The not-so-highly-anticipated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theaters today, and it based on what the critics are saying, the creepy appearance of the CGI title foursome is just the tip of this flick’s awfulness iceberg. TMNT Trailer Sure, it’s got Megan Fox, and the great William Fichtner as Shredder but apparently that’s just about all the movie has to offer. The rubber suits from the original films may look corny by today’s standards, but at least Secret of the Ooze featured an unforgettable Vanilla Ice cameo. Shooting on the Arnold Schwarzenegger-starring reboot of Terminator has wrapped. But the Internet is now asking: Is it too late to reboot the movie’s title?!? The former California Governor released a photo on Instagram today that reveals the name of the fifth film in this franchise, while also mentioning it in an accompanying caption. “Hasta la vista, baby. I want to thank the cast and crew of @TerminatorGenisys for a fantastic shoot,” Schwarzenegger wrote. Yes, the movie will apparently be titled Terminator Genisys . We can only assume this is a reference to a company in the story and not a tragic misspelling. It was challenging, it was fun, and it was rewarding,” Schwarzenegger added. “From our director to the producers, from the camera team to catering, from visual effects to hair and makeup – we couldn’t have done it without you. “I can’t wait to see our finished project and I know we’ll remind the fans why they fell in love with the Terminator. More than a year and a half after the project was announced, the Fifty Shades of Grey movie trailer hit the web last week, and it did not disappoint. Well, unless you’re an actual BDSM enthusiast , in which case you are probably LOLing at Christian Grey. But for the fans of the book? Gracious! Fifty Shades of Grey Trailer: 11 Best Moments 1. Whips and Handcuffs! Christian prepares to WORK Ana like you’d expect in a marvelous GIF from the Fifty Shares of Grey trailer. While certainly titillating on some level, the Fifty Shades of Grey trailer definitely brings the cheese factor, not dissimilarly to the source material by E.L. James. Let’s be honest: Even if you love the books, they aren’t exactly literary masterpieces. Guilty pleasures, for darn sure, but heavy on the melodrama. From what we’ve gleaned from this trailer, the movie looks like it will be no different when it hits theaters in February. Here’s a scene-by-scene breakdown: 0:00 : We first meet Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele, an impressionable, innocent college graduate who interviews Christian for a newspaper and may or may not know what Google is. 0:12 : “Mr. Grey will see you now,” Christian’s possible cyborg secretary tells Ana. Mr. Grey, meanwhile, stares out his window, brooding in contemplative silence. 0:25 : Watching Christian pace around his office, Ana is clearly taken with this mysterious, powerful figure, commenting on how polite and intimidating he is. 0:40 : Explaining that she’s, like, so simple, Ana says, “Look at me.” Christian replies, “I am.” You have NO IDEA what he’s thinking about doing to her, too. 0:52 : The elevator doors close. Slowly, for added suspense. 0:55 : Christian tells Ana, apparently on a walk in the woods, that he likes to exert control in all things. His eyes look rather insane. Christian lays him the f–k out, because that’s a totally rational course of action when someone puts a move on your girl. 1:25 : Christian Grey tells us he does not “do” romance. Gulp. 1:30 : Cue obligatory Jamie Dornan shirtless montagae. 1:35 : They’re on a plane, because he’s a baller. 1:40 : Ana tells her love interest to “enlighten me.” 1:45 : Does. He. Ever. 1:50 : There is a riding crop and some rope. Her hands are tied. Ana is naked, blindfolded and we see her body lurch forward, accompanied by moaning. 1:55 : He is also carrying her limp body through the hall at one point for some reason, possibly after ransacking the poor thing like there’s no tomorrow. So Mad Max is back. this is the trailer that was released at Comic Con. They aren’t paying me to promote this bullshit I will never see, even if the original is what created Mel Gibson. I just don’t care about a world with no Water. I saw Tank Girl….that was enough for me…I also don’t like revisiting things from my youth. I figure it’s like let this shit die off in history like it should…but maybe I just don’t like Sci-fi…. I do like models and there’s one frame with Rosie Huntington Whitely and Abbey Lee Kershaw’s hard nipples. I feel like that’s the highlight of the movie. Elvis’ granddaughter, Lenny Kravitz’s daughter and Charlize Theron are also in it. Garbage…but it is cool enough and well…model nipples…
Dwayne Johnson came out for the premiere of Hercules last night, posing often for photographers at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. This came as no surprise, of course. Johnson is the star of the movie and all. But the WWE star-turned-actor was accompanied for the event by Lauren Hashian , as Johnson’s long-time girlfriend made a rare public appearance. Johnson met Hashian while filming The Game Plan in 2007. He divorced wife Dany Garcia a year later, with many speculating that an affair with Hashian was to blame. But Johnson and Garcia remain close, with the latter even working alongside her ex-husband on his movie career, so whatever transpired appears to have been long forgotten by both sides.
