account of Travolta paying for a massage, then propositioning him/groping his genitals. Chris Brown performed on show’s double-elimination night leading into semi-finals. By Kelley L. Carter Roshon Fegan on “Dancing With the Stars” Photo: ABC The “Dancing With the Stars” contestants were warned on Monday night that two couples would be sent packing on Tuesday, but that didn’t make the sting any less bitter. Chris Brown was the night’s performer, and after he ran through a new song from his forthcoming album Turn Up the Music, the remaining celebrities got the bad news. In the end, the first couple to get the boot was Disney star Roshon Fegan and his partner Chelsie Hightower. Fegan smiled through the announcement and said, “I am happy to add ballroom dancing to my super-duper dance moves.” Fegan actually scored pretty well on Monday night, earning 29 out of 30 for his individual performance. The judges told him that watching him perform was like watching a young Mickey Rooney. Fegan’s pleasant reaction to getting sent home was the exact opposite of that by the second celebrity to get the boot: actress Melissa Gilbert, whose dance partner was Maks Chmerkovskiy. She had to wipe tears away after her name was called. It was Gilbert’s 48th birthday, and the moment was emotional. Gilbert landed at the bottom of the leaderboard on Monday’s telecast, with judges telling her that her footwork was spotty. “I can’t even describe what a learning and growing experience this has been. It’s been a real blessing and a joy,” she said upon her departure. “Maks has been amazing. An incredible teacher. An incredible friend.” “DWTS” semi-finals begin next week, with the remaining four celebrities — Donald Driver, Katherine Jenkins, Maria Menounos and William Levy — in the running for the mirrorball trophy.

Case in point: When Theron was posed a question via Twitter about how much fun she had “diva-ing out” and playing “a bitch for a change,” via her role as Evil Queen Ravenna in “Snow White and the Huntsman.” “What do you mean, ‘for a change’?” she joked. “God, yeah. That’s the tricky thing of the movie: Finding that line that you can walk where you’re not going into camp-ville and you’re also not going into ‘please take me serious Marlon Brando acting-ville.’ I did enjoy just screaming at people,” Theron admitted. “I screamed so much at people, I tore a stomach muscle, which I had never heard of that before. “And then off-set, you can joke about it, because you’re in these costumes. I felt like I was being so high-maintenance: ‘It hurts, oh gosh, I can’t walk to craft service,’ ” she fake-whined. “You become a big pain in the ass. I mean, I’m saying it was the costume. but it really wasn’t. That’s how I behaved.” In addition to channeling her inner diva, Theron said she enjoyed exploring the fantastical elements involved in making a fairy tale. “Of course you have this luxury to then throw back to the fairy tale,” she said. “It’s really huge in scale.
